The gentleman that assisted us were very welcoming and friendly and they had a great promotion for a 5x10 storage for $49 a month so we took it! Also, we had our u-haul trailer that needed to get dropped off at another location, but we were able to drop it off at Storage Max which saved us time and made it so much easier! I highly recommend to come here, great service and great staff :)

These guys are incredibly helpful for any step of the way. The online tech is dated, but, if you can get past that (and you really should), then this should be your only storage facility to use in the area. I literally drive across the City when I need storage, because they give me such great piece of mind. It is worth noting, this place is incredibly well lit. That matters at night and you really see it when you compare to their competitors.

We naturally asked what they were packing for. Turns out John's last day there is 29 January -- the new owners had given him 2 weeks notice for his job *and* the home on site that he and Conni share! My wife and I were both horrified by this -- John and Conni are the 2 reasons we come there and trust the business!! We both declined to do business with the new owners; we just don't want to put our trust in the new owners. About myself: I am a totally real person, Walter Stewart by name. The owner YELLED at me and had me in literal tears, because he thought I was wrong about the voucher I bought and did not want to honor it, ON MOVING DAY, while his workers were already in my house. He said I could take my deposit back and he could take his workers back. He was EXTREMELY RUDE and difficult. He would not hear me and claimed that he never agreed to a voucher, despite me having the proof in writing. Then he said he wouldn't honor it cause Groupon was wrong, as if that was my fault?! His workers were so sympathetic. They could see how upset I was, and how this grown man was speaking to me. It took his employee talking him down and me sending screenshots of the fine print of the voucher for him to calm down and speak to me like a person. If I had the option at the time to not do business with this man, I wouldn't have, but seeing as it was moving day, and I had already given them hundreds of dollars, I had no choice. He apologized for his behavior and his men got the job done, but that was by far the WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I've ever had. It made a very stressful day 10xs more stressful. There was some damage done to my floor, wall, and furniture, but given how he handled the voucher incident, I don't expect to get any type of compensation for that. They own several businesses so watch out for the name!

So if you are in the military or a veteran be sure to ask for a veteran's discount. The owner is very friendly and has great customer service. The pricing is pretty good compared to other storage places in the surrounding area. There is no climate control available here. However, getting in and out here is pretty good with 26' moving truck is a breeze.One of my friends is moving into the area and I told him about it since this place is close to where we live. The facility is fairly new and has a lot of big and small storage spots. You can park boats, RVs, and trailers while the spacing is available. The spaces are even marked and easy to maneuver your trailers around. They have fire extinguishers ready available on each row of storage. If you are looking for a big storage and not worried about climate control this is a storage facility you should check out. 15x30, 10x25, 10x20, and smaller sizes are available. There is an office building, however, the owner is usually not there. But if you call the number and set up an appointment the owner will come out to do business with you.

The officer I spoke to says the owner is difficult and forth coming with any information my guess is he obviously is in on it or knows who did it. Oh and if you try to ask if he's insured he will tell you he's not and your pretty much out of luck on anything you lost.

If you have a large RV or horse trailer and you want uncovered storage, this is a fabulous option. Most facilities I could find were an hour outside of town, then I had two properties renig on their storage offers when they saw the size of my rig, another assigned me a spot that was impossible to maneuver into, and yet another said my trailer would get broken into at their facility. What?! At Four Points, the closely monitored security system left me feeling very safe. I could also get in and out at all hours, which I needed. Property is roomy enough that I could drive around and park my trailer without even backing up most of the time. And they even have added extras like power washing available at fair prices. Love these guys. I enthusiastically recommend this facility.
