I was in the area and was able to try these decadent desserts. I noticed the cookies were given cold and it was truly intended for you to warm them up at home. I warmed the cookie up and it was so delicious warm. The cookie was like pillow soft. It wasn't busy when I got there and there were many choices to choose from.
My first visit to the Flagship store in the absolute heart of the milk district. Here's a look at their perfect lil cookie spot for your favorite sweet treats. Not only are they a great local business, but they are supporting other locals with products for sale. I really love that they not only have fun art on the walls but they shout out the mural artist. Cookie flavors rotate so when you see one you like, don't wait. The regular cookies are big boys but I really loved the option for a flight. I got to try ALL THE COOKIES! (7 mini cookies ~$24) and of course they have TG Lee milk to wash it down. Cody was also so nice on my visit and provided top notch service. I'll definitely be back!
Cute little shop with some merchandise for sale. Specials are on the counter, some grab and gos on the rack on the wall. Lots of parking. Milk, soda and juice are available. The guy behind the counter was helpful. The cookies are those thick almost raw in the middle of which I am not a fan but that is a personal preference but the flavors are interesting and tasty. If you are a fan of Crumbl and Gideons give this local bakery a try, you won't be disappointed
My first visit to Phat Ash Bakes in Orlando's Milk District was an amazing experience from start to finish. The location is perfect for the area, and the moment we walked through the door, we were greeted with a warm welcome that immediately made us feel comfortable. Since it was my first time visiting, I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was blown away by the weekly cookie selection. There was a display showcasing every cookie available, complete with the ingredients listed for each one. What really stood out, though, was the customer service. The employee took the time to explain every cookie one by one and even shared his personal favorites, which made choosing a lot easier. We happened to visit during happy hour, which was an added bonus. I received a free small carton of milk to pair with my cookies, and honestly, there couldn't have been a better combination. The cookies themselves were fantastic. They were soft, fresh, and packed with flavor. The cookies with fillings were perfectly gooey in the center, exactly what you want from an indulgent dessert cookie. My favorite by far was "The Right Stuff," which featured a delicious cookies and cream filling that was absolutely incredible. One thing that added to the fun was the creative cookie names. They all had unique and funny names that made the experience feel a little more memorable and playful. The only cookie that wasn't quite for me was the Phunky Monkey Remix. The banana flavored dough paired with Reese's peanut butter and Oreo pieces just didn't quite work for my taste buds. That said, flavor preferences are personal, and it certainly didn't take away from the overall experience. Before you leave, make sure to ask for their rewards card. They have a stamp program, and because I visited during happy hour, I received two stamps instead of one, which was a nice surprise. Overall, Phat Ash Bakes delivered great customer service, delicious cookies, and a fun atmosphere. Between the friendly staff, generous happy hour perks, and incredible cookie selection, I'll definitely be back to try more flavors.
Phat Ash Bakes serves some bomb, decadent cookies packed with flavor and sugary goodness. They're located at À La Cart- City inside the small pavilion where you go to get drinks. It's a small setup here as they have an actual brick and mortar in town but this is just a little quick serve spot for them. They serve 5-6 cookie flavors, and it's enough given how good they are. We tried a couple flavors and all of them were fantastic. Thick, dense cookies but they're fabulous and manage to still be really soft, a nice texture. I'd take these over a place like Crumbl any day. The cookie butter one was probably my favorite, so much cinnamon flavor and caramel with a bit of icing, just chefs kiss. If you come to check out À La cart or get food, Phat Ash Bakes is the perfect dessert to finish the experience.
We came in during an holiday art event being hosted at The Milk Stack and got their pistachio brookie. The flavors were okay, but it mostly just came across as overly sweet. I would've liked it to be stronger in the pistachio or nutty side. The owner was really nice and friendly and it is nice that you can get milk for such a low price to go with your cookie. Overall the prices were a little high, but the cookies (and other various items) are massive. I kind of wish they sold smaller ones for when I just want a little treat, but I guess that's not their specialty.
This is hands-down the best cookie shop I have ever been to. If you are considering coming to phat ash bakery, consider no further get in your car now and go! The cookies are baked to perfection. There is a cookie flavor for everyone to enjoy, if you prefer chocolate or carmel, etc. Most of the cookies have some type of filling inside, making biting into the dessert a heavenly experience. I love how the owners changed out the flavors each week on Thursdays. I have never been disappointed with any dessert item I have gotten from here. Each cookie is so large. It is definitely shareable between two people or I'd also recommend getting a flight of cookies to be able to try all the flavors for the week. The store itself is in a great location and the vibes within the bakery are always so welcoming. The owners are incredibly kind and knowledgeable and you can tell they really care for their craft. I also love how they do a punchcard system and after your 10th cookie, you get one free cookie. I could go on and on about how much I love phat ash bakes. My go to dessert location in Orlando.

I jumped on an opportunity to buy discounted cookies recently after they over produced cookies for a recent Milk Mart--ordering online was so easy and I got emails alerting me with all the info I needed for pick up at their brick and mortar location. There was parking available, and they are housed in a building with the Milk Stacks, some bougie apartments. It's pretty cool, and if I had access to these cookies all the time I'd consider myself hella lucky! Anyhow, pick up was easy breezy and they came packaged with a sweet little note and instructions for heating on each package. I will absolutely be by for more cookies, although first I need to hit the gym... ;)
The location was very cool. They had a cool vibe to the decor and were blasting music. It's cool that they are open late and the employee was very nice and personable. He explained everything in detail to us. I was so excited for this place as the cookies look out of this world and I love cookies! Sadly, they were not as tasty as I was hoping for. The cookie was good but it was just not worth the hype, the cost, and the calories. I will not be going back but I do hope business thrives for them. It just wasn't the cookie for me.
Love the ambience of this place. The chocolate chip cookie was warm and perfectly gooey, just the way it should be. The Biscoff S'more cookie is everything you would want in a cookie. It was sweet, melty, and absolutely indulgent. I'll definitely be back for more!

