Since the Fort Lowell and Campbell location changed management, they have had serious attitude problems. I placed my order online to take advantage of a coupon code. The staff at Subway told me that any order placed online can have no customization!! He said he would make it like I wanted this time but never again. Subway, what can I say. Everyone pretty much knows Subway. So I stopped at this location on Campbell Ave because the sandwiches always seem to taste better than some of the other locations here in Tucson. As I walked in I was immediately greeted by two of the sweetest ladies. One of their names was Vicki. Sorry I can't remember the other ladies name. This is a typical Subway, nothing jumps out at you, and they do stay within the corporate formula of clean stores, courteous and fast service, and quality food. I only eat Subway when I have to. This occasion I had to as I had a gift card from a friend and they were having their $2 special on a 6" sub and I needed a between lunch and dinner snack. It is the closest Subway for me and if you live near Ft. Lowell and Campbell and your are a Subway fan, this one's for you. it sucks writing this bc I love subway, I always go to this location since it's closest to my house. the night staff there is amazing and at this point knows my order when I walk in the door. about 2 weeks ago I went in with a friend, my friend was asking the lady working for recommendations and the woman couldn't stop rolling her eyes. she made us feel like she just wanted us to leave. the entire time my friend and I are in a good mood laughing and her attitude was completely unprofessional and disrespectful it flipped our mood. seen her in there at least 3 times. completely disgusting honestly. I went this morning after work with a friend and the same lady who helped us last time was there and still had a nasty attitude that's not something I put up with, especially if i'm giving you my money. on top of that I found out she's a MANAGER. staff said her name was megan. if you don't like your job simply quit. we go into subway so much BECAUSE of the staff. but at this point we refuse to go in if she's working. i've worked in the restaurant industry for over 10 years so I know how hospitality works and she isn't it. read more

This subway has very poor hygiene. There's one lady in general who will be working the cashier register handling money and then goes straight to making the next sandwich without washing her hands. I put in a complaint a while ago and the manager got back to me and said he was putting in a mandatory hand washing class for them to take but ever since then I haven't seen a change and it's been over 6 months. And all the times I have gone here I've never seen 1 employee wash their hands ever. This is a very gross and unsanitary Subway. read more

Typical subway... Which would typically earn 4 stars... However this particular location's employees are mediocre at best. The whole sub creation process was tainted by the two employees complaining at each other about some cash drawer dispute. Had to repeat each topping order at least once because their attention was clearly elsewhere. Very annoying... read more

I came into the restaurant I wasn't greeted by any of the staff members unlike many other subways I have visited. After one of the staff members began making my sandwich she failed to ask if I wanted my sandwich toasted and she just put it in the toaster anyways. I didn't want to say anything because it wasn't that big of a deal I was going ask for it to be toasted but then when my the toaster started to beep it took the sandwich makers a few seconds longer to realized it was done before they took my sandwich out of the toaster. The next sandwich maker went in to ask what I wanted on my sandwich and this is were things start to get frustrating. I say "lettuce, tomato, salt and pepper" then she says "keep going.." as she's putting on the lettuce so I say, "green bell peppers and.." then I stop talking because she immediately forgot about the tomatoes and started putting the green bell peppers on my sandwich. So I asked her if she could put the tomatoes on first and season it with the salt and pepper and she says "what I can't hear you.." keep in mind there's not that many people in the restaurant and it's not ever loud at all.. so I repeat my self a little louder and she's says again "i still can't hear you" so I ask her again. She sighs then does what I ask and then grabs a bottle and places it over my sandwich and says "okay oil and vinegar?" Immediately I stop her and say "no, I asked for green bell peppers." Then she says "I can't hear you" at this point I'm really confused because it seems a little ridiculous. So I repeat myself and say, "can I just have green bell peppers and southwest chipotle please and that's it." At this point I feel defeated and annoyed so I just want this experience to be over with then she says, "would you like anything else or is that it.." she's talking about in my sandwich and I repeat myself once more.. "no that's it please, and can I have it to go." So as she wraps up my sandwich I ask the cashier who the manager is and he points to the guy standing right behind him facing in the opposite direction and I'm standing there like seriously???? I'm thinking he heard this whole situation happen and didn't step in.. wow. So I just paid and left, this wasn't my first negative experience here.. I love subway and probably eat subway once or twice a week because it's so close to my job but this location needs better staff and better management because this isn't the first negative experience I've had at this location. The staff are constantly rude and have poor hygiene. I only came to this location because it's near my home but I will not be returning to this location again. read more

I would love to give this store more stars, however, there is an man that works there who is totally rude if he feels like it takes you too long to decide what you want. I understand work can be frustrating, and I wouldn't have even said anything except he had done this multiple times not only to me but today was rude to my husband who was taking a minute to think about what I wanted on my breakfast sandwich. I wasn't they're but when he told me the man got an attitude, I knew exactly who he was talking about. Imagine that people remember to rude one in costumer service!
