My first visit to the Flagship store in the absolute heart of the milk district. Here's a look at their perfect lil cookie spot for your favorite sweet treats. Not only are they a great local business, but they are supporting other locals with products for sale. I really love that they not only have fun art on the walls but they shout out the mural artist. Cookie flavors rotate so when you see one you like, don't wait. The regular cookies are big boys but I really loved the option for a flight. I got to try ALL THE COOKIES! (7 mini cookies ~$24) and of course they have TG Lee milk to wash it down. Cody was also so nice on my visit and provided top notch service. I'll definitely be back! read more

Phat Ash Bakes serves some bomb, decadent cookies packed with flavor and sugary goodness. They're located at À La Cart- City inside the small pavilion where you go to get drinks. It's a small setup here as they have an actual brick and mortar in town but this is just a little quick serve spot for them. They serve 5-6 cookie flavors, and it's enough given how good they are. We tried a couple flavors and all of them were fantastic. Thick, dense cookies but they're fabulous and manage to still be really soft, a nice texture. I'd take these over a place like Crumbl any day. The cookie butter one was probably my favorite, so much cinnamon flavor and caramel with a bit of icing, just chefs kiss. If you come to check out À La cart or get food, Phat Ash Bakes is the perfect dessert to finish the experience. read more

I was excited about Phat Ash Bakes after my partner had praised them for repeatedly buying from them about 2 years ago. Every time we passed their milk district location, I always discussed about stopping by. The day finally came but I was frankly disappointed. One option was a chocolate peanut butter one and the first thing I thought when bitting into it was "wow, this cookie is stale". Obvious by texture and taste. The other one was a chocolate chip banana one and it was alright. I like the concepts. Nice storefront. Good service. Probably won't come back though read more

We came in during an holiday art event being hosted at The Milk Stack and got their pistachio brookie. The flavors were okay, but it mostly just came across as overly sweet. I would've liked it to be stronger in the pistachio or nutty side. The owner was really nice and friendly and it is nice that you can get milk for such a low price to go with your cookie. Overall the prices were a little high, but the cookies (and other various items) are massive. I kind of wish they sold smaller ones for when I just want a little treat, but I guess that's not their specialty. read more

This is hands-down the best cookie shop I have ever been to. If you are considering coming to phat ash bakery, consider no further get in your car now and go! The cookies are baked to perfection. There is a cookie flavor for everyone to enjoy, if you prefer chocolate or carmel, etc. Most of the cookies have some type of filling inside, making biting into the dessert a heavenly experience. I love how the owners changed out the flavors each week on Thursdays. I have never been disappointed with any dessert item I have gotten from here. Each cookie is so large. It is definitely shareable between two people or I'd also recommend getting a flight of cookies to be able to try all the flavors for the week. The store itself is in a great location and the vibes within the bakery are always so welcoming. The owners are incredibly kind and knowledgeable and you can tell they really care for their craft. I also love how they do a punchcard system and after your 10th cookie, you get one free cookie. I could go on and on about how much I love phat ash bakes. These cookies are expensive and for good reason--they're a whole feast, and the flavors are so gooooooooood. I jumped on an opportunity to buy discounted cookies recently after they over produced cookies for a recent Milk Mart--ordering online was so easy and I got emails alerting me with all the info I needed for pick up at their brick and mortar location. There was parking available, and they are housed in a building with the Milk Stacks, some bougie apartments. It's pretty cool, and if I had access to these cookies all the time I'd consider myself hella lucky! Anyhow, pick up was easy breezy and they came packaged with a sweet little note and instructions for heating on each package. I will absolutely be by for more cookies, although first I need to hit the gym... ;) read more

The location was very cool. They had a cool vibe to the decor and were blasting music. It's cool that they are open late and the employee was very nice and personable. He explained everything in detail to us. I was so excited for this place as the cookies look out of this world and I love cookies! Sadly, they were not as tasty as I was hoping for. The cookie was good but it was just not worth the hype, the cost, and the calories. I will not be going back but I do hope business thrives for them. It just wasn't the cookie for me. read more

