The place was very clean. Denton I think was his name was very courteous taking our order. They had like 5 people working so I'm assuming they were training. Food came out quick. Almost too quick. Five stars for this fast food restaurant because 1. Fast & friendly service; 2. Clean, clean, clean; 3. Food was as ordered and came out fresh & hot. You don't eat at a fast food place and expect gourmet food, so that's not what this 5-star review is about. As far as a fast food restaurant goes, this place is doing everything right. I was very impressed by the whole experience. I can't tell you the last time I even ate at an Arbys, but they definitely have my attention now. I ordered the classic roast beef with their curly fries. I choose the Horsey and Arby's sauce for dipping and enjoyed them. Their drink bar and sauce bar were fully stocked and clean. It's obvious management is doing everything right here and their staff is on top of it. There's a bell to ring before you walk out the door that you can ring if you liked their service. This team is doing great things out here in Rita Ranch during the lunch hours. Every stop here has been good service and correct food (which seems to be hard at fast food restaurants these days). Today during the lunch rush I noticed the manager/owner/corporate worker jump off her laptop work in the corner and jump right into the production line to help her team. Cleaned hands, gloved up, and helped out (not showing up and shouting orders but hands on work instantly)...what a great leader this team has. She went right back to her laptop work and eating her lunch as soon as the bottleneck was solved. Wanted to congratulate her in person, but she deserved to eat her lunch in peace. Keep up the great work...you earned that 5th star with your great leadership. read more

Arby's is one of my preferred fast-food restaurants. This was our first visit to this location. We used the drive-thru ordering due to the pandemic. The staff was friendly and quick to move the line through the system. I ordered the 2 for $6 special with a turkey gyro for me and a beef-n-cheddar sandwich for my husband. We also got sweet potato fries and potato cakes with a drink. I've tried a few of the different types of gyros and like the turkey one best. This order had a little thicker cut of turkey and plenty of sauce. I don't like the raw red onion that they add, so I take that off. It was very tasty and the pita was soft and fluffy. The sweet potato fries tasted very good as well and were not greasy like I've experienced previously. We didn't eat inside but sat in the parking lot to eat our meal. It seemed prudent to have Arby's add a couple of garbage cans in the parking area since all of the customers that ordered recently were also sitting in their cars eating with nowhere to discard their leftover packaging. read more

I love Arbys, especially now that they have been adding new menu items. Came yeaterday with my daughter and got their new double barrel bourbon burger which was delicious! In fact i ordered my daughter the buffalo chicken burger and she decided mine was better so she ate have of mine and i ate half of hers. The reason for the 4 stars is only because I like their curly fries are great but every once in awhile they r over cooked to the point that they r too crunchy which makes it hard to eat for the kids and sometimes they skimp the fries to where they aren't filled to the top. Complaint!!! What are these people doing? OMGosh, The Orange Creamsicle shake is made too well! So perfect on my lips, but it's going to be disastrous to me....I had one two days ago and have now been craving it....It makes my heart hurt to know it is a limited time thing. Anyway, I had lunch the other day, chicken tenders were great. Ordered them in the drive thru and had to turn around to go back in the store, because they weren't in the bag. I really love Arby! Or so I used too. I'm so disappointed that they got rid of the potato cakes and the chicken cor don blue. The only reason I went there. So when I went to this location and they did not have my favorites I ordered the french dip to only get all the way home and discover they did not give me the au jue to dip it in. I went through the drive thru and ordered a combo meal of a large roast beef sandwich, a gyro, large onion rings and cheese sticks. They asked if I wanted sauce I said yes. When I got home there were only 3 onion rings in my box I paid $1.00 !,# onion ring! And no arby sauce, wth. I am not thrilled with the new Arbys. read more

Specifically drove miles out of our way for the 2 for 6 dollar Everyday Value meal advertised all over the app and website. We wanted a beef and cheddar and a chicken cheddar ranch as shown in the deal. First they tried to claim they stopped the deal. Then they claimed the website was wrong. Finally they claimed they are an independently owned Arby's and don't offer the deal. They would not match the advertised deal, only giving me a coupon sheet you get in the weekly/monthly advertisement mailing. Absolutely upset with Arby's, independently owned or not. read more

We dropped by our new Arby's on Old Vail recently for a lunch. The place is almost brand new and shiny - but doesn't seem to be very busy. The French Dip is my favorite, but without the Swiss cheese on it. They are always running specials on their sandwiches or there are coupons available. The staff is very friendly and quick - our lunch was ready by the time we filled our drinks. I also like the Beef and Cheddar sandwich. Can't beat Arby's roast beef sandwiches! Workers are fixated on everything other than working. I came up to window, was hit up for a donation right away and then asked for sauce and napkins.
