The person I spoke with provided a lot of very valuable information, including recommendations for transmission shops in the area based on my situation. I don't experience that level of honesty and transparency often, especially from auto repair shops, so I think it's important to acknowledge it. I will definitely bring my car here in the future and recommend them to others!!

They went over the top to change out the front passenger axle as it was really stuck in the transfer case Because they are people of integrity instead of a $4000 bill, they got it done for about $800! This shop is the real deal! Thank you Logan and Staci and your technicians for your perseverance in this repair. Steve

Mike answered my frantic text after hours and even met us at the shop to take a look at the van. Mike actually had a good idea what the problem was and ordered the parts so they were available to install the next morning. Everyone we met at that shop went above and beyond to take care of us quickly and get us on the road as soon as possible. We walked to town and had a fabulous breakfast, and we were on the road shortly after noon the next day. I wish we lived closer so they could be our Sprinter mechanic!

Well, yes! Lonnie Frazier has proven over the last few months (three different cars in for various maintenance and repairs) to be every inch the reliable, knowledgeable, personable car shop guy that we'd come to love about the previous owner. And a few inches on top of that, because, well, he's a lot taller than Russ. I appreciate that he refers us out to other mechanics when it's not something he can do. He's a straight shooter, and explains things clearly. Gets along great with both myself and my husband (sometimes that's a tall order). Auburn Autohaus is in good hands, and your car will be, too, when you bring it here. Also thrilled that mechanic Steve is still working here under Lonnie, and doing an excellent job, as always!

The owner clearly knows foreign cars -- my 2015 Jaguar was in excellent hands. I recommended this place to everyone. Unfortunately, the repeat visit was the opposite. The owner wasn't there, and we dealt only with employees. The car was kept for weeks, forcing me to rent a vehicle because I was never told to expect such a delay. The jaguar mechanic only worked several days/week. Several routine maintenance items we requested weren't completed (and while we weren't charged, they simply weren't done). When we picked up the car, the door alarm mechanisms no longer worked and new parts had to be ordered. One of the original reasons for the visit was a window mechanisms issue. The car needs to go back. The level of service, communication, and attention to detail was nowhere near what we experienced when working directly with the owner. It was a night‑and‑day difference.
