They told me they will test the emission system and tell me if my catalytic converter is bad. After 5 hours. They call me back and said they couldn't run a test cause the sensors are not working for them to run the test and it will cost me almost a thousand dollars to have the sensors changed. On top of that after they run the test, if the catalytic converter is bad, the cost would be another 4 thousand dollars. So I decided to not go through all these sensors charging and the catalytic test that most likely will land me another thousands of dollars expenses and who knows where it's going to end. My question was how could they charged me for the test that they were not able to do when they knew they didn't do anything. A hundred and seventy four dollars for the labor of telling me that they could not run a test cause my oxygen sensors are bad. I could have gone to Auto Zone and they could use their OBD II and tell me the same thing for free. So beware of this Auto Repair Shop. All they could say is we run the OBD II and we could not run the test so instead of the full charged, we partially charged you for the service. But instead the charge me for the actual test and be honest about it. I do not recommend this auto shop and if you want to save time and money, AVOID taking your car here @ AAA Auto Repair shop at 1161 Galleria Circle in Roseville and go to a more reputable repair shop that will give you a better and honest service.

I showed up about 1 hour and 15 minutes before I had to leave to pick up my son - this probably wasn't a good idea on my part. As it turned out the two key fobs only had a minor problem and they fixed them for free instead of charging me a few hundred for coming in. I was beyond excited for my purchase and felt super secure in knowing that I was going to have my car taken care of when I dropped it off every 5,000 miles. That is when the fun stopped with this dealership. I have had more than a few occasions with the service department that have been less than pleasant, but today was the worst experience I have ever had with anybody that has serviced my car during my lifetime. Today I went in for my 30,000 mile warranty. For the 30,000 warranty, they are supposed to do a variety of things, including changing my oil and rotating the tires. For some reason, I had the inspiration of taking a picture and marking my tires to see if they were actually doing the service that they were paid to do through my comprehensive service package. When I received my car back, I noticed that all my tires that I had marked and had taken a picture of were still on the exact same wheel as I had them on when they arrived. Normally every 5,000 miles they rotate the wheel from front to back, this was not done. I went inside and asked the man exactly what was done with my car during this service. He informed me that the wheels were rotated along with the oil change and the other stuff that was done. I let him know that was certainly not the case as I had marked all my wheels before coming in and know they weren't moved at all. The man then went back to the service tech and confirmed with her that she did not move them at all (even though I was told and the service states they were supposed to). When I was leaving, the man asked me what he could do to make it right. Honestly, I was ready to buy another car for my girl who is pregnant from them. I even had the conversation while dropping off my car with this man that I was ready to buy another car. This has taught me that will not happen and I will be taking my business elsewhere for her car. They have saved me a headache of another car with them. I truly don't believe they even put oil in my car or did anything for my 30,000 miles. I don't even want to return to my scheduled maintainence with this dealership because I truly believe they don't do the work they say they do. It is sad that I have to take a physical picture and then confront them for me to finally be told the truth about my wheels. I work hard for my car payments and services. I hope this serves to anyone out there to not do business with this corrupt dealership. They do not do the work they claim to have done. Please avoid this dealership at all cost and save yourself the headache that I have received by them.
