Beautiful outside seating. Comfortable inside seating. Food takes a while but all worth it. Staff friendly and attentive. Will be back.

It was creamy, vibrant and chilly. Red's appears to specialize in blended ice cocktails. I also tried the Grasshopper which walks perfectly minty, creamy and sweet. For food I tried the flank steak sliders and the coleslaw. The coleslaw was notable with a touch of paprika on top that was different and a good contrast to the sweet drinks. The sliders could be better. They came out piping hot on a series of Hawaiian rolls. The steam from the meat dissolves the buns a bit so it was more of a knife and fork situation. The dried crispy onions were a nice touch. Excellent service from both bartenders and friendly conversation with the locals who frequent the bar. Overall, I'd highly recommend, especially fo the historical aspect. The building was constructed in the 1800s and originally served as a Wells Fargo weighing station before being converted to a bar.

Unfortunately, something has changed in the kitchen and noticebly different after our last 3 visits. Burgers appear to be frozen and possibly grilled over wood as advertised and DEFINATELY over- seasoned and salted. Still lack natural flavor, smoke and overcooked regardless of preferance . Also ribs are dry and reheated. I would not reccomend either entry! Something positive, service and golden cadilacs are good. Please get your kitchen in order and be great again

You can chug a beer, eat pizza AND head home with a beautiful new plant all in one night, all from one place =) The ambiance gives off a botanical, airy and casual (but very comfortable) feel. STAFF: The staff is INCREDIBLE. Solid, extremely kind and VERY hardworking. All staff members share in the cashier, food-making, clean up and food running. So YES, be sure to tip when you order. The Rose family are the kindest people and what they have created is something that should really be celebrated by all EDH locals and beyond. EVENTS: Tuesdays are Trivia Nights (Hannah is amazing!), Wednesdays are Bingo, and live music on Saturdays. Throughout the year they also host Oktoberfest, St. Patty's Day...etc. Dog Friendly: You can eat on the patio with your dog! Kid Friendly: They have crayons, and coloring sheets for kiddos along with cards and various other table games. (For adults too!) FOOD/BEVS: All beer offered is Boring Rose beer and it's really good! Additionally they offer house made seltzers, carry local ciders, and wines. They make fresh and delicious Pizzas, wraps, salads, etc. and the pretzel with beer cheese is a MUST. This brewery is one of the most approachable, friendly, fun and delicious spots in the Town Center. It's a modern day Cheers, where the staff literally knows your name =) Shout out to Phil, he's pretty AMAZING

The drive from West Sac was well worth it and look forward to coming back! Also, the TV screens and the video of the farm and production of the beer in conjunction to the plants was RAD! Well done!

I have made amazing friends at Wally's and I consider it to be 'the spot' in Cameron Park. However, a specific manager has really left me with a horrible taste in my mouth. Andy has , on numerous occasions , lied and been on some weird power trip with myself and my best-friend that are consistent regulars to this establishment. If you have two well-mannered, consistent, loyal regulars to your bar top (who are personal friends with 60% of the staff) ... you probably shouldn't lie to them when they ask for the shade blinds to be opened on a beautiful spring night. On three separate occasions, Andy has refused to open the outdoor patio shade screens during sunset when requested. On all 3 occasions, there were only 4-6 other people at the 20ish bar top inside. When we requested to raise the screens to our bartender, we were met with Andy's response: "other regulars want them down, so I'm not raising them". No other regulars at the bar top , no one anywhere near the patio. Again, we are FREQUENT regulars, requesting this on beautiful California spring nights, when no one at the bar top inside is anywhere near the glare range of the screens coming up. Honestly, anytime I walk in and Andy is managing I'm annoyed. He plays immature games for attention, & that's with people that come there frequently! If he treats any first time customers of Wally's this way, it's a shame, because every other employee of this establishment has been nothing but amazing. This review is directly a review of Andy, not of any other member on staff, or for the establishment as a whole. Wallys is my favorite place in Cameron Park, hands down, even with the BS this manager puts out to his regulars.

I have to settle for pilsners but won't deduct a star for that. Haha. Large outside parking lot patio seats probably 25. Dog friendly like most breweries and most people are doing their own thing. But the crowd here is good people if you find yourself drinking solo and strike up a conversation. I've been other places where there's creepy guys drinking more than they should. Single ladies should feel fine here. Bring outside food to eat or chow on their chips for purchase. I hear Sunday February 26, 2025 should have Cousin's Maine Lobster and I believe that truck is reliable. Some food trucks are spotty with no shows at breweries. There's a pizza parlor and Mexican restaurant in the plaza. Across the street is Safeway if you want a deli sando or something. They also have live music on the weekends I'm told. They do not, however they do something called a "fast pass" which basically means they put your name down and if you arrive while there's a wait, you get seated before anyone else who is waiting and does not have a fast pass. Kind of a different approach. I was glad that when we arrived, there wasn't anyone else waiting and there were tables available. Service was very attentive and friendly. He took our drink orders and allowed us some time to decide what to eat. Hubs and I both debated between multiple options- a lot sounded so good- but we both decided on the filet mignon. On the menu, it indicated that the dish comes with a béarnaise sauce; my husband really doesn't care for tarragon so he requested a substitution of their mushroom rosemary sauce instead (which is offered with their ribeye), and they happily obliged. The meal also included Yukon mashed potatoes and veggies. Our food was delivered soon after and I was pleasantly surprised that not only were our steaks still very warm but that they were cooked a perfect medium rare. The quality of the steaks was great, they were nice and thick. The veggies were, for the most part, overdone and a bit soggy, but that's not something that bothers me too much. The potatoes had good flavor but could have used much more milk/cream as they were pretty dry and firm. The experience was a good one and I would definitely return if we lived closer. I liked that their menu had a lot to offer- this is a good place for a family who has various tastes. Shout out to our server, Carver, who was great and provided very good service.
