Ordered spaghetti with meatballs. Garlic bread. Boneless wings. food was fresh and priced reasonably unlike some other Italian restaurants around here. Definitely ordering again. read more

It's simple: A yr ago the pizza was crisp & browned, with a generous portion of toppers .... We were pleasantly surprised. Now it's morphed into a thick doughy undercooked, skimpy sauced mess, that we pd 50$ for ! The pepperoni was sparse with 13 tiny pieces of pineapple on the entire X large. The wings are good, but sometimes slightly undercooked (so we pop them in the oven )Get the same cooks back you had a yr ago. Anyways, it was pretty awful, we're gonna look elsewhere, lesson learned. read more

I really wish I could use these guys for delivery but they simply refuse to put tamper proof tape on their deliveries I hate getting that queasy feeling when they deliver the food And then set it on the ground walk away and you find the box open And the ants have had first crack at your dinner. They seem to think everyone in the world is a OK and trustworthy and they wouldn't possibly tamper with the food or leave behind a little present out of their nose on the food because They are Unhappy with the tip. Come on BARROS!!!! you can do better!! PUT A TAMPER PROOF SEAL ON DELIVERIES!!! read more

Went to Barro's between Christmas and New Year's thinking it would be quiet! Ha! This place does major business and I experienced why! Large menu with unlimited options to customize your pie, crust, cheeses, veggies, meat! Impressive. The room was large but managed to seem intimate at the same time. Quiet , spacious comfortable. The service was excellent, friendly, efficient and helpful. No request went unanswered. After a short while dinner was served. Delicious. During the evening I noticed large number of people picking up food orders to take home, I don't believe they deliver or have a small radius of delivery. I'm very impressed with the quality and freshness of food, the reasonable price point, happy staff and customers! It is definitely worth checking out especially if you're an eastsider. This place is worth your drive time if not. I'll be back! Hope to see you there read more

Love this place! I found them when I moved to town in a welcome to Tucson mailer filled with coupons and boy am I glad they were in there! We eat pizza almost every Friday night as takeout from here. The pizza has the perfect dough consistency. Not too thick not too thin and is favorable! Their prices are great too! Inside there are a ton of tvs playing sports and a small gaming area in back. The music is lovely and the staff is always accommodating and kind. It's a large space with a large parking lot. Last time I came was for a free mini bday pizza. They mixed up my order and gave me a HUGE free drink as I waited. So I moseyed on over and they offer Pepsi products instead of coke. I opted to try the tea and it was FANTASTIC! I want it coming out of my faucet! The desert Blossom- apricot black tea with hibiscus, rose hip and lavender. Yes please!! read more

We liked the vibe - big air-conditioned, clean space with lots of tvs and booths. Pizza very good - fresh toppings, piping hot, thin crust was what we wanted and got. Kind of reminds me of Round Table (way back when they were good, and not bankrupt). Cold beer on tap. When it's 96 degrees at 11am, what more can you ask for? We'll be back to try the wings and the meatball sub. read more

Wings were undercooked in the middle. Just be careful and make sure to check your wings before eating them.

Barro's Pizza has such a homey feel. The pizza is always good, but my favorite part is the kids' play area. I was actually able to enjoy my meal while my kids stayed busy and had fun. It's one of the few restaurants where they'll actually sit and let me eat in peace, which is a win for any parent! read more

After church, a big group of us went to Barro's for pizza and wings. The service was prompt, and the food was really good. We had a small issue with our order, but the staff made it right immediately without any hesitation. Ayanna was especially friendly and took care of our concern with such professionalism and warmth. Next time we're in Tucson, we'll definitely be back! read more

Some of the best pizza and wings I've ever had gone over 10 times and it's very reliable if your in the area

A little pricey compared to other pizza spots around Tucson but by far the best pizza. 10/10

I am a recent transplant from San Diego and have been looking for a decent pizzeria that is not the typical crap from Dominoes, Pizza Hut, etc. We have eaten here a few times in the past seven months. The interior decor is pretty lame with huge flat screen televisions on all the walls playing different sports games. I find it not very inviting for that reason. Many times the tables had not been wiped down as well. The pizza is flavorful, with good cheese and sauce, but for my taste the crust is WAY too thick and takes up too much of the pizza. I prefer a New York style crust so we ask for the thin crust when we go. My last experience (any maybe very well my LAST experience) was a take-out order placed on January 1, 2026. My mom and I had ordered and paid for it online through their website. When I went to pick it up the surly young gal at the counter asked for the last four numbers of the card used to pay. In my 40+ years of ordering food to go I have NEVER been asked for that information. When I explained I did not have that since my mom paid for it, she refused to give me our pizza, and basically held it ransom. We had even ordered a take-out less than three months prior and they never asked for that info. I guess it is a new corporate request and I must say it is a stupid idea. Since I also didn't have my phone with me I had her call my mom's phone so she could verify the numbers verbally and release our now-getting-cold-pizza from the jail it was in. Long story short, my mom didn't answer her phone (who answers unrecognized numbers anymore?) and so I asked to speak to a manager who then proceeded to say they could verify with the address on file as a secondary means. Why was I not offered that solution to begin with when it became clear I did not have the card with me? This was such an annoyance that I have NEVER experienced when picking up food to go, that I do not think we will give them our business again. When I first went to the counter I told the girl my name when asked, and confirmed the order, and that should be all they need to give someone a pizza that has been paid for. Management needs to reconsider this new thing of theirs and come up with something else. Too bad there just aren't many good pizza joints in this food desert I now find myself living in. Bye-bye Barro's! P.S. I miss you so much Bronx Pizza... read more

