I know Panda Express isn't authentic Chinese food. But hey, what can I say, I'm a fan of this quick-service restaurant. To the degree that it's one of my favorite fast food options, period. Panda Express has an interesting history. Their owner took a gamble and it paid off handsomely. I won't go into the details in the interest of time, but it is an interesting corporate history. And they invented Orange Chicken, which is now a staple at Chinese restaurants nationwide. Service (4/5): You can either go through their drive-through or go inside. If you go inside, you can see the food in front of you and pick what you want. Service isn't a big part of the experience here, but I appreciate that they always tend to be efficient. Especially compared to other fast food restaurants, that can be a hit or a miss. Ambiance (3.5/5): I mean, it's a fast food joint, so what do you expect? Pretty much the standard experience. Typically clean. Typically comfortable. Your choice as to whether you want to dine in or do takeout. Drinks (3/5): Pretty much your standard selection of soft drinks and iced teas. Food (4/5): The iconic orange chicken. It's not healthy. But it's delicious. And they do it well here, especially when you get a batch that's just off the wok. Definitely go with it as one of your entrees. I've tried a good number of their entrees over the years. Orange chicken is by far the winner. Most of their other options are meh. The only other one I like, and it is healthier, is the teriyaki chicken. They will slice it in front of you and you'll get a teriyaki sauce packet on the side. As far as your side, you can go with white rice, fried rice, or chow mein. And they will put a fortune cookie in your bag. For what it is, I love Panda Express. I recently visited Panda Express and had one of the most frustrating customer experiences. When it came time to pay, I handed over my money only to be told they don't have any pennies. Because of that, I didn't receive my full change back, and if this is happening to me, how many other customers are also being shorted every single day? Even a few pennies add up fast. If this location is keeping the difference from hundreds of transactions, that's easy, guaranteed profit coming directly out of customers' pockets. It raises a big question: Why can't they go to the bank and get proper change like every other business? Pennies may seem small, but it's still our money. This kind of practice feels careless and unprofessional. Customers should never be the ones paying the price for a store's lack of management or preparation. Whether intentional or not, it comes across as a terrible business practice, and it definitely left a bad taste in my mouth, and not the kind food fixes. Until they fix their change handling, I won't be returning. Customers deserve better. read more

Don't normally leave reviews but for having worms/bugs in your food is absolutely insane and not sanitary at all. Definitely won't be returning, lost my appetite and felt completely sick after finding this. You need to call a foodservice inspector. read more

Went back to Panda Express for then first time in ages - they have remodeled the lobby area, not sure of the back. We ordered our favorite item - the Panda Bowl. They had some new items to choose from - we picked Honey Sesame Chicken. It was fantastic !! The prices were fairly good - 2 of us for 2 bowls, an order of spring rolls , and 2 fountain drinks for $25. A lot food in the bowls and the veggie spring rolls were good to split ! All the staff was very friendly and came around multiple times during the meal to make sure we were ok. All in all - we would definitely return in the future ! read more

We have been here several times since we've moved out here. This one by far is the best Panda. The rice is always cooked to perfection, never hard or soggy. They hook you up with portion size, and it's always fresh never stale tasting. Some locations scrape the bottom of the pan and it's the worst tasting! This location typically has sub par customer service and a dirty dining area...today was a much better experience!! Staff was friendly and dining are was very clean! The manager is extremely nice and talkative to all the customers while being very efficient! The rest of the staff was also in good spirits, laughing with the manager while getting the job done! I don't know if this is simply my luck when it comes to this location but there are a few recurring issues I have had. First issue is that almost every time I come they are out of something I am trying to order. I have waited out front of the store multiple times in order to get what I ordered. My second issue is not always getting the right food. Teriyaki sauce is missing every time without fail. I've ordered extras that have been forgotten. Lastly, and I apologize if this is an over share, but almost every time without fail I get GI distress after eating the food here. Not all Panda Express locations disagree with my stomach in this way. The last time I went I ordered and sure enough they were out of what I wanted so I was waiting out front. A gentleman came out to ask questions about my order more than once, and ended up asking to take my receipt because they couldn't figure out what I ordered! Umm, what?! My husband and I ordered here last night. I ordered the Beijing beef and my husband ordered Kung Pao chicken. It tasted okay but a few hours later, my husband woke up with a MASSIVE headache. It's now afternoon time (15 hours after eating) and he still has it. This place is a shit show. Every time I come here I swear It will be the last. Well today will certainly be the last time I come here. They are always out of food. Today was no exception. Ordered broccoli and beef but I only got broccoli. This wasn't the first time it's happened. The broccoli that I did get looked like it was literally rotten. Tried yet again. And always the same thing. I go up To the window and things are missing. They always give you attitude when they have to open the window back up to see why you're still there too. This location for Panda Express is just the worst. They need to work on new management. There is always something they screw up. Sometimes the chicken seems undercooked, sometimes even after multiple reminders they will forget to add teriyaki to a bowl of teriyaki chicken, they even forget to give you forks with the food.