Phat ash bakes is such a staple in down town Orlando . I love their different assortment of cookies. I love their chocolate chip and the s'mores . They are owned by a nice couple and always give great customer service . The cookies are so soft and gooey . I come here once in a while when I am craving a sweet treat . I checked out the new stand in Downtown, at Ala Cart Art2. The owner (not Ash, but her husband) was working the stand. They are both always friendly, no matter what location at encounter them at. I got a few cookies to take home. I did see in a previous post that this location, the cookies are smaller but I completely forgot. They are still tasty! It normally takes me a couple of days to eat the full size cookies. These I can eat in one sitting. read more

I like to think of myself as a cookie connoisseur. I eat them every single night before bed and have been doing so for at least 30 years, so I think I've got the cred. I know there's a cookie fad out there of these overly large, ridiculously topped, and almost undercooked cookies. I don't get the hype and think people need to reevaluate what they think a good cookie is. With that being said, Phat Ash has done a great job of making their cookies fun, appealing to that fad, but staying closer to what a cookie actually is/should be. Being a classic cookie lover, I love their chocolate chip. It's a good size, has a little crisp around the edges and is gooey in the middle...but not undercooked! It has great flavor, the perfect amount of chocolate chips to cookie ratio (which is very important). I think I've tried maybe one other flavor, but can't remember what it was. I keep going back to the chocolate chip! Their other flavors have been super tempting though and they all look great! I'll definitely be eating more of these when I see them out and about at breweries and other places. Maybe one of these days I'll get a different flavor! read more

Tons of tasty and creative cookie options. We ordered a few and they were all delicious! We were lucky enough to experience Phat Ash cookies at a food truck festival, but it looks like you can also get them at Grilled Cheezus or order online and have them shipped or pickup at their speakeasy location. Prices are a little high, $6 per cookie, but I think they're worth it as a special treat every once in awhile. read more

Did you know that Phat Ash does COOKIE CLASSES?! Do yourself a favor and sign up! It's so fun! You definitely need instructions to find it, and be aware of the parking situation! (Park on the street to avoid getting towed from other businesses.) Once you find it, you'll know! There's a cute red carpet up to a fence, and a nice little courtyard leading inside. My friend and I did the Halloween cookie class. They gave us the premade dough, and we got to mix in all kinds of things to make our own cookies! (I'm talking biscoff cookies, lemon crumble, peanut butter chips, marshmallows, chocolate chips, Oreos, marshmallow fluff, frosting, espresso glaze....I can keep going...) You can also bring your own mix ins if you want to. We brought some wine, made all kinds of fun cookies, and then ordered grilled cheese from Grilled Cheezus next door while they baked. When the cookies were done, we got to decorate them. They give you all kinds of ideas and tips, and they are very nice! We had a great time making our cookies. We ended up going home with about 10 HUGE cookies each! (You can make a few big ones or many small ones. It's all about how you want to cut up your dough.) I definitely went home and ate 1 bite of each before freezing them all for later. All of the combos ended up being delish! read more

Went to try out the new location in Al La Cart City and it was amazing!! I always have the best customer service here and leave with a smile on my face. The cookies are mini and come in different pack sizes, we ended up getting the 4 pack with two cookie butter cookies, an apple butter cookie and a classic chocolate chip cookie. Oh my gosh!!! AMAZING!!! Love the variety of cookies and the way they are individually packaged. Service was quick and the ambiance in the bakery is nice too! Stopped by their cookie stand at a holiday event and purchased their black velvet coal cookie for $5. I was anticipating something similar to cookie crumbl but I have to admit it was not the same. The overall taste was lacking and unfortunately the freshness did not feel there either. Bomb ash cookies, lol! Got to tries these after seeing them on IG so many times before and they did not disappoint! They had a nice arrangement of cookies today at the Orlando parking lot brunch event. I opted for the baby got back and the rager. These cookies were decadent and thick! The baby got back had a small cinnamon roll inside, loved the addition to the cookie, and it tasted amazing! My favorite though was the ranger, can't ever go wrong with fruity pebbles plus at first bite I just overall loved it. Was told the cookies change in a weekly basis, so can't wait to try more of these out in the future, maybe even hopefully catch some of those brownies! read more