I ordered Barro's pizza delivered. I ordered two 8" pizzas and cheesy breadsticks with Marinara. The pizzas were delivered burn your mouth hot. The delivery was when the food was promised but it was a fairly long wait. Granted, I ordered on a weekend night. The pizza was tasty, and the 8" pizza was perfect size for one with some leftover, they offered 3 different crust styles. We ordered the Barros crust. It was a thicker greasier crust but tasty. All in all, it was a good experience. read more

I'm Definitely ordering from this place again! Toppings are not skimped on. You get a regular pizza & it comes back basically a deep dish minus all the cheese. Crust is still crispy but soft with it all on there too! So good!! read more

Barro's Pizza - Large pizza with 1/2 pepperoni and 1/2 meatball - Pizza Near Me - Tucson, Arizona

While eating the pizza, my brother, the person who placed the order, took a bite of his very first slice and bit directly into a band aid that was baked into the pizza. This was discovered only after he had already bitten into it, which is extremely concerning and unacceptable from a food safety standpoint. This situation presents a clear contamination risk and raises significant concerns about food handling practices, including employee hygiene and proper safety protocols in your kitchen. read more

Best gluten-free crust I've eaten without it being garlicky cauliflower. Really, this is the best pizza I've ever eaten... Even compared to the pizza with gluten crust that I used to be able to eat. There pizza is . I highly recommend it. Wings too yummmy!!! Im sad they got rid of the Chipotle raspberry dry rub.

Lesson learned. Oh how I wish I had taken a picture. First time customer. Picked up two large pizzas. Price was a great value, orders were correct but what a mess of poor preparation. On a large regular pie, there was a 4" margin of dry crust devoid of toppings with a hint of dried sauce, a few shreds of dry cheese. The toppings were dropped in uneven clumps in the center. Second pie was a thin crust and the prep was better but pepperoni had an "off" flavor and it was floopy and wet, not firm or crisp. read more

Sadly, took home a take out order and the wings were so dry... Inedible. Plus, paid extra for veggies , and it was 4 pieces of celery. It was disappointing for $40 for pizza and wings. Staff was nice. read more

This was our first time here. The parking lot was not crammed which is nice. We walked in and the restaurant is much bigger than it looks on the outside! The place was clean. Being our first time, we were not sure how it worked. We went and found a seat as we were waiting to meet some friends there. They arrived and asked if we ordered yet--uhhhh, nope! Had no idea lol. There were three of us--we got a medium pizza, cheese raviolis, two orders of wings and three sodas and cheese bread. It was just under $40 for all that food! Hubby and I were happy about that! The food was out of this world, great flavoring, not drowned in sauce (thank goodness). Didn't take long at all for the food to be served to us. The wings were super meaty! My son devoured his raviolis. (He is a super picky eater so this was a win). We will be returning, and highly recommend if you are looking for something that won't cost you an arm and a leg--go check this place out read more

This is the worst pizza I have ever had. An undercooked sloppy mess. I would give it 0 stars but that rating is not available.

It had been over a year since we had Barros. Tried takeout tonight and was a little disappointed. We got one Italian sausage and one green olive. Toppings and crust tasted good. Both pizzas were quite greasy. The green olives were all clumped in a pile in the middle of the pizza. Both pizzas were only partially cut We had to cut both pizzas. It was a little bit of a let down. I don't remember their pizzas being that greasy. The greasiness is what will keep me from going back. The one positive was the crust still being good. read more

After a day of traveling and hiking, Barro's Pizza is exactly what we needed. Since we were driving to Sedona the next day, we did not want any leftovers. The 12" Barro's Special was a perfect choice for my husband and I. We were greeted graciously at the counter where you placed your order. We ordered pizza and water and sat in a booth to wait. It only took about 15 minutes to receive our pizza. We were so hungry, and the pizza was so good that I forgot to take a picture of it until we were halfway done. Barro's does not skimp on toppings, and we love the crust. Friendly service, clean and great pizza, makes this a great place to have a meal! read more
