I am a long time, Customer and loyal advocate of Jersey Mike's. I usually don't come to this one as I live on the east side of town however, this one was on the way to the park that me and my family were having a picnic in today so we decided to pick up two regular sandwiches on the way to the park for a picnic. I was kind as each person I interacted with how their day was going and paid for both of my sandwiches using my rewards app. They handed me a bag and sent me on my way. By the time we got halfway across town and set up for a picnic, we noticed we only had one sandwich. So I had to leave my family at the park drive 15 minutes back to the Sandwich shop to pick up sander. They forgot to put in the bag. When I walked in, they knew how it was but nobody said sorry they apologize or anything like that. They just handed me the sandwich and said nothing. I said that was pretty inconvenient. Having to drive all the way back from the park where I left my family for the sandwich that just didn't get put in the bag by you guys. One gentleman working there said "it's your sandwich" as if it were my fault. I explained that the cashier handed me the bag with only one sandwich in it. He said nothing in response. I exclaimed that considering that was kind of a big mistake. It would've been nice to get offered a remake, a free sandwich or a coupon, honestly anything even a simple apology would have been nice. Still, everybody looked at me like I was stupid and said nothing. I will never come back to this store. Perhaps jersey mikes does care about customer service or doing right by the customer especially when it was one of your employees who made the mistake. It's sad how terrible companies let their business's customer service get these days. read more

Man, I love this Jersey Mike's location My orders are always accurate and freshly made. We are always greeted by friendly and professional staff. This store is clean and nicely climate controlled. We have never had a bad or negative experience ahere. The only issues I have are choosing a new sandwich or an oldie but goodie to eat!! Our family definitely recommends Jersey Mike's read more

Big fan of Jersey Mikes. I usually get the number 56. The Big Kahuna, a cheese steak with mushrooms, onions, peppers and extra cheese. When I want to change it up I'll get the salad in bowl. I recommend calling in your order. Sometimes the line can get long read more

Jersey Mike subs are fantastic subs. Cheesesteaks and chicken cheesesteaks are great. I recently visited the Grant road location and ordered the club. They forgot the bacon. I mentioned it, I was given several slices of bacon on a parchment type paper. Several weeks ago I visited the Jersey Mike's at 22nd and Harrison. Ordered the club there as well. They forgot the bacon at this location as well. Doesn't stop me from going back, still love the subs. When I order the club I always say, don't forget the bacon. read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - Inside - Fast Food Near Me - Tucson, Arizona

The service at this location is the BEST. Super fast and very nice. And the quality of the Subs is top notch too. The manager, Matthew, always goes above and beyond. My favorite sub for is their #7 on a wrap. read more

Back to the same old same old. Missing items. No chips available. Ordered on Uber.

I love their subs. Fresh cut deli meat & cheese. Soft bread with a little crunch. "Mike's way" is the best (with a little added banana peppers). Always cheerful service. Sometimes you have to wait a bit because they do a slamming online take out. read more

This was our first visit to a Jersey Mike's and frankly I can't tell their subs apart from any of the other sub places on the eastside. We frequently make our own subs and they are about the same. Tasty but not great. The service was fine and friendly even though our requested oil on the side was left out of our bag. We are probably spoiled after living on the east coast for a number of years. Roma's is the only location in Tucson we have found that is unique. read more

I love this place but this sandwich is ridiculous it looks like someone sat on it... trust me it wasn't me who sat on it. Lady with red hair made my subs. Other skinny young man in there is always very nice and accommodating. read more

I can't say enough fantastic things about this particular Jersey Mike's location. Great great sandwiches hot or cold.... Great service ... and most important ~ extremely CLEAN. I attribute it being a "well oiled machine" , so to speak not only to the employees but the MANAGER ANNA.... I was having a problem placing a delivery order... I spoke with ANNA she handled it 123.... No problems at all. So pleasant in every way. She is living proof not all Superheroes wear a cape! There should be more Managers like Anna. I think she is more than qualified to be the General Manager....the powers that be... what are you waiting for? If you are in the mood for a great sandwich with excellent customer service & immaculate head over to this location! You won't be disappointed. Whoever hired her??? Great choice! read more

I come here at least once a week, their sandwiches are much better than eegee's and Jimmy John's. read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - Fast Food Near Me - Tucson, Arizona

Ordered Philly Cheese steak sandwiches and they were delicious. The bread was not toasted, but that's on me as I forgot to ask. They gave me a substantial amount of meat, a sufficient amount of cheese & the staff were friendly. read more

Good sandwiches, louse location. The bread is fresh. They slice up your meats right then and there. I had the Italian sandwich #13. Tasted great. The ham is really good ham. I enjoyed the sandwich and it hit the spot. The service was very friendly. The downside is their location. It is a bit awkward to get into if you are going southbound on Grant. And also can be a bit tough to turn back southbound from the parking lot. The parking is a bit awkward, too, as there are no spaces in front of any of the businesses here due to the shape of the lot, which is rectangular next to the river. But it isn't a big deal. You will just have to walk to the door. The closes spots are about 10 to 15 yards, so no biggie. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Tucson-top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Would definitely recommend you trying it to get your own take on it. 2* = Not so good. Would not recommend at all. Waste of money. 1* = How are they still in business? Stay away at all costs! read more

this is the second time in as many months I have gone into the Jersey Mike's location on Grant near Kolb in Tucson, and every table was filled unfortunately there was one person at a four top and this happened two times. Jersey Mike's you want more business more two top tables in. Most people do not want to eat lunch with a stranger when elsewhere down to Phillies finest. can't be losing $15-$16 because no one has a place to eat and it's 100 outside read more

