You get a bowl with a nice yellow rice, tasty hummus spread on the bottom, meat full of marinade, and various additions you throw on. The dressings are great. Sweet and tangy. Unfortunately I wouldn't return. I ordered a lamb shawarma bowl. The lamb was rough cubes of lamb, not shawarma. The spicy hummus was great but the fillings added to the bowl was a very small portion that once the sauces were added, the bowl was a wet mess. The tabouli was 90% parsley. It was uneatable and I ended up discarding most of it. read more

Fast casual restaurant serving delicious customizable bowls in a bright little spot with a few tables to eat in! Been eyeing this place for a month or so and finally stopped in today to satisfy an everything-good-and-crunchy-in-a-bowl craving. So glad we did! Great selection of ingredients, all very fresh. The beef kebab wrap is hands-down one of the best lunches I've ever had. The beef was perfectly seasoned, tender, and juicy, wrapped up with fresh veggies and a sauce that ties it all together in the most satisfying way. You can tell everything is made in-house -- from the bread to the spreads -- and it makes all the difference in flavor. And don't even get me started on the desserts. I tried the baklava and a pistachio pastry, and both were out of this world -- flaky, rich, and clearly made with care. The staff is warm, the portions are generous, and the prices are more than fair for the quality you're getting. The rice was fabulous and not just an afterthought like you get at most restaurants. The rice was moist and richly flavored and served as a great accompaniment to the meat. Fresh pita, garlic and spicy hummus, a lovely fresh salad with mint and herbs. The meal was excellent. We grabbed some pastries to go including the mamoun, birds nests, and baklava. We finally got to check this place out and I'm glad I did! The food was great, we got two bowls, a schwarmma and a kabob. The flavors were great, nice and flavorful without being overwhelming. Staff were so helpful in making selections as it was my first time here and the recommendations that were made were fantastic.
