    Bananas Foster

First impression was great I came back within a week. Service was spectacular and the food was even better. A very diverse and authentic menu that is well prepared. In both occasions the manager came over to make sure everything was good. Crab cakes, oyster Rockefeller, shrimp étouffée, creme brûlée, bread pudding, grilled shrimp plate and banana Forster were all 100% delicious. The green bean side was also delicious. I HIGHLY recommend and the drinks I ordered both times were very well made. I'll definitely be back and found a new spot for great food. And they even have live music on certain nights!

My experience started off a little rocky, but they made up for it abundantly. It took a moment to be served after I received my water, but after that my experience improved. Jarvis was amazing! He madebme a delicious blackberry mocktail. I started with the crab claws, which were delicious but I feel like they should be served with bread. The pasta was very flavokfuk. My only feedback is the bread was a tad too salty, which I told the chef when he greeted us. The chef was very nice and that was an awesome touch. The decor is super cute and New Orleans themed. They even have a Saints sign inside. I enjoyed my meal and will be back to try more of the menu.

Blair was our server. He was very polite and attentive. NOLA lemonade 4/10 Really watery and not really lemonade flavored. Strawberry was fine in it. Alcohol didn't blend well. Fried green tomatoes 10/10 Can taste that little bit of vinegar, and it probably helped break down the tomato so it wasn't so hard, which was nice. Cook was a perfect al dente. Batter was good and crunchy. Remoulade was slightly spicy but really good flavor and the perfect amount to cover each tomato. Shrimp and grits 10/10 It's award winning for a reason. Shrimp cooked perfectly. The tails were also de-shelled which was a plus. Grits were good, creamy and a little bit cheesy. Andouille sausage was spicy and had good flavor. Sauce was delicious, seasoned well. Fried shrimp Po boy 10/10 Very yummy. Shrimp was cooked perfect and a good fry on the batter. Remoulade delicious. French fries were good too.

A toast to Parish! We wanted to grab a bite b/f going to a NYE house party. How many places did we pop into to attempt that? * Hotel 45 Rooftop Bar - closed at 8 pm for private party * Braddocks * Rookery All needed reservations, no walk-ins. Parish is innovative in that they only take a certain number of reservations & then leave room for walk-ins. One of their bartenders shared that fun fact with us b/c we are so THRILLED that they had space at for us & were curious how we got to be so lucky. Their burger hit the spot & my friend filled up on their hearty red beans & rice. We both started out w/ a NYE adult beverage to get the party started...which we then continued on at a house party. Props for the spectacular customer service on one of the busiest nights of the year!

Went to Parish on a Friday night and had a great overall experience. We were seated right away and chose to sit outside to enjoy the live music, which added a nice touch to the evening. The service was solid friendly and attentive. We started with the gator bites, which were tasty, though just a bit on the salty side. For the main course, I had the grilled fish po' boy, and it was flavorful and well-cooked. I opted for red beans and rice instead of fries, but unfortunately, that was the one letdown of the night. The rice wasn't fully cooked in parts, which threw it off. Other than that, the meal and atmosphere were really enjoyable. I'd definitely go back just will skip the red beans and rice next time.

A real Jem in Macon. I love the ambiance and the decorations here. The manager and owners really put a lot into this place and it's worth your time to eat here for the atmosphere and for live music. Bre is an amazing bartender. She pours heavy so come and ask for her. Happy hour is 9-10 PM so come in for a late party. The cajon egg rolls and the Macon Bacon is amazing! Be sure to check out the other creole menu items. Will come back again and again.

Early dinner while on vacation in Macon. I ordered tomato bisque and jambalaya. Soup was tasty but overpriced for the amount served. Jambalaya had lots of crawfish on a bid of seasoned rice but no other protein Being on a diet I was happy to eat mainly the crawdads and very little rice. My friend had a Caesar salad, red beans and rice, and banana foster rolls, all of which he deemed good Bill with tax and tip was $36.

Our first brunch in Macon so so good!. Came here after Church. Came in just in time before they for crazy. For the bottomless mimosas... I had the shrimp and grits... oh so decadent! My fiancé had the biscuits and gravy.... It was good but the portion size could have been bigger Oh get the beignets! They are a must!

We decided to have a nice brunch on Mother's Day weekend. It was our first time here & we had an amazing time. Food was amazing, I didn't get a photo of the Eggrolls but they were also really goood! Service was quick, so quick our food came out with the appetizers. And highly recommend sitting on the patio if there will be music that day. It was a great plus!

    Shrimp and Crawfish Cajun Pasta
    Christina P.

Overall, the food is okay, but worth a 3 hour wait? Absolutely not. Got there at 6:30, got sat at 7:50. Waitstaff/hostess were really kind, probably the best part of the dinner. Ordered, didn't get our food until 8:20. Gator bites (7/10): crispy, a little fishy, but I'm assuming from being an unfamiliar protein. Good sauce Shrimp and crawfish Cajun pasta (5/10): asked for no tomato, got tomatoes. Pasta was under seasoned in both the salt and Cajun seasoning. The bread wasn't toasted... crawfish was small and shrimp tasted freezer burned. Like I said previously, it seemed like a Louisiana themed restaurant. It was very casual with live music to the point where you can't hear your own convos. The manager came out and spoke with us about our orders being pushed back, which I appreciate the honesty yet still baffled by the fact that they pushed it back for a table that arrived after us. The fact it took basically an hour to get our only appetizer and then 20 more minutes on top of that hour to get our main dishes is appalling. I wouldn't recommend going here and probably wouldn't revisit unless they changed their food management and adjusted recipes.

