I'm frequent to this McDonald's. I always go through the drive thru because the lobby is unkept. Trash over flowing no matter when I come, the soft drink line has dried on soda from who knows when? The kids play area looks like a germ infested place, almost asked to get a rag and their yellow spray to help clean the place up. Although it's the busy season and flue season, that doesn't mean these things shouldn't be getting done. THIS TIME the staff wasn't rude, but 9/10 times everyone has an attitude or can't be bothered to do their jobs. This location is a hit or miss. There's been many times they get my order wrong but staff are nicer here than at most other locations in town. The restaurant is typically clean, no lock on the bathrooms and they have a small play place which are some positives. The food is typically okay here, too. read more

This place has gone down hill so bad. When they first opened they were friendly and food was prepared carefully, now no one speaks to you and food definitely has no cares given. Well now I see why you'll have one star, first and only time I've been here but it'll definitely be the last! The little boy on the night shift tonight, August 26, I ordered two chocolate chip cookies at 10:41pm, paid cash. The young girl didn't say there would be a wait when I paid. There was an SUV getting their order in front of me, he gave them their drinks and told them to pull fwd and wait. I pull up and he tells me "can I have you pull around, we're going to be waiting on those," I took a deep sigh and said ok. I waited until 10:55 and called inside to see what the hold up was, same kid tells me they still waiting so I ask for a refund, he tells me I can come inside.... I go through the drive thru again, ask for a refund and they were both like "you're still waiting? " he comes, ask for my card, I paid cash.. I say "you could tell ppl b4 hand if you don't have cookies," he said "well cookies cook in an oven ya know," I say "you could've said that when I ordered and then I have a choice to wait." He says "it's common sense that cookies cook in an oven." I said "don't be a smart ass". He says he wasn't but I rolled my eyes when he told me to pull around and wait. Terrible service each and every time without a fail. Who runs this place? I go back every time hoping for a better experience, but last night was one of the worst experiences yet. Firstly, the woman said they were not accepting card, only cash. Then she said I couldn't use my coupon without an explanation. I go ahead and order the $5 large fry either way since I can't apply the coupon. I order a quarter pounder, 10 pc nuggets and 3 hot n spicys. I asked for sauce and she rudely expressed she couldn't provide me with more because it messes with her inventory and that I needed to order the sauce at the speaker or else I couldn't get more. She then told me to look in my bag to check to see if there was any in there when I was clearly asking because I knew there wasn't any in the bag. I waited for almost 10 mins to get her name after she acted so disrespectful, but she never showed back up at the window per usual. Such lack of basic customer service here. There were no other vehicles at the drive-thru, so I understand the employee was not slammed or busy. In fact, I've learned her competency is around bare minimum. She is rude, condescending, bitter and shamelessly unprofessional. Based on her uniform, she seems to be the manager or something above a regular employee. How she got there being that bad-mannered blows my mind. I'd say overall the service here is usually a 1/10. I hope this serves as feedback to hire people who don't mind going to work and treating customers with decency and respect. I spent more money and dealt with inconvenience just to be treated poorly in the end. I literally hope I never deal with her again so I'm probably never ordering here again. Do not recommend this place at all especially during night hours unless you want to get treated with an attitude for no reason by people who truly don't care about their business unless it's regarding inventory.