The motto is IYKYK, and I am so glad the news feature led me to the cookies! This place is literally a hidden gem. Every choice is a 2-3 cookie flavor in one. There are new choices every weekend, and the early release is on Fridays. Check their IG for descriptions and pictures. I went with the caramel stroopdoodle, cookies n' dream, and double trouble. Each cookie is large enough to share with 2-3. Follow the warming suggestions and OMG...delicious! If you like basic cookies, it may not be for you. Part of the fun was finding it. Park on Thornton Ave roughly behind King Cajun and happy finding. It was like scoring the best in town from a cookie dealer. Whoever said you can't have desserts first, send them far away from me and my sweet toothed comrades. On my way down to Orlando, I was looking for a new spot to try some desserts. After some research, I found Phat Ash or at least I attempted to find them. You don't just pull up and walk into Phat Ash, they're a speakeasy. The address is given to the location, however, they're tucked away .. you'll have to order to get further instructions. When we arrived, I noticed they had their selection of the weekend placed on a tray *video posted. All of the cookies looked scrumptious but I chose two flavors to try out. One thing I didn't know was theres rotating flavors and they ship their cookies. This was a huge plus considering I didn't want to drive every weekend for cookies. The two flavors I tried were the chocolate chip and the cookies & dream. Out of the two, I really enjoyed the cookies & dream. This cookie was filled with Nutella in the middle and topped with peanut butter, a sinful combination! To get a better experience, I'd suggest heating it up in an air fryer .. thank me later. Follow their IG for the list of flavors prior to the launch on Saturday mornings. I'd suggest being on right when they open the website because they sell out! One of my top flavors is the Ube Cookie, I'm hoping this becomes a staple cookie like the chocolate chip. Grab a glass of milk or whatever beverage of your choosing and eat til your hearts content or til your teeth can't handle anymore. read more

To drink, I got the lickin love with Cabernet (milk chocolate on the rim with a white chocolate drizzle). It was so fun and delicious. For my dessert, I ordered the fever, which consisted of a chocolate molten cake, two scoops of vanilla ice cream, and a chocolate decoration. It was so delicious and decadent. My girlfriends loved the carrot cake and the fourgasm (4 dessert sampler). Everything was a bit expensive, but you're paying for the expensive. My one minor complaint was that we had not been there an excessive amount of time, but as we were checking out, we were informed we needed to leave because they needed our table in 5 minutes. I did not care for that. Overall, this was a really fun experience and I'm sad we had to say goodbye.

I have tried the pistachio chocolate and coffee cake cookies before and all are delicious. I'd love to try the cakes in the future.

Seriously, you can save all your other options for a rainy day. This is the place for any occasion, date, family gathering, or plain ol' get together with friends to enjoy sweets with great company. Located off South Apopka Vineland Road on the Northbound side, Mango Mango is situated in a relatively new development and plaza (if you look at the satelite imagery from Google maps, it will still show undeveloped land as of June 2026). It's less than a 10 minute drive from the Disney Springs property, and about an 18 minute drive from Old Town/Fun Spot which is where we were staying for this particular trip coming from Tampa. As you arrive, you will find a spacious lot, however the actual parking spaces do appear limited (something to consider if you decide to have a large reunion here). Upon entering, you will find a very clean storefront and reception. Overall the store maintains a very neat and tidy appearance that is very welcoming and neutral when it comes to the varying demographics of customers. While we have been to Mango Mango before in a New Jersey location, this location provides a bit of table service (which we have not experienced prior) for dine-in which makes it a bit more intimate. The menu offers plentiful choices of sweets - from bowls with fresh fruits and ice cream, to your specialty drinks including boba. To call Mango Mango a boba shop would do it injustice, as this place truly shines as a hollistic dessert spot. Honestly, you can't go wrong with any of the selections. Each dish/drink is perfectly made to their own specifications. The best part is that none are overly sweet, which I feel is a crutch that most dessert spots experience. Highly recommend the mixed fresh fruit with sago and jelly! Wish this was in Tampa because this would give our usual boba spot a run for their money. This is a must have if you're in the area, so treat yourself after long hot day at the parks at Mango Mango!

We literally had to use our spoons like ice picks to break apart the bottom layer.
