I showed up about 1 hour and 15 minutes before I had to leave to pick up my son - this probably wasn't a good idea on my part. But I told them I had to leave and they actually fixed the car within one hour - the other Toyota dealerships didn't come close to this. As it turned out the two key fobs only had a minor problem and they fixed them for free instead of charging me a few hundred for coming in.
