This was the smoothest and easiest move I have ever been a part of. When I first called Brandon, I left a voicemail and he called back within 10 minutes. No secretaries or scheduling department, but the mover himself. I was moving my son's items from a storage shed across the country without either of us being present at pick up. Brandon moved my Mom's furniture from Scottsdale to California in early January. He is the most professional and competent mover I have ever worked with. First he is a great communicator and answered questions promptly. He is so dependable and on both sides of move showed up early. I used Parker's Movers back when they were known as "Smooth Moves" and would recommend them to anyone! ​As a woman of small stature, I have trouble moving anything larger than a bread box, there in lies the problem with moving. You don't want to ask your friends because they will hate you. You don't want to hire moving company because they will nickle and dime you for everything from the cost of them to put gas in the truck to get to your place to the wear and tear of the truck driving to your place. This is where Parker's Movers shines. I was able to rent a truck at U-Haul and use them to do the heavy lifting! I reserved 2 movers for 90 min and they were able to move all my big stuff from a one bedroom apartment in no time. The owner was great with communication and concerns which I really appreciated. One thing that sets them apart from other "corporate movers" is their knowledge and attention to detail. Both gentlemen cared about my stuff and brought a long moving supplies (dolly, tarps, blankets) so I didn't incur extra costs renting them from U-Haul. They were well trained and knew exactly how to load my things in the truck to minimize damage during transport. They were polite, hustled, and did an amazing job. I joked and called them my "friend savers" because it was cheaper to rent their services than it was to hassle my friends. And my friends appreciated not being asked to help me move. I called Parker's yesterday afternoon, probably around 3 pm, requesting a couple of guys and a truck to move some items (a one and two bedroom model full of furniture) from to a garage, on-site. I was slightly embarrassed to call so late in the day because I needed this stuff moved like yesterday. Literally. I had dropped the ball in getting our stuff out and had less than 24 hours to get it all moved- my units were being gutted at 9:30 am. When Brandon asked me what time I needed someone he stated that he could have the guys out at 8:30 am. With the promise of donuts and a forever friendship, I was able to squeeze an earlier time frame of 8 am out of him. I was not disappointed. Alex and his partner showed up at 10 minutes to 8 am and got right to work. They got everything out and moved into their new home in 3 hours; they were professional and courteous. I was told 4 days before my move that there might be an issue. This was one day before I was to leave town to get my things. I wish I had been given a week, then I could have found someone else and not have been freaking out on Sunday morning. The text said "Let me see what I can do." It did not say, "I cannot do your move please find someone else." If he had called me and said he wouldn't be able to do the move, that might have shown some professionalism. Overdue review (Puff Daddy rap-moment, my bad ;p). So, to follow up from the initial review, Brandon completed my move effortlessly and on time. Actually, a day early even. Seriously, who does that? Called to let me know the drive went faster than normal and could deliver the evening prior to the original delivery date we agreed upon. Dope. He (himself) moved everything into my third floor apt, even with an annoying cat on the second floor "supervising" (obvi, I'm not a cat-lover ;p). Boxes were in perfect condition like how I had packed them. No insects, dust, or other crap on them that any other company delivers with since they just keep it in warehouses or storage til the delivery dates. I couldnt get over how clean the boxes were. For someone as OCD as me, that's a huge point to acknowledge. Pictures, tv, christmas ornaments- nothing broken, nothing damaged (memories of my destroyed couch from years past). HIGHLY recommend Brandon and his crew for all your moving needs. Even told all my real estate peeps in the Valley (PHX-Metro) to recommend the company for their clients buying houses. Brandon and the other guys at Parker's Smooth Moves did an awesome job with our move! We just moved from Glendale to Phoenix and had a LOT of stuff. A full three bedroom house plus a full garage. The four movers were so fast we couldn't believe how quickly our two-story house was emptied. By 3 pm, all of our stuff was in the new house in Phoenix. Nothing was damaged as they spent a lot of time making sure to get it properly packed on the truck. It was a 10/10 experience. It was the busy season when I called Brandon to give me a quote and he was so fast responding all the questions and visiting to check out the stuff to move and give the appropriate quote in that very moment, good thing that he had the date open! First impression was good. We moved to california back in June, and they even took our second car attached to a small platform to the truck, helped pack some stuff, and they were fast loading and unloading. Really hated to go with a large national company because you hear horror stories about how long it takes, price gouging, multiple households on one truck, and things getting lost or broken. Excellent! Brandon and Elliott helped us unload a 26 ft Uhaul back in April. They worked very fast and very hard. Friendly, clean cut, respectful, full of energy. Couldn't have asked for a better experience! The best part- we had originally booked Brandon in March, but due to a variety of issues, were unable to close on our house as expected. So we had to cancel with him at the last minute. We kept getting estimates from the bank about when they expected we could get in the house, which were continuously wrong, so we kind of kept stringing him along. Despite our rudeness, he was the nicest, most understanding guy! We were so glad when we FINALLY got the keys and were finally able to meet this outstanding guy.
