You mist have some new people because I asked for a 43 but just in a bowl..i literally ONLY have meat, cheese and sauce. I asked for everything that comes on the sandwich just in a bowl. On my giant club sub you forgot the jalapeños I asked for. I am super disappointed. I get it when you're new and have a customer wrangling a 4 year old is tough so I'm trying to have grace. I hate ordering for other people and it was so nice of him to take that over for me. They wrote everyone's names on their sandwiches and gave me condiments on the side. I'd give them a solid 4/5. Only reason it's not a 5/5 is because sometimes the cookies are burned or the sandwich isn't put together all that great. I always get the tuna sandwich, mikes way and add pickles. It's pretty darn good. The service is a hit and miss too, a lot of young kids work there so sometimes they give a little bit of an attitude or Aren't really paying attention to the customers, more towards each other. read more

Stopped in for some sandwiches. Was happy to see the fresh cut meats and happy friendly employees. We purchased the grand size and happy we did so we have leftovers!! I never leave reviews, but tonight is an exception. Not only is the weather lovely, but I decided I could really go for a nice refreshing tuna submarine. Logically, the only place I could go where I would receive the experience I sought, was the Jersey Mike's on Houghton Road. Upon arrival, the playlist outside was relaxing, and the patio was well-kept. As I walked in, I met the gaze of a tall gentleman (6'4, blonde, the eyes of a hero, a cold cut king through and through), who proceeded to make me the most delicious submarine I've ever laid my mouth on. Absolutely a sub above the of the rest, I am pretty sure I saw God in that sandwich. The gentleman who made my submarine, who I came to find out was the assistant manager, kindly also suggested I should add chipotle mayo to my tuna submarine -- which was outstanding. 5/5 stars, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here and truly believe I am a better person for it. It is so great having more eating out/food options out here in the Vail/Rita area, particularly now that we have a Jersey Mike's. This was our second visit here -- we came the first time a couple of days after they opened. Both visits yielded freshly made, hot and delicious cheesesteak's. Both visits service was on point, employees really friendly. Both visits the joint was clean and well kept up. Pricing is a smidge high BUT not really because if you don't have to burn the gas to drive into town you are actually saving money. We are fans. read more

We've been on pins and needles waiting for them to open! Well it's opening night! Great time for the kiddo and I to go grab dinner! The line was literally out the door!! The restaurant was clean even though it was packed! The staff was all friendly and smiling. They moved quick to try to cut down on the long line. This is a great location. The employees are personable and helpful. I wanted to use a virtual gift card to buy my sandwich and they actually took the time to figure it out with me. My sandwich was made precisely to my specifications and was delicious. This was my first time at a Jersey Mike's and I just happened to mention this when I was inside and they said "Oh! Wow! I don't remember the last time I paid so much for such terrible service. I paid $25.14 for two sandwiches with chips and drinks. The server Maritza was so rude, she practically yelled at my wife and I because she was in a rush to close the store and go home. Her frustration was definitely felt in her tone, actions and behavior. I felt very unwelcome in the store after interacting with her and will probably not return. Jersey Mike's is my personal favorite place to get a sub sandwich. Miles ahead of Subway and I prefer their bread to Jimmy John's. Their meats are vastly superior to Subway. Their speed in general is a bit slower in making sandwiches but it's worth it. Price wise they are also higher than either of the other two competitors but quality comes with a price. Unfortunately for me there isn't a Jersey Mike's near either of my long term summer/winter destinations so I only get their sandwiches when we travel. Until a franchise located near Mission, TX or Sedro Woolley, WA I'll have to settle for second best in the sandwich/sub department. read more

A few employees exhibited that however the rude lady who took my order then started doing something else for several minutes wanted me to proceed to the cashier before I finished my order. I want to love this place, I ready do. It's actually one of my husbands favorite restaurants. But more than half the time my $10 sub leaves lots to be desired. Tomatoes are always mushy and past their prime, ask for fresh ones and you'll be glared at the entire time you finish up your order. The lettuce is always wet, which takes away from the taste of the sandwich. And the bread- the very thing that holds the sandwich together is either soft and fresh- or hard and crunchy. Ok made it in to try a cheesesteak, and my first impression is that the store is rather unimpressive, and is nothing like what you see on the commercials. Service was also sort of hectic and chaotic, and the hot sandwiches seem to take a long time to come out, not ridiculous mind you, but still a bit of a wait! Now as for the sandwich, I ordered a giant so I could share with my wife, I ordered it on the white roll as it is a cheesesteak after all! The sandwich with tip was nearly $17.00, a bit pricey, in Philly I can get a huge cheesesteak for like $9.00! The sandwich was big but not huge, there was plenty of meat, and the meat to cheese ratio was good, they Use provolone which is ok, but I prefer white American! Next time I'll order it that way, the bread was fresh, but too soft, a good cheesesteak has a bun with a crisp exterior and a pillowy soft inside, the bread was good just too soft! My main complaint was saltiness, this thing was salty as hell, like really really salty! I'll have to remember to say no salt next time, I believe they season the meat while it cooks! The onions were cooked too long and were like mush, and they also use peppers, not a true philly that way, but the peppers did offer a nice flavor to the sandwich that sort of countered all that salt! I would probably try them again, but with no salt, and white American cheese, as they are close and I do love cheesesteaks! read more

I normally love Jersey Mike's. The food is always delicious, but I was so put off this evening when I stopped in to pick up a sub. As soon as I walked through the door, there were two young girls who didn't even acknowledge my presence. The entire place was empty except for the workers and myself, so can't blame business on a rush of customers. They were stocking chips and whatnot and didn't greet me at all. I stood there for at least five minutes while they went about their business not even signaling to anyone to come and take my order or doing it themselves. I had to ask if someone could help me and one of the girls said "we'll be right you". Never went to get anyone else to help me. Just continued counting cookies and whatnot. I'm normally a very understating person and had I been initially told "we're shorthand" or "we'll be with you in a bit" it would be a different story. It's poor customer service to leave a customer standing there like an idiot and not let them know that they're unable to help right away. I left after a few more minutes of waiting after asking for help. Very disappointed. Used to love eating here. Still giving 2 stars for the food, loss of 3 stars for the poor customer service. read more
