The only reason I go here is the convenience. Workers here have such a poor attitude and can't even say a simple thank you. The worker who operates the drive thru in the morning (heavy set with beard) is the worst. This is a reflection of the company. May start going to Starbucks. At least they can say a simple thank you. Super delicious donuts! We haven't had their donuts since we moved to the west coast. When we went in the shop, the lady was so proud of her freshly made apple donuts that she gave us one to try. So good! Love the friendly service and will go back the next time we visit. read more

I don't know what the deal is with this location. I only ever have issues at this specific Dunkin. I avoid it if possible but it's the only one on my way to work so sometimes I don't have a choice. After today, I WILL NEVER be back. I sat in the drive-through for 15 minutes in 100° heat behind ONE CAR all for one large sweet tea. That's fine I don't mind waiting despite the heat. When I get to the window the young white girl with dark hair copped a serious attitude w me because my card declined even though I told her when I handed it to her that the chip was broken and she had to swipe or tap it. Then she aggressively slapped my change into my hand. She borderline hit my hand with my change. I'm completely flabbergasted at her behavior. Worst Dunkin I've ever been to. All of our food was cold, workers were horrible and they ignore you. They keep the mobile orders behind the counter and proceed to actively ignore you, therefore you can't "grab and go". Unfriendly staff makes for a unpleasant experience. Will take my business to another Dunkin', preferably the one next to the movie theatre. read more

Old stale donuts and coffee wish I would have just saved my money and gone to the gas station or Wawa.

At 3pm there was one car in the drive thru so I figured a quick stop before going back to work. I waited over 15 minutes for the car in front of me too get service. At the window I paid for my coffee and the girl attempted to give me a coffee that was not what I ordered. When I asked for whip cream to be added she slammed the window in my face and left me sitting until I drove off without my coffee. I'll never never go back. read more

Dunkin only makes yeast donuts on sight and does not make any other donuts. They donuts tastes stale and days old, not fresh.

I come here quite a bit because it's quick and on the way to work and my friend likes to stop here. More convenient than a love of their food. Ok now I love their coffee but the customer service is horrible and I've been too a well known other fast food and their quick nice and efficient with smiles in their voice and on their face. I'm sure this location could be quick and nice to instead of quick with order being messed up on a few different occasions. My compliment is they are quick and get most of their business in the morning but they are quick. The drive thru gets backed up into the road only because of the crazy way the location and drive thru was built. They left no room for a few cars to be circle around building only in the street so be prepared. read more

I have not been to DD in over 2 decades. Yep. Damn good French Crullers. Some things haven't changed. Prices = reasonable. Service = friendly. The shops are a lot bigger than I remember them being...but then again, I know they've been revamping over the past decade or so, lol KK has nothing on DD. :) read more

I question my actions by going to the Murabella Dunkin' Donuts (St. Augustine, FL). I was purchasing a dozen of assorted donuts to take to a client as a thank you. The asst manager came to the counter like it was a bother to wait on me. I was the only person in line. I smiled and asked for the order, and she put it together. I was watching how her long strands of hair where dragging through the entire open box of donuts. She had a cap on but the bangs parted in the middle were so long (shoulder length) they were in her face. I was speechless. I thought hair was supposed to be tucked up in the cap or pulled back. She had it purposely pulled down in the front. As I watched, I felt the donuts would be okay and free from germs but wanted to get my order and leave. The place was not tidy, uniforms were very dirty and the one person that helped me with napkins was polite. I would not recommend going there. I am surprised the health dept. has not been called to check what is going on behind the counter. Morale seems low and they have a "don't care" attitude. Murabella was excited to have this store move in, so I would kindly suggest, "UP YOUR GAME". This sanitary environment is questionable. This was my first and last visit there. I do hope someone from Dunkin reads this and changes the situation. read more

My family has always loved dunkin donuts coffee. In the last year the coffee has gone from amazing to stale. Whether its regular or decaf it's seldom fresh. The service leaves much to be desired. There are a few kind women that work there, for the most part the employees are rude. When you're driving through the drive thru how hard is it for the person inside to say "please" pull forward. All you get is "is that it? Pull forward"? We may as well go to McDonald's for a fresh 1$ coffee. It's very disappointing read more

Twice a week I stop at this Dunkin' and they are exceptional, I'm in and out in 3 minutes. My order is always spot on, however, this morning I ordered my usual, Large Iced Coffee with 6 creams and 5 blue sweeteners. I got a Large Iced Coffee with 4 French vanilla creams and 4 regular sugars. And, there was a US printed on the side. I had to have someone taste my coffee because I am allergic to Hazelnut. This place is great! Fresh and timely, staff is awesome. They stay busy all morning but don't let the crowd fool you, your order will be ready in a timely manner and the doughnuts couldn't be any more fresh. This place has daily regulars and has a local coffee shop feel for a DD. read more

I go here often to and from work. After a stressful day and long hours a cup of coffee on the way home is the perfect cure, or in order to wake up on the way. I am a huge proponent of the affordable price points and quality products that DD delivers. As a manager of multiple types of businesses I am reluctant to leave bad comments because they have repercussions for the business, I myself have to respond to satisfaction issues on a daily basis. However I have continually Ben given the wrong order, as well as iced coffee without a staw over and over again. I have had to ask over and over again. Today I again did not receive a straw decided to park and go in and ask for one. When I asked the employee who was doing nothing at the time said rudely "they are by the door" after watching me have to park and walk into ask. Unacceptable customer service training standards, sub par training of employees and lack of leadership at this location. read more