They are owned by a nice couple and always give great customer service . The cookies are so soft and gooey . I come here once in a while when I am craving a sweet treat . The price isn't too bad I believe it's $4.50 for one cookie but the cookie is a decent size . They just came out with their lemon and it did not disappoint.
We went to the downtown orlando a la carte location so the cookies were smaller than normal. Store was super clean and the staff was extremely friendly! I enjoyed having smaller versions of the cookies to eat. The smores wasnt my favorite personally but I would eat a dozen of the cookie butter cookies!

What a cool lil cookie shop! We saw we were close and had a late night hankering for some sweets, so we drove over! Thankfully I had seen in a review someone said it was hard to find cause what? No sign!? We were like maybe that's it? Thankfully we were in the right spot! I took a pic so others can know where to go for the goods! lol They only offer a few cookies each day which I'm cool with, I'd rather a small menu of great things! I got the Banana marshmallow Reese's choc chip, this thing was massive and delicious! Gooey and just perfect for that late night craving! Who does not enjoy a good cookie every now and then? There are big big cookies not quite a pound but in that neighborhood. The toppings are plentiful but not overwhelming. Service was fantastic as I was guided through the current available cookies. Some are always available and they have a rotating selection as well. They even have some packaged cookies that include CBD if that's your thing. You might be surprised as I was at the price per cookie but if you think of the size, it's almost like you are getting 2 cookies for that price and they certainly were delicious read more

I checked out the new stand in Downtown, at Ala Cart Art2. The owner (not Ash, but her husband) was working the stand. They are both always friendly, no matter what location at encounter them at. I got a few cookies to take home. I did see in a previous post that this location, the cookies are smaller but I completely forgot. They are still tasty! It normally takes me a couple of days to eat the full size cookies. These I can eat in one sitting. read more
Tons of tasty and creative cookie options. We ordered a few and they were all delicious! We were lucky enough to experience Phat Ash cookies at a food truck festival, but it looks like you can also get them at Grilled Cheezus or order online and have them shipped or pickup at their speakeasy location. Prices are a little high, $6 per cookie, but I think they're worth it as a special treat every once in awhile. read more

Did you know that Phat Ash does COOKIE CLASSES?! Do yourself a favor and sign up! It's so fun! You definitely need instructions to find it, and be aware of the parking situation! (Park on the street to avoid getting towed from other businesses.) Once you find it, you'll know! There's a cute red carpet up to a fence, and a nice little courtyard leading inside. My friend and I did the Halloween cookie class. They gave us the premade dough, and we got to mix in all kinds of things to make our own cookies! (I'm talking biscoff cookies, lemon crumble, peanut butter chips, marshmallows, chocolate chips, Oreos, marshmallow fluff, frosting, espresso glaze....I can keep going...) You can also bring your own mix ins if you want to. We brought some wine, made all kinds of fun cookies, and then ordered grilled cheese from Grilled Cheezus next door while they baked. When the cookies were done, we got to decorate them. They give you all kinds of ideas and tips, and they are very nice! We had a great time making our cookies. We ended up going home with about 10 HUGE cookies each! (You can make a few big ones or many small ones. It's all about how you want to cut up your dough.) I definitely went home and ate 1 bite of each before freezing them all for later. All of the combos ended up being delish! read more

Went to try out the new location in Al La Cart City and it was amazing!! I always have the best customer service here and leave with a smile on my face. The cookies are mini and come in different pack sizes, we ended up getting the 4 pack with two cookie butter cookies, an apple butter cookie and a classic chocolate chip cookie. Phat Ash Bakes is the hot new cookie place in Orlando! We arrived 15 minutes early and were let in right away. The interior is tiny but cute! Our family enjoyed sharing a 6 pack of cookies. I chose the chocolate chip and it was delicious. The flavor rotates every week. My only wish is that the cookies were warm and that there was a small table or two outside. We visited this cookie shop and had a wonderful experience. The cookies were incredibly delicious and made fresh from scratch. The man working there was very welcoming and friendly. Seen the vendor at a few locations before but never tried the cookies. My friend who visits from Fort Lauderdale every once in awhile said I need to try them. I saw her at the sam flex project and had to get a cookie. I ended up with this banana pudding cookie that had a banana chip on top. It was so delicious! I can't wait to try the other cookies! read more

Oh my gosh!!! AMAZING!!! Love the variety of cookies and the way they are individually packaged. Service was quick and the ambiance in the bakery is nice too! Highly recommend the Supa Freak and the S'moreo Crunch! Both taste so good and have a gooey center (especially S'moreo with the marshmallow). If you love a thick, gooey/doughy cookie, this is the place for you!!! read more

Stopped by their cookie stand at a holiday event and purchased their black velvet coal cookie for $5. I was anticipating something similar to cookie crumbl but I have to admit it was not the same. The overall taste was lacking and unfortunately the freshness did not feel there either. While the pictures and graphics are cool I just think the product itself needs a bit more focus or it could of just been this flavor too, I'm not sure. read more

Bomb ash cookies, lol! Got to tries these after seeing them on IG so many times before and they did not disappoint! They had a nice arrangement of cookies today at the Orlando parking lot brunch event. I opted for the baby got back and the rager. These cookies were decadent and thick! The baby got back had a small cinnamon roll inside, loved the addition to the cookie, and it tasted amazing! My favorite though was the ranger, can't ever go wrong with fruity pebbles plus at first bite I just overall loved it. Was told the cookies change in a weekly basis, so can't wait to try more of these out in the future, maybe even hopefully catch some of those brownies! read more
