The cutest little coffee/beverage cart! They have lots of options, from your usual hot and iced coffees to teas and energy drinks. I'm not much of a coffee drinker, so I really appreciate and enjoy their non-coffee items. I also love that they offer new specials every month! I've been able to try something new every visit so far, which makes the experience extra fun :) They also host a bunch of events! I do adore the truck aspect of the Vail Coffee Stop, in lieu of a regular brick and mortar. Where they are parked by the tracks is a great location and their seating options make you want to stop for a moment and drink your coffee there. Unfortunately, I think their pastries are better than the coffee. My guess about my distaste for the latte I ordered probably comes from the oat milk they used. The shot in the dark guess I have is that they used Kirkland oat milk. It was fine, and if I lived over there I would probably be more inclined to visit. However, I wouldn't really go out of my way. read more

Cute spot to grab coffee especially if you're on the way to see the caves! I love the ambiance of this spot. There are plenty of tables, space, shade, and kid trinkets to keep them busy if you have kiddos with you. I got the pumpkin cinnamon toast latte. It was a bit sweet but honestly I don't know what else I was going for as it's cinnamon sugar for French toast . Service was friendly. Note that this is pretty much a mobile unit parked in an open space. So there is no AC. read more

This cute little food truck is situated between the two sets of railroad tracks in Vail. There is a patio area with a shade canopy and a few large picnic tables. When it's cold, there is usually a fire pit to warm up by. Their coffee is fantastic! My current favorite is the banana bread latte. I get it iced and it has banana cold foam on top. Their cold brew and teas are also great. The staff is friendly and ready to answer any questions you may have. Service was quick, even with a line. I love this little local spot. read more

Roasted: this is a super cute coffee food truck in Vail AZ. It's with a few other food trucks and the local thrift store. It's a small trailer with a small menu but good offerings. They use At Peak coffee for their espresso. They have a good options and plenty of sugar free options too. Plenty of outdoor seating. I love the vibe of this place. Barista was friendly and helpful. Mocha was delicious! It was spot on. I'd come back here for sure! Unroasted: small coffee trailer next to the train tracks is a person to enjoy a lovely morning. They have lots of coffee flavors including sugar free flavors. The barista was nice and attentive to our needs. Ordered the usual and it was really good. I would come back on the flavor alone. Great job all around. I would like mug instead of a paper cup but that might not be an option. read more

Wanted to try this little local coffee spot for some time now. We opted to go first thing in the early morning for our coffee fix! I ordered the Cafe Americano & it was good; just above average. I like my americanos a bit stronger. I will try something else next time. Hubby ordered their vanilla latte & said it was "above average." The service was very welcoming, helpful, & friendly! This coffee cart is hard to miss while driving down Colossal Cave Road! You're sure to spot their adorable YELLOW mini camper! There's plenty of covered outdoor seating. Sun has not even rose when we went, so it was still pretty dark & cold! The ambiance could use some soft melodic music & heaters, for a cozy feel! They also had homemade pastries that they confirmed are fresh by a day or two, max! I tried their gluten free Oatmeal, peanut butter, & chocolate chip bar & it was the perfect addition to my coffee! Great stop in vail! We grabbed drinks before my husband went golfing. The pasties were incredible and I'm drilling thinking about the caramel apple muffin. I loved that they had an apple pie chai for their seasonal menu. It was very good and awesome to enjoy a fall tea beverage since most places usually do not have them. There was ample seating, beautiful lights and the service was fast since there was no line. read more

This is a wonderful little covered, outdoor "coffee truck". I've been here a few times and the coffee is very fresh and a wonderful flavor. They make it to your specs and have just about everything the connoisseur would want in a cup of joe. I love almost everything about this little coffee truck. The location, the name, the involvement with the community, I love that its local and not a chain, Mark and Lynette are so so super nice! The baked goods are wonderful, the yard games are great, the patio is so great, when its not summer. Vail needs a coffee shop, and I was so excited when they got started. They have so much going for them, I want them to do well and hesitate to give any negative feedback... but the coffee needs help. the espresso is weak, and the coffee is just ok. I have gone back again and again, trying different drinks hoping the next drink will be better. The lattes taste like sweet milk. I want to support them, and I wish so badly the coffee and espresso was better. If they could fix their coffee, I would promote them all over town and go there all the time. With great (or even just good) coffee this place would have it all! read more

Coffee was good, as well as the lemon square. For a tiny place in a tiny "town" this is a recommended stop. I have to say we met the owner as well as his children and I was shocked at how polite and well spoken they were, as it is not typical with teenagers today. Kudos to the parents! read more
