I'm absolutely addicted to this place! I stopped by to grab some minis to test it out when it first opened, and they ended up being a huge hit in the office! I enjoyed them so much that I dragged my husband back here over the weekend lol. One of the great things about this location in general is that it has its own parking lot, so no need to worry about trying to squeeze in somewhere or street park! Inside the restaurant was very clean and had a steady crowd. The start of the queue has menus available so you can look at what to order while you wait, and of course there's the display cases with all the delicious doughnuts! I pretty much love maple anything so of course I had to order the maple bacon doughnut and the French toast doughnut. Neither of disappointed and were so yummy! The interesting thing about these doughnuts is that they have a flaky croissant like breading so to me it tastes guilt free . Whenever I am looking to have a more decadent doughnut I can always come back here for more! The real item not to sleep on though are the doughnut minis! The associate at the register recommended trying some out, so I got a variety of the filled, cinnamon sugar, and coconut options. The cinnamon sugar was my favorite! It reminded me of a breakfast item I would eat as a child, so I might be a bit biased but try it for yourself and see! Absolutely fantastic donut shop in College Park! They offer a fun range of flavors all with a delicious, croissant like donut base that is just 10/10. I liked the filled ones (banana pudding is the one I tried) better than the plain glazed ones (honey glazed) but both were delicious. At the edge of college park, this great addition offers a great selection of sweet & savory. When you walk in you see plenty of seating available and a spacious design. Tried Parlor for the first time 2 weeks ago and loved it so much we went back again! We got their orange creamsicle donut, strawberry donut, cinnamon sugar, and sausage biscuit. Everything was so good! I wasn't ready for how flaky and airy the donuts were--what an unexpected twist that I loved! We will be back! Such a cute spot with lots of delicious donuts. We were super excited to check out this new place. They have a variety of donuts, from their classic signature "layered", to gluten free, and even keto options. We ordered breakfast as well, which they also had gluten free and vegetarian options for too. Loved the breakfast tacos, they were so flavorful. We had ordered gluten free donuts, but they ran out and gave us keto gluten free instead. They were very good, but I definitely want to come back and try the regular gluten free option. First visit! First things first: the donuts are fritter like, more akin to a croissant or other flaky pastry. I only got an order of the mini donuts to sample and they were all stellar! Can't wait to try some of the full size flavors as well as the coffees. I deducted one star for service--I asked for the minis assuming they would be a mix of all flavors but the worker gave me just one flavor without asking. We stopped in yesterday in late afternoon and they only had a few donuts left so we came back this morning. We ordered a half dozen ($21.90) including a Raspberry Filled, Honey Glazed, Bourbon Caramel, Peanut Butter Cup, Turtle Cheesecake and an Orange Dreamcicle. We also ordered two iced vanilla lattes ($4.45 each). The donut selection is pretty large with at least 18 different ones to choose from. These are croissant donuts and they would be tasty enough on their own without toppings/fillings but they are all pretty awesome as served. The Iced Vanilla Lattes were quite tasty with just one pump of vanilla. They also offer a selection of breakfast sandwiches and tacos to choose from. The staff is friendly and the dining room has several tables on one side and some living room style seating on the opposite side of the dining room. There is counter seating against the front windows and a few outdoor tables order the front porch. This is a good choice for breakfast and we will come back. read more

I've been wanting to check out Parlor for a long time now but they are usually closed every time I'm in the College Park area. My day finally came and I was able to stop in and grab some items to go. Parlor makes donuts but they aren't your traditional donut, my best description is kind of like a less flaky and not buttery croissant? The dough is fluffy and has a different texture compared to yeast donuts. They are much larger than your standard yeast or cake donut as well. I ended up getting three donuts, two regular and one filled plus a mini. I unfortunately did not get to try the filled one, my BF ate it before I could try any but it certainly looked beautiful! As for the regular, non-filled ones, they were light and fluffy, not overly sweet and a little bit messy which is ok in my book! I'm so happy I finally got to try Parlor, it's a great addition to the donut offerings we have in the area! read more

Deliciousss. Donuts so flaky, so sweet, so fluffy, so large and in charge, just amazing. I got the strawberry shortcake donut and coffee. I went during opening weekend, so it was a mad house in there. I wanted to order the pesto egg sandwich, but it was going to be a 30 min wait for food, so I opted out of that. The staff seemed great and even though they were being pushed to the limits, they were all kind and wore smiles on their faces. Props to them! What a pleasure was to stop by while walking around Edgewater, the place is full of good energy, the people working there were super attentive, love the big windows that let lots of sunlight come into the space. We got the vegan donut assortment and as flavorful as the icings were, the donuts themselves were held back by the fact that they were both gluten-free and vegan. The donut base was dry and dense and very tiny for the price. I love how many options they have but I definitely would not go back here for the vegan/gluten free donuts as they seemed like a last minute effort to be inclusive of dietary restrictions. If you are a matcha lover, I would also not recommend the matcha from here, tasted very grassy due to the fact that they leave their powder in a clear glass jar, leaving it to oxidize. I'm going to approach this review like a compliment sandwich. First off, definitely get the donuts here. There is such a wide variety, the ones I bought tasted fantastic. The ones I didn't buy, but could see in the display looked fantastic. My breakfast sandwich was good, and I can't wait to come back and try their other breakfast options. And yes, I will be coming back. OK, now to why this has to be a compliment sandwich. I'm offering this as constructive criticism as I wasn't too put off (you can see I still gave the establishment five stars). My service this morning was not great. My main interaction and the interactions that I observed while waiting in line that was negative primarily came from a gentleman who was in his mid 30s with blond hair and beard. He was very short with customers and myself, tended to cut us off mid order as if to rush us with what we wanted to get, and was slightly condescending in describing how things were run there. For example, where to order donuts and to order food and coffee. And then he was the same one who brought by breakfast sandwich order out when it was ready. He called my name, then tossed the sandwich on the counter as he was turning back around and going to the kitchen. I was lucky I was fast enough to catch before it rolled onto the ground. I'm a simple guy when it comes to my service. Especially service early in the morning. I'm not fully awake, so I don't need to engage anybody in a bunch of conversations. But I do take note of when it isn't great service. The reason I am still giving this establishment five stars is because I know we all have bad days, I know we all act different under stress. This is a newer donut shop, so they might not have ironed out all the wrinkles of what a busy morning looks like. I'm hopeful that this feedback will be received with open hearts and it could be applied in the future. Perhaps he could learn some stress management or be moved to a role that is not guest facing. Finally, the last slice of the compliment sandwich! The atmosphere was fantastic. I love what they did with the inside furnishings. The way they painted the walls and the textured elements look really nice. Also, the chairs were all very comfortable to sit on. And they have free Wi-Fi!
