Food was pretty good, I guess but I probably would like it better if the service wasn't so terrible. My entire breakfast was cold by the time I got anyone to help us. I got the Waffle Pig, and when the food was delivered asked for a spare plate to put the waffle on (since they just place the waffle and eggs and sausage and bacon in a big pile on one single plate). The plate never came. It took asking 3 different people 4 separate times to get that extra plate. It seems like a problem with the definition of responsibilities? I think each time the person I asked just told someone else I needed a plate and no one ever actually got me a plate. We were visited by at least 5 different people during our meal - they had plenty of people working and it was not super busy yet, so it just seems like a break down of communication. They only accept cash, we needed to use their ATM to get cash - and the ATM fee was higher than if they just accepted cards and charged us the transaction fee on a credit card payment. Overall - decent food, terrible service, nothing that would encourage me to stop again though. read more

A tiny diner with about enough seating for like 15 people inside but a bunch of picnic tables outside. It's diner style if you sit inside and walk up food truck style if you sit outside. We choose the air conditioning inside to eat. Our waitress was extremely sweet and on point with taking care of us, which was 7 people. We were here for breakfast but they were already busy selling bbq. 3 of us tried things we couldn't get at home, the chocolate banana bread French toast, lobster fritters with eggs and alligator tail with eggs. I had such a great first experience at the stuffed pig for breakfast. We arrived at 12:30 and breakfast stops at 1. The food was ordered and on our table in less than 10 mins! I couldn't believe how fast it was! The waitress was so sweet, and the food was sooo good. The biscuits & gravy was my favorite, so rich and creamy, and not too much pepper. Perfect flavor. My husband loved his also, which had sausage gravy, home fries, and really thick Texas toast. It's a heavy meal, I'm sure it blew my diet for the week, but it hit the spot I was craving that day. Dont be fooled by the front of the building. Parking on the side with a huge outdoor seating area. Stopped in for a late breakfast and were seated quickly. We had the Pig topper, country fried steak and the pig slopper. These meals are huge and plenty to split by 2 people. I read the other reviews about service being slow or bad. This is not the case. Food came out quick, service was great and Joseph came by frequently to check on us. It was our first time here but the couple we were with said they have always had great service here. The inside was standard diner- style with pig-themed decor, a counter and about 8 tables. The outside looked inviting but with a long wait since it was great weather. Funky gift shop in a shed with an outdoor service center- creative use of space. Fun pig-related figurines throughout their courtyard garden including a wall mural painted by the owners/staff. This place has the BEST food! Hands down!!! Literally every plate we had was perfection! And it's all made in house. You can get a good home cooked meal(only comparable to home cooked if you're good at cooking) from this place. And the even though you'll walk out full, the smell of smoked ribs will tease you to come back for lunch. They have fair prices, especially for the quality that you get. It's all cooked with love and it tastes like it! We luckily got to go for 2 days before they had to take a couple days off, and had planned on going for the remaining days they were open while we were their, but our Airbnb got messed up, so we were all super disappointed we wouldn't be able to come back on this trip.
