The app stated about a 9-12min wait. Ok, it is busy. About 10 min, we had kids sodas delivered with the one ice cream. Huh??? Why would you deliver ice cream before we even receive our meals??? Three stars simply because the management team typically does provide free items throughout the year. The service isn't the best. It's not necessarily the worst either though. I've been a few times where items have been forgotten, but was able to get them at a later date, especially when my order has been incorrect and I've paid for things that weren't included with my meal. The spicy chicken deluxe happens to be one of my favorites, but I also like their berry parfait and mac & cheese with the addition of bacon. I worked there and was treated unfairly, scheduled were everywhere , always got sent home early because of over labor , over worked for minimum wage. The order taker outside got my order wrong, then they made my incorrect order incorrectly! I ordered a grilled sandwich meal, he ordered a spicy chicken meal. The gave me a plain spicy sandwich with no toppings, just chicken and bun. I drove back to work and called them when I opened the bag. I was connected to customer service and they asked what I wanted to make it right instead of just offering a meal voucher. I said fine and 5 days later received an email with a free meal. No complaints here, the hubby enjoyed his chicken sandwich and I enjoyed a side order of their mac n cheese. Their drive through is run like a well oiled machine. It was so busy the evening we went, but it went so smoothly from placing our order to picking up at the window. They have this system down pat and keep things moving. All employees were wearing masks, and no touching of your credit card as you swipe it through their hand held machines yourself. Very nice system flow you have got going on. read more

I love me a spicy deluxe chicken sandwich and some avacado ranch with my fries. Usually Chic-Fil-A is very quick and courteous and on the top of their game. Unfortunately, this location has some growth to become the normal Chic-Fil-A experience. We were in the drive in line for over 20 minutes (really long for their usual standards). My kids love their fries but we all agreed something was off and some seemed undercooked. The chicken was only 1/2 the size of the bun. I will Go back and try this location again because I am expecting this was just a bad day for the staff. However, I hope the staff reads the reviews and works things out. read more

One of my favorite restaurants to visit. I always go to the drive-through. It's literally down the street from where I live so it's super convenient. Employees are really nice, friendly and super helpful as well getting everybody handled in the drive-through. I've always had a very good experience with this Chick-fil-A. I also love their peach milkshake since it came out it's an addiction. Same with their brownie. I would 100% recommend this restaurant. Overall super pleasant and fast and very clean. I cannot wait until their peppermint milkshake comes out. I know it's still a little bit too soon but I have hopes and dreams read more

The only issue I had was the tables were not well kept when we sat in the restaurant and I did not see anyone cleaning them the whole time I was there. I've visited this location over 5 times in the past 2 months and every single time has been sub par. When you come to this location, prepare to wait forever in every way possible. Want a quick drive through? Not here! Want to have a great atmosphere to eat inside? Maybe somewhere else! Oh did you want to do a mobile order to avoid the issues above? Forget about it! The worst experience is the mobile order. Every other Chick-Fil-A is on top of those, in and out easy experiences. However this experience broke the camels back. My food was all squished, I got a gallon of that delicious strawberry tea lemonade and I get home and they gave me UNSWEETENED TEA, I mean its always something at this location! One time it was pickles when my paper says no pickles. It's the general staff that just can't deliver that Chick-Fil-A service and the amount of waiting you experience is inexcusable. If you read it this far then just save yourself the magic that is Chick-Fil-A because this location will destroy it faster than a speeding bullet. I think moving forward I'll go out of my way to explore all the other options on Irvington because I prefer to get food right, on time and with service that won't bother me for the rest of the day. We love Chick fila....but our meal was so disappointing. I ordered a chick fila deluxe sandwich. I received a sandwich with no cheese and no tomato. I got 3-4 fries in my box of fries. My wife's market salad had no blue cheese which is her favorite part. My mother didn't receive her toppings for her salad.
