Service was excellent as was the freshness of the donuts, however, they aren't the go to if you're wanting traditional donuts. They're more like a fritter and reminded me of funnel cake while I was eating them. We got 4 different kinds - cinnamon, raspberry filled, coconut cream & cheese cake. They were all pretty good. The favorite was the raspberry filled. The filling was delicious. Second was the cinnamon. How can you go wrong with cinnamon, right? The other two were just okay for me. I didn't dislike them but doubt I'd get them again. There are plenty of others to try so I will be going back when I'm in the mood for a fritter. read more

Service. A few Sundays ago we stopped sometime between 1pm-2pm (store hours were till 4pm). When we walked in, it took a few minutes to be serviced as it appeared they were cleaning up from the day (as if closing, which is why I referenced the time). When greeted, we asked what Doughnuts they had because there were none on display aside from their dog doughnuts (love the pups!). They mentioned it would take at least 45min to make anything - which I replied with being ok to waiting (which was not what they were anticipating). After a few more questions, we ordered while watching one of the employees making trash trips to the dumpster and then handled money & handed guests their orders without washing his hands. We did order & overall the taste, variety & quality of the food was good but the service was far from acceptable when there is over 2hrs until the business closes. read more

Not only do they have the best doughnuts I've ever had the other menu items are incredible (try the breakfast tacos, you won't regret it). If you haven't tried a Parlor Doughnut, add it to your list of must-do! Occasionally I drive to Jacksonville for an bc appointment and this is a stop on the way home! The company calls it a layered doughnut but it is very similar to Dominque Ansell's Cronut that he created and trademarked at his bakery in NYC (I actually ate one of his so I know). The price point is very fair for something so delectable. There are many flavors to choose. One of my favorites is the raspberry pistachio and the French toast is very popular. The store is located not far from the exit ramp. Service is quick! This store was very clean on my recent visit. read more

Went in with my grandma and didn't know what to expect as I was a first time customer but the person helping us, Isabella was so helpful. She answered all of our questions with a smile and seemed very happy to be talking to us. We got half a dozen doughnuts and she made sure we got the best one of each, asking us our preferences with each one. I think these are probably the best donuts in the state. This location has been only open for three weeks and I've been here four times. Neighbor told me they were good but I had no idea they were this good. The French toast one is my favorite, but I've only had two flavors so far and it anxious to try the rest. I love how it's decorated clean and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They look like they enjoy working there. The texture of the donuts are amazing I like the crisp exterior, and then soft in the middle. The dough that they use is amazing. Definitely a fan. read more
