I love Jersey Mike's Sub's but when you use the APP and order and pay online you kind of expect to have you order ready when you arrive after that's the reason for using this service. I arrived only to have the gal ask for my name and tell me she will get started on it. Her lame excuse was we got busy. Well I was busy too that why I place my order in advance. Of course the food was very good but the poor several ruined my lunch experience. It was like I never ordered my food in advance. Another weird thing is the APP ask you to tip in advance, what's the point if your going to get poor service. I believe they should change the APP and have it prompt you to tip after you pick of your items. That way that can earn their tips for goo service. read more

I was not impressed; I was VERY impressed! I visited the brand new Jersey Mike's here just off of Valencia (@4874 South Suite 180, Valencia.) You can't miss it from the new shopping center opposite and staring the Hobby Lobby and the overpriced Red Robin. For a sandwich eatery, this is the only location (I know) minus one in Franklin, TN that absolutely hits it for me. On Sunday, July 20th, I walked in to give them a looks-see... Quickly greeted by Paul who is the Store Manger, he set me up with a recommended sandwich. (Full disclosure, I wanted to see how friendly, courteous and open the staff is and how they assist, recommend and identify what they consider hit meals.) He set me up with a recommendation all the way through the toppings. All the while, Chase, the G.M. and Carlos a new member were ALL cleaning, wiping down and paying detailed attention to the preparation/kitchen area's cleanliness. They were all working in sync, with professionalism and speed. I don't see this connection of management often and having set up restaurants before, they were clearly guided on to do it correctly. Again, I wasn't impressed; I was VERY impressed... The restaurant was clean smelling, light, airy, T.V.'s on the wall and stacked with customers just past noon. The digital receiving/phone call counter behind their prep area was tidy, very modern and ready for emailed in requests. To say they were on top of the - and their game is an understatement. When the store first open and then we first started going there their sandwiches were packed with meat and the last couple times they have gotten skimpier and skimpier the store on Valencia now outdo them really unfortunate because it was so good. Didn't mind paying $15 at the time for a giant sandwich now it's ridiculous cause you don't get any meat. read more

I ordered number 17 which is the cheesesteak. It comes with white American cheese, bell peppers, and onions. I always substitute provolone cheese and request extra grilled onions and I have them add tomatoes. It's a great portion size cheesesteak. The bread is always fresh and the meat is consistently good. I'm someone who hates going out in public because I hate people & being around people so I'm stuck using DoorDash & this is the location I'm stuck with having to eat from. I've had multiple issues with the avocado. I complained once to the store & told them the avocado was brown & not fresh. THAT WAS LITERALLY IT & they ended up making it to where I could no longer order from them from my account, the manager who wouldn't be named lied & said they told me I could no longer order from them without any valid reason at that & if I tried to order from the app they would purposely cancel it. However I love jersey mikes sub so my persistence had me make another account & I'm still having occasional issues on the subs turning out like shit because the freshness of the food is nonexistent. This is an update of my previous review. We've never had an issue with the food but had some pretty terrible customer service at The Landing location in Tucson. After leaving a review, the company contacted us and invited us back. Not only was the food excellent as usual, the customer service was top-notch. The manager even asked if she could sit down and learn about our previous experience. She listened intently and went above and beyond to make us feel heard. Usually one of my favorite sandwich places, although the food tasted good, it was the service that left me frustrated, when i arrived there were a total of three employees, the one helped me right away, it wasn't until the customer arrived, that he started to help him too, they were out of that customers bread so i had to wait, when it was time to make mine they were done together where mine was rushed confusing me so my sandwich was missing ingredients which is sad because they are made in front of you, even after mine was done i still had to wait for the one employee out of three to ring me up, I'm definitely about being team player and helping everyone but not at the cost of me paying 18.00 dollar sandwich, chips and drink for it to be wrong because you can't focus on one customer! read more

When Jersey Mikes first opened around the country, their sandwiches really stood out from the other fast food sandwich shops. Their food was of a much higher quality than the junk Subway offers. Today was the second time we tried Jersey Mikes in the past year (different locations) and the results were both similar. I couldn't tell that my sandwich didn't come from Subway - and I know that its not because Subway has gotten any better. Today's sandwich, supposedly a medium sized hot meatball sub, was just disgusting. It was stone cold, tiny, lacking cheese and the bread just plain sucked. It was overpriced to boot. My wife ordered a Reuben and stopped eating after the second bite. Hers was also cold and terrible. I guess we wont be returning to Jersey Mikes again. read more

The music was so loud that I couldn't hear what they were asking. I said I can't hear you. She screamed back with such attitude. I was stunned and I couldn't answer. So here it goes, I was having a bad day, I had a headache, I got sunburnt, my fiancé was being extra annoying because he was hungry, and I just wanted to go pick up my online order at a store and then go home to go to bed. I tell him to just go over toward the store and here are a bunch of food options. He knew I wasn't happy so he picked Jersey Mike's since it's quick and relatively cheap. We were greeted when we walked in and the workers seemed kinda overwhelmed with the orders that were coming in but they were trying to hide their frustrations. I noticed right away that they were training because the lady starting the orders had to explain every sandwich and every step for the lady next to her. Obviously this slowed the process down. But the gentleman that was working the grill jumped over to help the new girl ring transactions so she could focus on one thing at a time. This guy was so nice and peppy and made a comment about how I needed sunscreen. I responded coldly with "I'm allergic" which is true. So he tells me he just found out about these new anti-allergen sunscreens that help people allergic to normal sunscreens. It was nice of him to do. He was telling us he just moved out here from California and had no idea how brutal the sun was and how he also needed to get some sunscreen. I tell ya, he was giving it his to make my grump go away, probably because he thought I was annoyed at the slow service, or maybe he's just a happy and nice guy. Anyway, it comes up that we've never eaten there and he says "Oh get a free cookie for a rookie!" and that made me smile and helped turn my day around. Such a small gesture made a big impact on me. We sit down to eat and I got the Philly cheesesteak sub, it was really good. It was just the right amount of messy, had ooey gooey cheese all over, and I really enjoyed it. I love Philly cheesesteaks but it's hard to find one done right and this one sure was. The cookie wasn't super fresh but still good and obviously free so I can't complain. The entire restaurant was pretty clean and the guy and the trainer girl kept their attitudes positive the entire time we were there. When they weren't helping customers, they were cleaning which I always love to see when I'm at food establishments. The only thing I struggled with was their menu. They had random numbers and they all seemed out of order and had no clear reasoning behind why the numbers weren't chronological. But I guess, that's a small complaint and doesn't really hold much importance when you go out to eat. read more
