I stopped into the shop and was directed to someone in the back office who took my information. He came out to my truck, took measurements, and was helpful in the moment -- but didn't discuss any real specs. He said he'd shoot me an email, but I never heard back. At the time I wasn't fully ready to move forward, so I let it go. Fast-forward to about two weeks ago: I called to inquire about a suspension rebuild for my 2000 F350, including updating to the 2005+ axles -- which I know is a fabrication-heavy job. I was told the person who handles bids was busy and would get back to me that afternoon. I called early in the morning. I called back around 2 PM and someone, who sounded irritated, told me he was still busy. I called again later and was told, "He'll for sure get back to you." Two weeks later... no call, no email, nothing. I ended up taking my business to Rock Account. They answered the phone, asked me to come down, walked through all my concerns, built a plan, and even saved me money by identifying things we thought I needed but didn't. They gave updates, called when parts arrived, and sent pictures. Absolutely phenomenal service. I'm glad this shop is doing well enough that they can pick and choose who they call back and work with. But eventually, poor customer service catches up to you. read more

There is a lot to say about all of the guys at WFO. Knowledge is definitely top of the list. I have had a lot of work done with my Jeep and they have always been super helpful with their opinions on what should be done and what is most important. Trevor always gives me his expert opinion and Chris and Blake have always been amazing with their communication and scheduling. These guys are always busy but whenever something comes up with my Jeep, they always make time for me and that is huge! They have been for a while, but this will always be my go to shop for anything that I need read more

WFO Concepts - WFO Concept's - Auto Parts & Supplies Near Me - Auburn, California

Reached out to WFO for a rear gear, ball joints, wheel bearings, gussets, and a steering upgrade. They were the 5th shop on my list and were the friendliest and one of the least expensive. Some of the other shops I called never even called me back for an estimate. I spoke with Alan which was more than friendly and did not come off as arrogant or judgmental at all. He's a big part of the reason I decided to give them 5 stars. I wish every shop I talked to had a contact as welcoming and knowledgeable as him. They did a great job as far as I can tell. read more

Same experience as the people wanting to upgrade their jeep, two times I have been ignored by WFO . They will not follow up and give me a quote for work to be done on my rock crawler project, I understand that they are super busy but ignoring new customers is bad business. Good customer service means following up with an email , your losing out on future customers, and I will not recommend this business to anyone wanting custom fabrication. Go somewhere else. read more

I just got off the phone with Drew and he was very informative. These guys know there stuff and highly recommend them!! Thanks guys!

Alan came through for me again. Great service, great prices, what more could I ask for? These guys are the best.

Very easy to do business with and competitive pricing. One area that really stands out about them is the customer service. Not only did they make sure things were done right they followed up with me to make sure they were. You don't get this much anymore and I really appreciate those businesses that have not lost this skill. read more

WFO has to be one of the best four wheel drive shops around! Trevor really sits down with you and helps you understand what is practical and safe for your rig. The only place I go for parts or modification to my truck. To top it all off they have some of the best looking fabrication I have ever seen. Their work really sticks out from the rest! read more

Over the last few years I have bought a lot of parts from these guys, and recently bought a full hydro steering kit or what I thought was a full kit to replace the 4 year old kit I had bought from them that is now outdated. I got the new steering arms, hiems, gasket and bushing kit,and tubes, I went to install the weld in hiem bungs to the tubes and they didn't fit, so I called and told them I'm missing 2 bungs and 2 hiems. let alone the price was 400 dollars, and that the 2 bungs I have do not fit in the tubes I was sold, so after that I was told the kit doesn't come with the 2 other hiems or bungs but for 75 dollars I could purchase those to fit my kit. So after this, this local will never support this shop again. read more

I just had one of work trucks in their shop. I could not be more pleased with their work. Allen in the axel shop was awsome! He got my truck done super quick and got it back to making money. I could not recomend them enough! read more

WFO was great to work with! I had my new Rubicon modified with a new front bumper, driving lights, winch, etc... They did a great job on explaining the options and performing the installation. I would highly recommend WFO and I will definitely be back for any future modifications. read more

Seems like these guys are too busy to maintain a decent level of customer service. I called, emailed and finally got to talk to someone about my project after a few attempts. The guy I talked to was cool but said he was just "the axle guy" . I wanted a fair amount of work done to my jeep so I was instructed to send in pics. I took the time to do that along with a description of the work I wanted done. Been over a month now and nothing..... I get being busy but if I have to chase them just to get an estimate (or even just a call back), I can't imagine what it would be like to try and get work done here. I'm sure their work is great but maybe a few less youtube videos to promote their products and skills and a little more attention to potential customers would be a good business move. I was Intrigued by their projects and prepared to spend some money here. Kinda sucks that I couldn't even get the courtesy of a follow up call...even if they didn't want to take on the project. read more

My family and I have relied on Trevor and his amazing team at WFO for years. We don't off-road but we do have lots and lots of odd, custom jobs that they always pull off with ease. If something isn't absolutely perfect, two or three or five guys might show up to figure out the best plan of attack . . . and "attack" they do. WFO doesn't stop until a thing is perfect -- providing pleasant, polite and jovial customer service. No matter if you want work done on your rig, off-road machine or something around the house/property and you just aren't sure who to call -- call them! If they aren't the right fit they will get you off in a correct direction. Five stars isn't enough. Above and beyond! read more

Trevor is just amazing. Just the other day he spent 30+ minutes on the phone with me helping me with my steering. I've spent $1000s here and all his products have been perfect. I can't recommend WFO more highly. Check out his website! read more

Great friendly staff and seem to be very knowledgeable! I have had nothing but a good experience there.

These guys are a gem of the foothills. Straight up excellent reputation, and my experience there was the same. They rebuilt my Ford Expedition rear end per Ford tech specs with OEM parts and gave me excellent break-in instructions. Excellent workmanship at a real reasonable price. I would use them again in a heartbeat. read more
