Holiday Coffee drinks are delicious! When you think of a doughnut shop, you expect coffee to be available, the two just complement eachother. The options available at Parlour looked so festive and the Christmas Cookie Latte I ordered was delicious. The cookie crumble, sprinkle, and whipped cream topping was the perfect touch. The seasonal doughnuts are also a winter treat, I had the cinnamon swirl and loved it. The whipped topping was creamy without being too rich. Would like to see a little more variety to their Holiday options, but still good. Like all of their doughnuts, the croissant like texture is delightful. I've only been to the Fleming Island location before visiting this store, this one is just as good! Stopped here with my family on the way home from vacation and ordered 12 custom gluten-free donuts. We only received 10, and most of them were made wrong, so they had to remake them. Then I was told they were out of the pistachio glaze--the one I specifically wanted. I asked for a refund, was told to wait for someone who could process it, then after waiting was told they couldn't refund it. Instead, they made my husband another donut to make 12. OMG - one of our team brought a full dozen of these to the office for a meeting. I'm so glad I was onsite that day. We cut most of these in half or quarters so we could try different ones. When I first saw them, I figured Ud slice them into quarters so people could sample different flavors, but noooo- everyone has a favorite and funny how even tiny ladies can devour an entire Parlor Donut in one sitting! My mom weighs 90 pounds and ate a turtle cheesecake filled donut! She had chocolate icing everywhere and was so happy!!! Usually, if I go with a ladies club or friends or my hubby for breakfast, we order savory, and I love their avocado toast! It's fresh made with a sliced hard boiled egg, which I will eat bc otherwise I'd order it without an egg, lol. Ordinarily, they have twenty different flavored donuts. At that time of day, they only had about ten different flavors. The shop itself is very nice with many indoor and outdoor tables. They also offer about 6 other breakfast items, as well as different coffee drinks. I ordered six donuts. The donuts are layered donuts, so they look and taste a little different than your normal cake or yeast donuts. I got the chocolate frosting, raspberry filled, strawberry shortcake, peanut butter cup, honey lavender, and churro. They taste really good. The prices are a little high. read more

The donuts really are special. They're cronuts actually. But the execution is kinda perfect. We were used to 5 Daughters in Nashville /Franklin Tn. These are actually better! More interesting and consistent flavoring and because they're not all filled with overly sweet cream (a la 5 D's) they're a perfect balance. The atmosphere is modern and clearly branded. There's outdoor seating when it's not too hot. Coffee is the typical medium. We prefer dark. So we do espresso there. It's not the best flavor wise (I prefer smooth and less acidic), but it's still high quality. Lost a star because I'd prefer a richer smoother med dark or dark roast available when I'm eating donuts.
