Chaotic in the morning but really tasty food. The ambience is ok Outdoors nice but it's hot when it's hot out there. Fresh oj is fresh squeezed but not cheap. But very delicious. On our return trip from Key West Tripadvisor let us hear for Cuban cuisine and we were not disappointed. Ample parking, a warm greeting and outstanding breakfast burritos, smoothies, and the perfect bowl of grits. Many wonderful choices for breakfast and lunch and everyone here has a smile on their face. This place is amazing!! We road our bikes to Paradise several times during our visit to Marathon. Hayley's homemade bread comes out hot and fresh. Absolutely authentic Cuban coffee! The home potatoes are where it's at. And the proof is all the sweet and friendly Cuban grandmas who start their day, every morning on the patio. Oh! Breakfast was wonderful. Sitting outside we got serenaded by birds. Mom and pop place. Richelle loved her Cuban Breakfast and dad loved his Cuban omelette. Both said the bread was fantastic, and the Cuban coffee was what they need to start their day. I had a Cuban frappe. Make sure to check out the tables inside, they have helpful translations between Cuban, Spanish and English. The deli counter had a combo meal, so I grabbed the chicken with seasoned rice and boiled yucca--total comfort food done right. The Cuban coffee was bold and smooth, a must-have. We couldn't decide between the conch chowder or lobster bisque, so we got both--and they made them fresh for us on the spot! Very cute locale with great food and service. I had the guarapo, ham and cheese pizza, and the tostada. The guarapo was very good and actually pretty close to what it tastes like in Cuba. The pizza was also very good, it had nice crispy edges that reminded me of actual Cuban pizza and was overall pretty close to the original. On June 17th I was at the Juice Paradaise Restaurant in Marathon at lunch time and ordered a Fish Sandwich (Minute) and it really wasn't even half fish, it was just bread, an immense amount of lettuce and tomato. Every time I pass by work on my way to Key West I go there for lunch but the quality has greatly decreased at this establishment. The service was slow because there was only one waitress for the entire place and the cook. The place was empty when we arrived and then two more customers arrived. I've only been here a couple times this week and a few times a couple years ago, and my only mission was a cup of coffee. I am completely hooked on Cuban coffee and unfortunately can't get it in New York. I mean then again I haven't really looked too hard but still, it's not just on the corner down the road. The staff always seems friendly and I have never had any problems or difficulties here. I read all the reviews that save these people sometimes include gratuities with the price they charge you however I can't say anything about that because honestly I wasn't really paying attention.