Update: I did receive a personal outreach from the management indicating they heard my complaint and they would strive to do better. (I sent the review to their corporate office). I did notice the 2 star review below mine here on Yelp had the exact same reply my review received. The reply seems like a cookie cutter response. Though I will continue to frequent Jersey Mike's, I am done with the 6501 E Grant Road location. read more

Decent sandwiches, a little pricey for what you get but good customer service. Flavor and freshness is good but holy cow, you better like a lot of lettuce on your sandwich if you let them do it "Mike's Way" which is with lettuce, tomato, onion, oil & vinegar and salt & pepper. I honestly can't say they're any better than Subway or other mediocre sandwich shop. Not sure I'd go back. It was just OK and there are plenty of other sandwich shops to try. read more

I must be going on good days every time because even when the place is packed everyone is friendly and working as quickly as possible to get me out, all while smiling and being incredibly personable. The meat being cut right in front of me is something I've been missing in a sub place for a long time. The bread is never hard, the veggies always look and taste really fresh, and honestly the last time I was in a staff member remembered me from months before when I was in. It was nice to have that personal touch. This place is luckily right down the street from where I work so I will definitely be back. I will say there are not a ton of tables but even on busy days I have always found a spot to sit if I wanted to eat there. Highly recommend. read more

I have been to this Jersey Mikes location quite a few times, and every time I go, I am extremely impressed! The place is always spick and span. Not to mention the wonderful sandwiches which always taste extremely fresh and the fabulous workers, one of which being Autumn T. Autumn has been working at this location nearly every time I go and she always greets me with a smile and a delicious sandwich. I highly recommend this Jersey Mikes location! - Alexa Fischer read more

These workers in this location seem so disinterested in their job and they just give you monotonous look and a monotone voice like they hate their jobs. Rude service. Didn't even bother entering my mom's phone number for rewards points since they didn't ask and they seem so disinterested in you. Try another Jersey Mikes. I'm sure their food looks delicious so I'll give this chain a try at another location. read more

I'm from Jersey, but had never been to Jersey Mike's until they opened here in Tucson. I have to say, I'm really glad they're here now! This is the best sub shop chain in town, without a doubt! The bread is really good here. It's got a bit of chew to it, but it's still soft and flavorful. It holds up really well the the ridiculous amounts of oil and vinegar they put on every single sandwich. And while we're talking about oil and vinegar...YAY that a sub shop has it! It's no surprise that an east coast chain would, because a sub is not a sub with out O&V! I've been missing that here in Tucson. Italian dressing ISN'T THE SAME!!! The meats and cheeses are sliced fresh to order, and while they're not Boars Head quality, they are definitely leagues above the plastic-like material that Subway tries to call food. They also don't skimp on their sandwiches at all. You get a really big and filling sandwich at Jersey Mike's! I like to get the roast beef and turkey club without bacon (I'm not a bacon fan, please don't hurt me dear bacon-lovers of Yelp). It's just a tasty sub. It can get messy with the O&V, mayo, and huge pile of lettuce they put on their subs, but it's a satisfying sandwich! I also love their wraps. You can get a regular wrap that's kinda healthier, or you can make any of their sandwiches into a wrap. I like to get the turkey with honey mustard wrap when I'm trying to be good. The turkey has a good flavor and the honey mustard is a pretty good one, so it tastes awesome. Their tortillas are always really soft but a little chewy, just like they should be! Yum! My only complaint is that some employees don't know how to wrap them up well, and they can get a little messy. Not a huge deal. I really like the employees at this location a lot. They're always so friendly to us. I hate to say anything contrary, but I'm about being fair and 100% honest, so I must say that while I like them a ton, I wish the tables in the restaurant were cleaned more often. I've walked in while the restaurant was totally empty, yet every table was dirty. I don't want to eat in someone else's food. The prices are really reasonable for the big and tasty subs you get at Jersey Mike's. If you like subs/sandwiches, this place is a must-try! read more

My son and I received a $10 off $20 Uber Eats order. This is the second time I've ordered from this location. The previous time I placed a carry out order. The staff was very friendly and fast. The location was very clean. Parking is adequate. I ordered a Big Kahuna cheesesteak and my son had the Italian. The sandwiches are delicious. The bread is good. It's very cheesy with well seasoned meat. The portions are large and filling. For fast food subs, this is one of my favorite locations. read more

Very tasty, on the way to Costco, made to order, pleasant and efficient staff, on a Sunday.

While I really like the sandwiches at Jersey Mike's, they have the same problem subway has. They focus on making the sandwiches but don't stay on top of wiping down tables. I cleaned the table I'm sitting at and got rid of the crumbs but couldn't get rid of what ever else was on it. Yet out of all the tables not occupied it was the cleanest, while 5 employees are solely focused on filling orders. I shouldn't have to ask them to do their jobs and clean the tables. read more

After watching many of the Jersey Mike's commercials with Danny DeVito promoting their sizzling Philly Cheesesteak sandwiches, I had try one. I am happy to say it was just as delicious as the commercial made it out to be. I had the regular size with mayo and it was a hefty, hardy sandwich with great flavor! I always thought Jersey Mike's was just a more expensive Subway. Nope! It was worth every penny I paid. The service was excellent and this location was very clean.I look forward to many more Philly Cheesesteaks from there! read more