Because of the wait time, I guess the vibe here is more "sit down to order and eat" than ordering and grabbing food to go. Unfortunately, the beignets were not good at all. I was soooo bummed. I lived in New Orleans for a while for work, so I've had my fair share of them. These were very large and very dense/doughy. Ours didn't have any crispness to them. It honestly tasted kind of like a bland piece of lightly fried and reheated French bread. Unfortunately, the worst part was the after taste. It's almost like they were fried along with other seafood/dinner items, or maybe the oil was bad? I'm not sure, but there were 3 of us eating them and we all agreed they just had a very unpleasant after taste. We ended up throwing them away after no one finished a single one. I'm also a little confused by the vibe. It seems like they want to be family friendly but it also feels like they only want to cater to those leaving the bars at midnight? Service was friendly, so I hate to leave such a rough review, but sadly the beignets need a lot of help.

Located in Downtown Macon, parking is available via street parking. Finding a close spot on the weekend is like winning the Mega Million, possible, but don't count on it. We lucked up on this night and found a spot directly across from the restaurant. As we made our way to the entrance, we were unexpectedly greeted by a woman passionately yelling obscenities at us. Nothing like a little downtown ambiance to set the mood. Thankfully, the heavy police presence on every corner made me feel safe enough to proceed to the restaurant. Once inside, the chaos faded instantly. We were welcomed by a gregarious and friendly staff, informed them of our reservation, and were seated immediately. On this particular Saturday, they weren't overly busy, so we even had the luxury of choosing which booth best suited our comfort level. The atmosphere is intimate and upscale without being stuffy. Think dim lighting, elegant music, exposed ceilings, and décor that says "rustic charm" but also "yes, this entrée will cost more than $30." Our waiter was professional, attentive, and genuinely pleasant, the kind of service that makes you relax and stop checking the time. We started with cocktails: I ordered the strawberry lemon drop martini, and my husband opted for an old fashioned. Both were well-crafted, smooth, and strong enough to make us forget about the crazy lady outside. For appetizers, we each ordered the crab cake. You get one small crab cake, but it was tasty and respectable by Middle Georgia standards. Entrées are à la carte, so order accordingly. I ordered the Chilean sea bass with Brussels sprouts and spinach, while my husband chose the salmon with mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts. Both fish dishes were cooked perfectly and tasted fresh, with sauces that paired beautifully. The Brussels sprouts were crispy, flavorful, and addictive. My husband said his mashed potatoes were possibly the creamiest he's ever had. All of the food was outstanding. Dessert options include their 3rd & Cherry cobbler, cheesecake, and crème brûlée. Heads up: desserts are made to order and take about 20 minutes. Translation, order dessert early unless you're prepared to sit there long enough to contemplate life choices. The restaurant and restrooms were clean, which always earns bonus points. Overall, we had a lovely experience at 3rd & Cherry. It's an excellent choice for a special occasion, date night, or anytime you want to feel a little fancy without leaving Middle Georgia. We'll definitely be back.

The Buffalo Chicken Egg Rolls were just as amazing as I remembered, and the wings were cooked well. The food is definitely the highlight and the main reason I'll be returning to try more menu items. However, there were several areas that could use improvement. I ordered a tequila and pineapple juice drink, but it tasted watered down and lacked balance. It fell flat and wasn't very enjoyable. The blue cheese also wasn't appetizing and didn't pair well with my lemon pepper wings. I ended up using ranch instead, and I believe I was still charged for the blue cheese. The service was pleasant but inconsistent. My server was friendly and polite, which is why I still left a decent tip, but she didn't check on me as often as expected. I also found it unusual that I had to send my tip through Cash App because their payment system doesn't allow tips to be added directly to the receipt. That process felt inconvenient and outdated. The atmosphere has a lot of potential. The building itself is beautiful, and I love the overall ambiance. However, the seating could use some attention. I wore shorts, and the booth cushions were worn enough that they scratched my legs. The restaurant could also benefit from having a host or hostess. When you walk in, you're left to find your own seat, and there doesn't seem to be much guidance for guests. It appeared that there was only one server covering the dining area when I visited around 4:30-5:00 PM. While it wasn't particularly busy, having additional wait staff and a dedicated host would likely improve the customer experience significantly. The staff seemed nice and professional overall, but the restaurant would benefit from additional training, staffing, and a more organized front-of-house operation. Overall, I'd rate my experience 3.5 out of 5 stars. The food is absolutely on point and keeps me coming back, but improvements in service, seating, and guest hospitality would make a big difference. Cashman's Pub has tremendous potential, and with a few adjustments, it could easily become one of the area's top dining spots.

We walked in and nearly every table was dirty so we opted to sit at the bar area which was not fully clean either but was a minor issue comparing to the other tables. I asked sis if she wanted to walk somewhere else to eat because we were in paid parking for 2 hours. It took 40 mins before our order was taken both drinks and food. The tea was terrible. I switched to water. We were observing how 2 people while came after us got their food before we did. We could tell they were regulars but that should not matter. When our food arrived, my sister stated I thought you ordered grilled chicken salad. I said I did but I will not send it back because it may take too long. I glanced the salad and continued eating my soup. The party next to me had some issues and sent their salad back which came out wrong again so after looking at mine I said this salad should have been hers and the one she initially had was mine. So they said they did not mind to switch because I hadn't touched mine and I was ok with that as well. I told the girl to just bring my eggs to go on the salad to make it correct. We and the party next to us boxed up our food and took it home. We all agreed it was simply too filthy to eat in there. Half of sis food was cold anyways. There were issues all around. A customer picking up food ended up cursing out one of the 2 servers they had. I have no clue exactly why this place was functioning as such but this definitely was a management issue. I was surprised the two servers did not walk out themselves. They were doing the best they could with the exception of unnecessary chatter at times with regular customers. I do know that I would NOT dine here again.
