Very friendly Boba location with an INCREDIBLE Selection of BOBA Flavoring. It is like a million flavor ice cream store, but really BOBA. They also have other drinks, but this is the main deal. They are located in the strip mall in Rita Ranch with Fry's Food on the South West side. Sometimes they have a blow up Boba guy to find the door. My only cons are that it is kind of pricy, and if there is a line it can be a little wait, but they are Super friendly and one time I came up and was ordering when I realized they had actually closed over half an hour earlier but did not say anything until I mentioned it. First time trying this place. I have to say, I do love the atmosphere. The lady at the counter was very sweet but, the guy seemed like he just wanted to get the day over with. I had green tea with Lychee and rose and double boba. I had to ask the lady to put milk in my drink because the rose was so strong it was like drinking perfume. The milk did help a small bit. Overall I would say I do like the amount of service they have with cookies, ice cream and boba drinks. So I would still recommend them. I just would not go there again myself. read more

**The owner and the manager spoke with me and were absolutely wonderful. That is the customer service I love about bobazona. If you are in Cochise county this is the closest delicious boba and it really is awesome. Thank you guys. This place was amazing a few weeks ago. Today, that somehow all changed. They charged for no ice as usual, but then underfilled the cup, and my husband asked what was going on. If they charge for no ice its to cover cost of the tea that they need to add to make up for the ice. So getting charged means you add more tea. If you don't get charged for no ice, it would make sense that cup would not be full, but they charge for the difference between the tea and the cup. Her solution was to ADD ICE. Which immediately melted and watered down the tea. I brought the cups in, explained that since we were charged for no ice we meant it. Let the record show that we have filled half a dozen stamp cards here, not casual customers, those total 60+ teas and well over $500+ and we order the same thing every time. She was extremely rude. I explained they usually add ice in the shaker, as well as extra flavoring and thats why you get charged for no ice. Instead she insisted I wanted boiling hot milk tea, even though I reiterated that they shake it with ice and leave the ice out at the end with the flavoring added to compensate. Vanilla milk tea w/ strawberry popping: not drinkable. Horrible. The popping strawberries were okay. Jasmine pog: too sweet Service: not bad enough to complain- but not good. So many options, great black sugar milk tea, but the tapioca boba wasn't as good this last time as the time before. Our toddler loves the free popcorn, games, and toy vending machines. There are games for adults, too. We hope to try the gelato and dalgona coffee soon. It's a bonus that they use Blessed Grounds coffee. The staff are very friendly as well. I visited Bobazona for the first time on Sunday, and I was pleasantly surprised! My friend and I went in for boba and the staff took their time to explain all of our drink choice questions. So many options for this novice boba drinker. As my drink was being prepared, my friend and I were talking about the gelato choices. One of the staff overhead and offered samples. I mentioned that we were celebrating my friend's birthday by grabbing a drink and going shopping, and my friend was offered a free small cup of gelato. Wow... just wow! That was so kind! My experience at bobazona was not the best. I'd like to start by saying prices are so high for watered down drinks. And usually the younger girls are so sweet! But recently I know they have a new manager and I think she can improve a lot more, Last time I went in she had a horrible attitude was rude for being a manager she can be a lot more professional I saw her sitting on her phone and being lazy with drinks. My drink was watered down and not even filled to the top and had no ice. I've been told sometimes when she closes she doesn't even serve some items because it's an hour before close and she's already closing up and not serving half of the items. So bobazona may need a better manager who's more professional and ACTUALLY good at her job.. And I recommend to get all these girls with a better attitude towards customers I also noticed when I last went in they speak out loud openly inappropriately about personal things. read more

Drinks here are 1/2 ice that's worse than starbucks. Bomo is located down the street and doesn't pull this type of stuff plus they have better milk tea and boba.
