I greatly enjoy coming to this location! The workers were are super nice and friendly! The sandwich quality is always consistent and of course I love using my points for freebies! read more

Terrible customer service doesn't just disappoint--it drives customers away. My family of four entered this establishment 1 hour and 15 minutes before closing, expecting a standard, welcoming experience. Instead, we were met with a lobby that was effectively shut down. Staff stated they were "about to mop," creating an immediate sense that customers were no longer welcome--despite the business still being open. Shortly after we arrived, four additional customers entered, and we were rushed and pressured to secure seating quickly, as if basic accommodations were now a competition rather than a given. Most concerning: When we politely asked to use the restroom so our children could wash their hands, we were outright denied. Denying restroom access to children during operating hours is not just poor hospitality--it reflects a fundamental breakdown in customer care and judgment. This experience wasn't about inconvenience. It was about being made to feel like a burden for simply showing up during posted business hours. We won't be returning Note: timestamp is on the photo read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - Fast Food Near Me - Tucson, Arizona

Staff is super sweet and efficient! Usually get mike's way but whenever I ask for extra onions it's never enough. 100% got my extra onions. I forgot my pickles but I'm just happy to get so many onions read more

Predictable, tasty subs (mine's the Jersey Shore #2), and with Mike's way - generous oil & vinegar, it's always prompt and clean at this location. The regular size, cut in half, is just right! Too many other sub shops have 6" that are too small and foot-long's a bit too much. read more

Must have a new person, he's an asshole. I have always gotten ham AND turkey on my kids sandwich. They just charged extra for the extra meat which is fine! But to get "so as I said which meat would you like ham OR turkey" is rude. We wont be back. Your customer service sucks! read more

I LOVE LOVE a good cold sandwich & I love me some avocado. Jersey mikes is my all time fav sub place however not all of them taste the same & every other Jersey mikes I've ordered from are very stingy with their avocado. 10/10 recommend. I also love how you can accumulate points & earn free rewards. The staff is super friendly too! read more

In terms of fast-food philly steak/cheese, this is one of the better options. We like the steak and the diced chicken subs equally well and often elect to get one of each and split them. The "extra meat" upgrade for about $3 more hits the spot when you're hangry! Pro tip: I didn't learn this for months but you can make some key, and free, customizations. Neither one of us likes the gooey "white cheese" that normally comes on the philly's. Turns out you can sub their sliced swiss cheese if you just mention it when ordering. Similarly (if you're not up for the Big Kahuna) you can just have jalapeno's added to the meats while they're being grilled, no charge. Again, just mention when ordering! Fountain drinks are self-serve and include plain/seltzer water too. Free parking and clean restrooms... all you could ask for. read more

The staff are amazing here and they make my sandwich just how I like it every time! This is the spot!

Third time at this Jersey Mikes after receiving coupons in the mail. I had never eaten here before. Liked it so much, I've returned three times. These are fantastic subs and is worth the visit. read more

I have been going out to lunch 4-days a week for the past few years. After trying many different fast food restaurants, I have found Jersey Mike's to be the best. I have gone exclusively to them for the last year. There are several locations in Tucson that I have gone to, however, the Thornydale location is the most friendly, as well as the cleanest. Their sandwiches always seem to be the thickest, and the manager, McKenzie, is by far the best manager I have ever met. From the very first time I went into this location, I have been greeted by name. McKenzie makes a point to get to know her customers, and she expects the same of her staff....Mike S. read more

If you want sub par service and an inedible sandwich, visit this location. All the workers seemed like they hated working there and their attitudes were totally negative. I ordered a #66 miles way and this is how it comes out. Absolutely disgusting. No words if I could give 0 stars I would. read more

Mess up orders pretty consistently and then want to be tipped. I believe you should get what you ordered and then to tip out person for using register, there should be a system in place to make sure orders go out correctly read more

great environment loved the service they worked hard to get 15 softball girls sandwich out and all of the sandwiches came out so yummy!! these workers need a raise asap read more

