On Nov 23 , I attempted to place an order for a pizza delivery but I encountered an unexpectedly rude and unprofessional response from the manager on duty at the Long Street location in Charlottesville, Virginia . When I referenced a previous order that had been significantly delayed, the manager reacted negatively. Instead of addressing my concerns, she informed me that she would not allow me to place an order and threatened to cancel any attempts to do so, even if my husband tried to order under his name and phone number. We ordered a pizza for this location. Got a few pizza's to take to the park for a picnic with family and friends. One of the pizza's was suppose to have pepperoni and sausage. Really disappointed in this location . Overcooked pizza and garlic knots aside ( they tend to burn stuff) the service is no less than rude and inexcusable . Went to pick up my online order and was told to " go sit in the parking lot" three different times . After half hour of this I called the store directly and the girl said they never made my pizza . Asked for a manager and a teen aged girl got on the line and stated she didn't know the owners contact information . She was nice enough to " void my order" . No offer to get the pizza cooked stat or even deliver it So my family wouldn't go hungry .
