Definitely wouldn't go back here. I went here for a pizza after a doctors appointment, not only did I wait for too long - I go home to find out the dough is raw, and they put all my toppings under the cheese (with the excuse of "if it has more than one topping, we put it under the cheese)". I called to see if I could get a refund, because why would I spend money on a pizza that's raw? He says he would give me a free pizza, not what i wanted, but I accepted it. It never loaded in the app like he said it would. I call back again, and a different guy gives me the refund I asked for. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. It's 24 dollars for a pizza they can't even cook right. read more

Papa John's pizza is always really good but maybe they should consider using Uber eats instead of DoorDash I've been waiting for over an hour and a half for my food and still have not received it called the store and said they were waiting on a driver to pick it up. Really great team here! We've ordered here about 3-4 times recently and each time the customer service was exceptional. They've out competed Domino's, Marco's, Pizza Hut, and other pizza places now. We don't order anywhere else now. We ordered a Philly cheesesteak pizza and a Hawaiian, but I'd forgotten to swap the green peppers for jalapeño's (we can't eat the green peppers); I called them not realizing I had made the mistake, but the employee still remade it the way we'd like it and had it delivered at no charge within 25 minutes! Any time there has been anything incorrect this location makes sure you're made whole or at least have a good experience. Shout out to Craig who helped us with a difficult experience with Uber/delivery issues and came through too. He's helped us a few times now, and we super appreciated his upbeat service and he didn't make us feel uncomfortable for calling with an issue. Good job Papa team! read more

I have had great service when it comes to the accidental pickup instead of delivery order and the people have been super nice. By that time it was 7:00pm .[ have 10 miles to drive .I have ice cream in my car. My husband and I are both diabetes. These guys just can't seem to make a decent pizza I've ordered three pizzas from them over the past two months and two of them were comped because the previous pizza sucked so badly or was missing toppings or had bubbles that covered half the pizza or they forgot all of the dipping sauces and sides to go with it. Placed my last order with them yesterday and will not order again from them as it was also inaccurate. It was one of their new specialty pizzas and it had hardly any cheese on it and missing pepperoni did not have any flavor or taste in the pizza. I'll not be ordering pizza from Papa John's again. They can't seem to do it right. Pizza is a pretty basic food and if you use flavorful ingredients you'll get a quality taste. Also, they're more expensive than any other pizzeria in my local area. The employees had a pizza returned by one customer that was opened up in their car. They then tried to remove the broken seal and install a new seal like the pizza was never touched and taken outside of the store. They were then again watched trying to give that pizza to another customer. (Completely disgusted). $18.47 for a medium sized "I Italian Special." This special supposedly has pepperoni and a double order of Italian sausage on it. I found maybe 2 pieces of pepperoni and 10 miniscule pieces of Italian sausage. The pizza was made of more dough than anything else. If you order a regular sausage pizza, it's made with plain pork sausage which is not something you want to have on a pizza. All this disappointment for $18.67 .... for a medium....are you kidding? The staff is always so friendly. Only one time did it take long then it should. Come to find out that another customer was not happy that their pizza wasn't piping hot ( keep in mind they had been sitting waiting for them to get there) so they had to make them again and all of us had to wait.
