Excellent! I tried the sampler platter which comes with brisket, pulled pork, baby back ribs and 1/4 chicken- you get a little bit of everything. I am surprised to say but the chicken was hands down the best! Super juicy and had the perfect smokey flavor and paired really great with the Louisana Hot & Spicy sauce! They also have a really great beer selection with local craft beers on tap. Service was great!

Such a warm welcome! Felt at home. Excellent food! Fast as well. I think the value was there as well. I'd was enough for lunch and dinner. I thought the ribs and the brisket were perfect! It was all good but I want more of those.

Nice restaurant. Not the best bbq but it hit the spot after a long hot day. Got the fried pickles and they came straight right of the fryer. Very good. The burger is really good. Nice thick burger cooked to medium with a good sauce. Nicely dressed. The brisket was on the fatty end and it came out with only a little thing if sauce. Ask for more right at the start. Staff was really friendly and it was nice and peaceful with good AC.

BBQ Heaven in Big Pine Key! Pops Smoke Shed BBQ is an absolute gem! Hands down, some of the best BBQ I've ever had -- tender, smoky, and packed with flavor. The variety of house-made sauces was a real treat, from bold Kansas City Classic, Memphis Sweet to Carolina Tangy Gold, Louisiana Hot & Spicy, and Mississippi Honey -- there's something for every BBQ lover. Portions are no joke, so come hungry -- this is not a place for lightweights! Every bite was satisfying, and our server couldn't have been friendlier or more attentive. The Southern hospitality here is real. Whatever you do, don't skip dessert. Mimi's banana pudding is the perfect creamy, nostalgic finish, and their pecan pie is downright heavenly. If you're anywhere near Big Pine Key, make this your BBQ stop -- you won't regret it!

We stopped in for dinner during our trip with a large group. The food was very salty and nothing to really write home about. The service was great; we just wish the food had been on par. On Tuesdays, they give a discount for locals. Also, don't park in front of the stairs like this idiot.

Mac and cheese bowl with BBQ Brisket.

We stopped for lunch and had the amazing macaroni and cheese bowl with brisket and deep fried pickles. Our food was delicious and Leah was the best waitress EVER! We would definitely come back if we are in the area.

The best! Not the most healthy lol but worth every bite!

We got the fries, covered with Mac n cheese, pork, jalepenos, golden bbq sauce....AMAZING !!

Pulled pork, mac and cheese, coleslaw, potato salad

Last minute decision to stop here for lunch, it was 10/10. The food was delicious, service was fast and great! The Mac and cheese was amazing!

4 Meat Sampler

Stop by this place for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. My husband and I got the 4 Sampler Platter that came with 2 rolls, 2 sides, and 4 meats (ribs, chicken, brisket, and pulled pork). We ask the server (who was an absolutely friendly and helpful) if it was large enough for us to share and she said more than enough that you'd probably need a to go box (we did ). Ranking of the meats from our fave first. Pulled pork was seasoned, flavorful, and plentiful. Next up is the chicken (we got white meat). Juicy and smoked to perfection. Then we have the ribs (4 pieces). It wasn't fall off the bone but it was the right type of tender. Flavor was good but definitely try their sauces on them! Finally the brisket (4 pieces). This was a bit dryer than the other meats but was still flavorful. I just wish it was a bit more juicier (personal choice). We had the fries and potato salad as our sides and they were okay. The place was quaint, clean, with a chill vibe. I'd definitely go again when I head down to Key West again.

The fish was fresh and delicious, served with fries and cole slaw. The waitress Jenny was incredible very attentive. Everything was so good that we went again although we were staying in Florida City the ride was worth it. Second time I had the square grouper again and my husband had the shrimp platter. Yummy!!! The shortbread cookies for dessert hit the spot It is great to see a restaurant that has it all -- great food, great service and great ambiance YUMMY!!!!!!!!

