Used to... tolerate... this location. I'm good on it though. Never going back. It's clearly understaffed. Has been for months. That's management's fault. But the last couple months the pizzas get smaller and smaller on the FAMILY SIZE TRAY... Thats not a staff thing that's management training them to do it that way. If they think people don't notice, you're fool(s) management. Also was told they were out of an item and basically oh well if they didn't have something else that was equal value. I ordered our regular order (gourmet veggie) online and received confirmation that it would be ready at 5:02 pm. I didn't arrive until about 5:15 pm and was told my pizza wasn't ready. I patiently waited while the 2 employees were preparing orders. They were talking about another employee and using many choice swear words with no regard for me standing there. Very unprofessional and I didn't get my pizza until about 5:25 pm. Our pizza was good but I will be considering other options before I go back to this place. Horrible customer service!! read more

I don't like to bash a place, especially when it's given good service in the past. I ordered three pizzas, one with a thin crust and two with a regular crust. The thin crust, Chicken Bacon Artichoke, was so incredibly thin that you could hardly pick it up. The toppings and cheese were a good amount and tasted good. The other two pizzas, were almost on the thin crust side and were lacking in toppings. Both in cheese and meat. We had to take the pepperoni and move it over to half of the pizza to create a proper "half" pepperoni and cheese pizza. Then add more cheese. Same with the ham and pineapple. Just not enough toppings. Not sure if this is a way of dealing with inflation or the fact that I had ordered sort of close to closing time.....it still had the Papa Murphys taste without the enjoyment of the pizza that they bring. read more

I've used the Cameron Park Papa Murphy's twice in the last two weeks. The first time, they did not complete my order correctly (it was a 2 item large, and they made only a cheese pizza). Fortunately, I caught that before I left the store. The second time, my husband picked up the order, and they completely shorted us one pizza (kids Murph pizza). My husband also said that the guy behind the counter was wearing fuzzy slippers. Very disappointed at the lack of professionalism and attention to detail. We'll look elsewhere. read more

It's hard to believe they did this... I ordered a large pie online and paid for it on line.. HUGE MISTAKE!!! The pie is 14" dia. and they put a tiny spot of toppings that was 7" dia. A full 3 1/2' of RAW UN-TOPPED DOUGH all the way around. The toppings were so skimpy there was no way to redistribute them. I had to go to the store and buy a jar of pizza sauce, some cheese and some pepperoni just to cover all the raw dough... I understand that these places are all franchised but Corp SHOULD care about how their name is being disgraced... I believe the same person/company owns several of these stores in the area and the only ones I am aware of that charges $12.99 on 10 dollar Tuesday. They price gouge above what Corporate advertises on the exact same website I ordered from and are still to cheap to properly cover the pie NEVER AGAIN!!! read more

If there was a rating less than 1, that's what they would get. I got a large combination on 5/27 . The toppings were in a pile in the middle of the dough, the sauce was sloppy spread around 2" in from the edge and not all the toppings that come on a combination was there. The guy here who just took our order was super rude and had the worst attitude. SUPER RUDE! He gave us our pizzas and barely wrapped them. Sloppy as hell! BUT GET THIS- as we left - THE LARGEST COCKROACH walked casually across the floor and the guy looked at it as if it was his best friend. Ruined my friend's 65th Birthday. Ordered the large Hawaiian and garden salad. The iceberg lettuce was brown, could not see that in the package, the pizza had no flavor at all. I bought the XLNY Pepperoni Pizza tonight. It was the first time I had tried that particular pizza. It had very few pepperonis on it, and there were far too much herb spices spread over it. It was like the pizza maker had spilled the spices rather than sprinklings them. When a got it home and was ready to put it in the oven, I wasn't sure if NY was considered thin or regular crust, so I called the store. I asked the worker, a female, my question and she said she supposed it would be cooked on the bottom rack like a thin crust pizza. I asked for clarification about the bottom rack since she had said she "supposed", and she snapped back with a "That's what I said." Okay... My husband thinks it's the worst pizza he's every eaten, and he knows hi pizza. Now I'm unlikely to be a repeat customer. read more

This is consistently good and well priced pizza, for take home and bake. A family save.

So far, so good. I would actually go and pick up myself a well prepared pizza dough with all the toppings and sauce and it's ready to be baked. That's how Papa Murphy's roll. This is one pizza parlor I would really put my money's worth because you really get a fresh baked pizza. Plus, it's cheaper and it tastes good. I've tried their awesome thin crust Delights and their stuffed pizza types. As well as their calzone varieties. Lately I've tried their Thai Chicken pizza and although I knew what sauce they were using after tasting it, it's still damn good. Pizza is GREAT and I would choose Papa Murphy's before or after that other place, Pizza Guys. Start eating something fresh and stop eating something off from a cardboard box. read more

Usually this is my favorite place to go for pizza and they usually don't screw me over but tonight I ordered my usual, I gave them a coupon and the girl still charged me regular price. I ordered the Delite Med. Chicken, it was delicious. My complaint is that I was very specific on the phone that I needed no cheese on this pizza, and the girl repeated it back. I was handed my pizzas. with this one on the bottom, she repeated my order saying that there was no cheese, and I made the mistake of not looking. When I got home it had a lot of cheese, so I had to call back to get it replaced. They had it done by the time I drove back, which I made up for the mistake. My advice is to make sure you really do check the pizza! read more

Ate a lot of this when the kid's were growing up so took a big break from it. Decided to try one of their thin crust delite style's with chicken and it was yummy. Especially loved the sun dried tomatoes. Was able to order and pay online using a coupon, loved that. read more