We have lunch 2 times a month at the 22 nd st store. Shanna the manager is always very pleasant and helpful with a great attitud.great place to have lunch. read more

The place closes at 10pm and I came into the location at 9:20pm. They had the store stanchioned off so you had to order at the pickup location. I ordered a #9 Club Supreme and not only did the person taking the order tell me they had no bacon left, she rang up the order and left without giving a receipt and had to come back to ask what type of bread I wanted my sandwich on. The guy making my sandwich then told me there was no bacon and that they would not make any more for my order (which comes with bacon). He could care less, they had no customer service value and I reminded my date to NEVER come to this location after hours again. No fresh items out everything was packed away and looked as though the shop was ready to close down 40 minutes prior to closing. Bad deal all the way read more

Haven't been to alot of locations but this location is by far the best as far as staff and the subs. Always friendly and the subs are prepared properly, not slopped together. Bread cut evenly and always fresh tasting toppings. Staff takes pride in their jobs and the products, which are great subs! Thank you. read more

We'll see if the sandwiches are all correct-I'm still waiting. They had 3 ready after they said 20 minutes and I waited 30 to get here. Making the last sandwich now. There's one girl behind the counter that seems to be the only one that knows what's going on. I'm not sure the other guys know they're at work...sorry but it's true. Sad for such a good chain to have spots run like this. Wish me luck! read more

While this location is clean and everyone is working hard, there are issues. I'm STILL waiting for the owner/manager to call me re: my misordering! As I pointed out in my complaint to the company TWICE When ordering on Door Dash they should accept all the items as presented, and then ask for exceptions.TWICE I received Big Kahuna's with only meat and cheese. Those are $23 subs for God's sake! They are the only one that offers a wheat roll, but I'm now passing on them entirely. Any store that can't reach out to disgruntled patrons is not a store worth patronizing! read more

Asked for a club sub on white, nothing special. Just please go easy on the olive oil and vinegar. When I unwrapped it a few minutes later, the sandwich was drenched, and the bread a soggy mess. Edit: The Jersey Mikes team responded to this review, telling me to email them. They then proceeded to send me a coupon, that was declined at multiple locations. What a joke this company is. read more

This location is always clean and the employees are polite and professional. They do a fantastic job with the subs, they take pride in their work and it shows! One of my favorite restaurants in town. read more

I walked in at 8:47pm the store closes at 9pm. The worker was professional and gave great customer service with an even nicer attitude, even though we walked in late. Her name is Izzy at store 9076. Never missed a beat 11/10 read more

I was having a nice, peaceful sub Sandwich at Jersey. Subs one evening when a man approached me and sat right in front of me and started yelling at me. I told him hes invaded in my space. I'd never seen him in my whole entire life. He told me to leave because I was disrupting. His family, he was was referring to the workers behind the counter they were Caucasian and he was Hispanic he told me to leave I was about to leave anyways and he continued to yell at me even when I was getting in my car I did not do anything but defend myself verbally and told him to leave me alone to this day I am banned from going to Jersey Subs when everything is on camera I never did anything wrong the police do not want to get involved and says they have the right to deny anyone they want I find this very unfair and very unprofessional way Jersey Subs is handling this by denying my service read more

One of few fast food eateries where workers actually give a damn if you spend your money there. Those who eat indoor or take out at other places know what I'm talking about. You will be greeted when you enter Jersey Mike and you'll watch your food being made. Workers there have a positive attitude that's sorely lacking at other eateries in Tucson. read more

Finally an Eastside Jersey Mike's! The staff is friendly, the bread is soft and fresh, the pickles aren't soggy. Yes it's pricier than some, but you really get what you pay for. The manager is especially nice, when my pickup order wasn't ready on time during a dinner rush, she gave me a large drink for the trouble. I wasn't even mad, but that was great customer service. I will be back. Frequently. read more

Good food and the workers are great - I have had there sandwiches and always good and the Mikes Way - is the way to go

Better crew better music volume happier atmosphere than my Google review of 5 stars previously. 10 out of 10 recommend.