We were really looking forward to trying this restaurant, but unfortunately our experience was…read moredisappointing from start to finish. The online waitlist initially estimated a 60-75 minute wait, not an issue, had a cocktail upstairs and really wnjoyed ourselves. When we checked in, we were told we were next eventhough thebonline portal told us to come. After waiting another 15 minutes, we were told our table was just being cleaned and to wait where we were. A few minutes later, another employee told us we had to move because a different party was holding the door open, so we ended up standing behind the bar with our backs against the wall. It just felt awkward and disorganized. When we were finally seated in the back room, we thought it would be nice since it was quieter, but it was extremely hot. I'm usually the person who is always cold, yet I was sweating through dinner. Service also left a lot to be desired. The food runner handed our hot dinner plates directly to us instead of placing them on the table. I was sitting at the opposite end of the table from him, so I had to reach out and take a hot plate. I even asked if it was hot, and he still practically dropped it into my hands. I had burned my fingers earlier that day, so it hurt!!.. but it was that or drop my pasta!? Our server also repeatedly reached across guests' faces to clear plates instead of walking around the table. At one point my sister didn't even realize she was there until an arm reached in front of her, which was awkward. To make matters worse, two of our dinners arrived about seven minutes before the remaining meals, so part of our table was left waiting while the others' food got cold. We asked for grated Parmesan for our two PASTA dishes. No one mentioned there would be a charge. It took another six minutes to arrive, and when the bill came we discovered we had been charged $2 per serving. We asked for two servings, but three were brought to the table--and we were charged for all three. Six minutes may not sound like much, but after already waiting for the rest of the meals, another delay while watching our server take new tables' orders instead of bringing the cheese felt frustrating. To end on a positive note, three of the meals were good. My mother-in-law really enjoyed the grilled wahoo, my husband liked the BBQ mac and cheese, and my sister liked the fried artichoke. Overall, it wasn't one major issue--it was a series of small service problems that added up and made for a disappointing experience. We hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests.

I'm not a picky eater by any means, but the food was extremely underwhelming. I ordered the burger, and it had almost no flavor. My wife ordered the Philly cheesesteak, and it was topped with what tasted like individually wrapped processed cheese, which really took away from the sandwich. Our soft drinks were flat and served in very small plastic cups. For about $70 for two entrées and an appetizer, we expected much better quality. The outdoor seating was covered with picnic tables, which was a nice break from the Florida sun and probably the most comfortable part of the meal. The atmosphere, however, wasn't what we expected. The staff spent much of the time sitting at a nearby table using profanity, and we never felt particularly welcome. As visitors, we got the impression that locals were the priority and tourists were just passing through. The one bright spot was the property itself. Seeing the Key deer and colorful chameleons wandering around made for some great photos and was honestly the highlight of our visit. Maybe this is a better stop if you're looking for a place to grab a drink and enjoy the atmosphere, but based on our experience, we wouldn't come back for the food.

A very beachy, fun, relaxed vibe right by the water. Lots of seating, great for big groups,…read morefamilies, etc. Our waitress was nice and the food came out pretty quickly. The bad: worst daiquiri I've ever had. Tasted like dirty water, not strawberry or rum honestly. I would skip the drinks (maybe stick to beer). The food was pretty good! Veggie tacos were tasty and great for vegetarians/vegans (with modification). Seafood tower for two was quite the deal - maybe too many oysters but the crab was to die for. Next time, I'd probably just get the crab. Poke nachos were incredible, according to my sister-in-law. Key lime pie was decent but not our absolute favorite. Overall, a good place for a group and a decent meal by the water!

I kept thinking, "till Big Pine Key, I've seen so many waterfront restaurants--so let's just head toward Key West, and if something looks tempting, we'll stop." That's when we spotted Kiki's. Unfortunately, the service wasn't great, and we ended up spending about 55 minutes there, which felt longer than expected given our timing. We ordered: * Mahi Basket: - really good, and my wife loved it. * Snapper Sandwich: with crunchy fries and sauce - solid and satisfying, also great fish Overall, the food was good, the vibe was matching, and the whole setting was really nice--just the service didn't quite match. But honestly, if we hadn't been in a hurry, it probably wouldn't have bothered us. They also have a pier for boat parking, a small gift shop, and air conditioned bathrooms (haha). Nice spot!
