I stopped into the shop and was directed to someone in the back office who took my information. He came out to my truck, took measurements, and was helpful in the moment -- but didn't discuss any real specs. He said he'd shoot me an email, but I never heard back. At the time I wasn't fully ready to move forward, so I let it go. Fast-forward to about two weeks ago: I called to inquire about a suspension rebuild for my 2000 F350, including updating to the 2005+ axles -- which I know is a fabrication-heavy job. I was told the person who handles bids was busy and would get back to me that afternoon. I called early in the morning. I called back around 2 PM and someone, who sounded irritated, told me he was still busy. I called again later and was told, "He'll for sure get back to you." Two weeks later... no call, no email, nothing. I ended up taking my business to Rock Account. They answered the phone, asked me to come down, walked through all my concerns, built a plan, and even saved me money by identifying things we thought I needed but didn't. They gave updates, called when parts arrived, and sent pictures. Absolutely phenomenal service. I'm glad this shop is doing well enough that they can pick and choose who they call back and work with. But eventually, poor customer service catches up to you. read more

There is a lot to say about all of the guys at WFO. Knowledge is definitely top of the list. I have had a lot of work done with my Jeep and they have always been super helpful with their opinions on what should be done and what is most important. Trevor always gives me his expert opinion and Chris and Blake have always been amazing with their communication and scheduling. Same experience as the people wanting to upgrade their jeep, two times I have been ignored by WFO . They will not follow up and give me a quote for work to be done on my rock crawler project, I understand that they are super busy but ignoring new customers is bad business. Over the last few years I have bought a lot of parts from these guys, and recently bought a full hydro steering kit or what I thought was a full kit to replace the 4 year old kit I had bought from them that is now outdated. I got the new steering arms, hiems, gasket and bushing kit,and tubes, I went to install the weld in hiem bungs to the tubes and they didn't fit, so I called and told them I'm missing 2 bungs and 2 hiems. let alone the price was 400 dollars, and that the 2 bungs I have do not fit in the tubes I was sold, so after that I was told the kit doesn't come with the 2 other hiems or bungs but for 75 dollars I could purchase those to fit my kit. So after this, this local will never support this shop again. read more

Seems like these guys are too busy to maintain a decent level of customer service. I called, emailed and finally got to talk to someone about my project after a few attempts. The guy I talked to was cool but said he was just "the axle guy" . I wanted a fair amount of work done to my jeep so I was instructed to send in pics. I took the time to do that along with a description of the work I wanted done. Been over a month now and nothing..... I get being busy but if I have to chase them just to get an estimate (or even just a call back), I can't imagine what it would be like to try and get work done here. I'm sure their work is great but maybe a few less youtube videos to promote their products and skills and a little more attention to potential customers would be a good business move. I was Intrigued by their projects and prepared to spend some money here. Kinda sucks that I couldn't even get the courtesy of a follow up call...even if they didn't want to take on the project. read more

My family and I have relied on Trevor and his amazing team at WFO for years. We don't off-road but we do have lots and lots of odd, custom jobs that they always pull off with ease. If something isn't absolutely perfect, two or three or five guys might show up to figure out the best plan of attack . . . and "attack" they do. WFO doesn't stop until a thing is perfect -- providing pleasant, polite and jovial customer service. No matter if you want work done on your rig, off-road machine or something around the house/property and you just aren't sure who to call -- call them!
