The last few times I have ordered food it has either been hard as a rock or has toppings that were excluded when ordered.

My husband and I went on a Sunday after a busy Walmart trip. We were met by warm courtesy after a mistake with our order. My husband got a little riled up but the trainee and manager handled it very professionally. They remained calm and courteous after my husband acknowledged he overreacted. We've been to this location many times and unfortunately every single time there is at least one thing wrong with the last one being I ordered two steak grilled cheese burritos paid almost $15 for both of them and ended up with regular bean and cheese burritos!!!!!!!!! Twice I've ordered and paid for supreme party boxes that are significantly more expensive than the regular party box and they've given me the plain ones. The tortillas for the tacos are dry and hard and they rarely get the order right. read more

Worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. The tacos cheese was on the outside of the tortilla with no lettuce. Chicken quesadilla was missing part of the tortilla. Tortillas were crumbling apart. Man... this place sucks. Unfortunately it's the only fast food place open after 11pm. Ordered food for two people which amount to just under 30 bucks. Asks for a large handful of sauces. They forgot 3 of the 8 items, and gave no more than 3 sauces. Go on YouTube and watch how their Taco Bell beef is prepared and you'll never want to eat here again. I go to Taco Bell for the hot sauce; it's like crack to some of us. When the male emoloyee handed me the bag, he turned away (didn't say any niceties like "thank you""have a good day") and I asked to his back"Is the hot sauce in the bag?" This location is the perfect example of 1) how everyone is not meant for customer service work and 2) it's all in how you talk to people. I visited this location and the woman forgot to hand me my card back. She acknowledged it (said she forgot she sat it down) after first saying it was my fault and then hitting me with a, "I don't know what you want me to do about it". I'll even acknowledge we both share some blame but she definitely needs training on now to talk to people and how to manage the drive through line (ex: greet the customer and after swiping the card--hand it back before fixing drinks). I never ever leave a review but this needs to be discussed immediately! I Order myself shell tacos and quesadilla. After eating 1 softshell taco some of the lettuce fill out like normal. I was not prepared for what came next! I take a look at the lettuce and there was a Band-Aid in the lettuce that was on my lap from the taco!! This is absolutely gross and so unsanitary this needs to be addressed immediately! Unfortunately will not let me post no stars! I can tell you right now I am an avid taco Bell eater! But after this, it just ruined it for me. And the manager didn't even want to give me a refund or anything she just looked at it and said we don't have those Band-Aids here! ordered food for pickup at 130 and the app alerted me at 1030 that the food was ready for pickup. called the store as this was not right and got a very rude employee that could not understand that this would be a food safety concern and was very annoyed to have to remake the food. read more

I paid $2.69 plus tax for a Diet Pepsi, and when at the cash register they didn't tell me they were out of that and Pepsi zero. They were not happy when I came back and asked for a refund. Manager was not professional. He was actually kind of a jerk about it. I just wanted what I paid for. read more

Ordered from the drive thru it was fast, correct and friendly service. Forgot to order something so went in and the staff he was really nice and had a great positive attitude with every person . Started feeling like it was a long wait just for fries and my cheese dip but then 2 trays overflowing with tacos was placed on the counter for a group of workers so that easily explained my wait. Mine was up right after that order and was apologized to for the wait and made sure to say it was fine because I understand and was in a good mood about it. It's Taco Bell fast food nothing gourmet lol , but everything was hot, crunchy and as fresh as your gonna get it :) Not in the area too often , but will stop in again if I'm this way and I'm craving quick Mexican like fast food or a slushy type drink :) read more

We went to Taco Bell since it's a quick road trip meal option when in a rush. We bought the $5 box and I wish I had taken a picture of the whole thing so you could see how much food they really put inside! I basically ate just a tortilla and hard taco shell with lettuce. They might want to take a look at who the hell thinks a half spoon of meet is what makes a taco. If I wanted lettuce and a tortilla I might as well should have gone to Walmart and bought myself some stuff to make me some real tacos! It's sad to know that my review is not gonna make a change so I hope they were only slacking because it's a rainy day and they aren't like this every time! read more

This place is amazingly bad even for Louisa County. They try to redirect people to the automated kiosks when they come in. It's a total turn off. The wait times are still long, like 10-15 minutes to order most weekends around lunch. Also, they never have the proper cutlery. They seem to run out of sporks a lot. Several times I have been there, they have actually had Wendy's cutlery! They must have some employee walk over to Wendy's and steal it. Yes, Louisa is like that... Like a little slice of West Virginia, wild and wonderful. Make sure you hit up the Walmart after you stop here. read more

Worst taco bell I've ever been to. I normally don't expect super high quality when I get any fast food, but this was underwhelming to my already low expectations. We ordered a chicken quesadilla, a number 6, and a crunch wrap supreme. Chicken quesadilla came in a destroyed wrap and looked like it had been stepped on and sliced open. Crunch wrap supreme was burnt. Everything in the bag was poorly wrapped resulting in a mess of lettuce, cheese, and tomatoes all over the bag and a mess taking our food out of it. Also found a hair in my quesdilla to top it all off. This store needs to get their act together. They weren't even very busy. read more

Super slow service. They had staff issues and they had to lock the doors and keep all of us in the restaurant. They weren't able to let anyone in. This isn't the first time that the service was slow.
