In-N-out burger has a bit of a fast food cult following. The menu is basic: burgers, fries, milkshake, soft drink. But then. . . there is the 'not so secret menu'. Make you burger or fries 'animal style'. Add grilled onion to your burger. Get your pup a 'scooby snack'. Order your burger 4x4. Get the fries cooked 'well'. Maybe go bunless with a flying dutchman or you may prefer protien style. Whatever you order, this is fast food, plain and simple. Red and white retro interior. Drive thru or counter service. Fill your own soft drink cup (ice tea and lemonade too). Your number will be called when your order is ready. Burgers are half wrapped in a way that helps keep your hands clean, and served in a little red tray with napkins and salt. The dining area was very clean with a staff member sweeping floors and wiping tables. Bus your own tables at counters/trash bins by both exits. Outdoor seating areas available. Restrooms were pretty clean. White In-N-Out tshirts are available for sale on site, or order a black one from the online shop to share the In-N-Out fan culture. Shared parking lot. read more

Food is made fresh and was tasty! Menu is small. Burgers, fries, and drinks. Apparently a slab of raw onion or grilled onions are an option. Restaurant gave a nice old fashion burger joint appeal. read more

Good In-N-Out experience. The price was a little more than $10 for a burger far superior to lager chains. The service was fast and friendly. They actually made my fries extra crispy like I asked. This location was busy when I was there. Place appeared pretty clean. read more

I've been wanting to get here to try the viral flying Dutchman wrapped in grilled onions. I am so happy I finally made it. The burger was delicious. In fact, I might be going back tomorrow to have another. I've always liked their double double burger but now that I'm trying to cut back on carbs, I usually get a protein burger but I think I'll swap the protein burger for this one going forward. I suggest everyone try it out you will be very happy. read more

I love in and out burgers and I don't plan on eating anywhere else. This one was very disappointing. I feel I was profiled. My hamburger was the size of a silver dollar and was covered with black specks. The fries were cold, hard, and inedible. I had to ask for a new float, because they let the first one melt. The staff were smirking and laughing at me. The front receptionist looked as though she had eaten too many Double, Doubles. She asked "you want to eat HERE?" I didn't know what she meant. read more

Just the BEST BURGER fast food ever they need to keep opening new locations all over the US so when I travel with my husband for his work, I can get it in any state love love this place. read more

It's most likely the worst store of any we have been too....my wife ordered a veggie with cheese/tomato/lettuce animal style and she did not get any lettuce. She went back to complain and they took her cold meal and added more lettuce.....they should have remade it all over again to be hot and fresh. read more

Never fails. Still a cheap eats go to place. We will be coming here often. Please don't raise the prices.

Worst In-N-Out I've ever been to. Last two times my order was screwed up. This last time is the LAST for this location. Ordered a grilled cheese animal style. Came with no lettuce, no onions and a tomato the size of a quarter. I purposely poked a hole in the top bun before I took it up to the counter. Their "remade" sandwich came back with a hole in the bun and cold cheese. I thought the health department frowned on that. I know I do. Course the HD hasn't been in this location for a long time as the entire store is filthy from the seating to the bathrooms that your flip flops stick to. Soda machines and condiment bar were trashed. Not up to In-N-Out standards. read more

I'm visiting from Florida and never had in-n-out Before definitely worth trying. Burgers were delicious fresh fries. Milkshakes where on the thick side. I recommend trying if you've never had this. Super friendly service. read more

This Irvington location seems to have taken to adding way too much salt. I consider them inedible. The last time we were there the burgers were also covered in salt. We don't plan on going back to this location. I never would never have believed I could write something negative about In-N-Out... read more

I clearly ordered animal style fries they didn't give it to me they gave me normal fries and I complained and they were still gonna make me pay for some other animal fries... on my receipt it said animal style fries I never got them ! read more

So glad to see quality prevails across the Chain here in Tucson. Worried that with so many popping up around the area that quality would decline with the food & customer service. I have always had great experiences in California and now here in Arizona. The food is delicious & fresh. What I love most is the friendly customer service, the staff that I have come in contact with always try to make it the best interaction possible. We always leave full & happy !!! Today we tried this location, we met Jenny at front counter and she is the epitome of what we have come to expect when we visit. Keep it up, please & thank you. read more

I ordered a burger with NO ONION and extra spread ... and another burger with no onion and ketchup and ONE of them came with ONION and the other came with NO KETCHUP!?!? i get messing up one but both ?? seriously ??? plus at the window they read our order back to us with alterations that could have no way been interpreted from what I ordered ; such as my burger coming with no lettuce and tomato ??? not once did i say that ... this is not the first time the irvington location has disappointed me both at night and during the day, that being the only reason i'm inclined to leave a review at this time . read more

This business is always crowded. It doesn't matter what location you go to it always has tons of people there. The good thing is the turn around on tables is nice, someone is always leaving while someone is coming. Kids love the burgers, fries and the ice tea is really good. read more

I live right by this in n out and its the ONLY in n out that has messed up my order MULTIPLE times, also their soda machines never have enough syrup always tastes so flat, never get my fries well done like i ask, and they always somehow mess up my burger even though its correctly ordered on the receipt, this location isn't up to standards whatsoever. read more

I love love love there protein style double double my favorite thing. Can always expect great service from the kids there too.

I enjoy visiting In-N-Out every once in a while but this location is not worth my time nor yours. The service was sub par at best. The employee who attended me had a large uncovered gash on his lip which was unpleasant to look at and was very rude and impatient. I had to repeat my order multiple times yet it still came out wrong. When he handed it to me he looked annoyed that I told him it was wrong and asked for it to be remade. The cooks I imagine are fine because it tasted like any other in n out but it did take around 8 minutes but it was very busy no blame to them. It's worth the drive to go to a different in n out or just a different burger place. read more
