The food is disgusting and not made fresh. Ordered a whopper and it taste a week old but there was only a half a slice of cheese on it. Had I seen the reviews a head of time I would have avoided this place like the plague. I tried to come one other time in 2020 and they wouldn't sell me food. The doors were locked during the pandemic but my truck is too large to go through the drive through and no one would bring food out. Never again! read more

This Burger King is in Zions Crossroads, not Gordonsville proper. The place is absolutely filthy and if it's that filthy, I don't trust the food either. Fries were not seasoned. Service was nice enough but I will not be back due to reasons stated. read more

We went through the drive-thru. Ordered 2 unsweet teas, 1 whopper and 1 impossible whopper. The tea was too nasty to drink. It must have been left at room temperature all day. The person who gave us our burgers did not seem to care when we told him. It's too bad the Wendy's was closed. read more

I normally do not review fast food places. I am making an exception in this case. This Burger King is located off of I-64 at Exit 136 between Richmond and Charlottesville. I stopped here for breakfast on my way to Williamsburg this past Friday. There were two problems with my stop: 1) They overcharged me on purpose and argued with me that they could not "undo my order" since they had already swiped my credit card. I made them undo the charge and correct it. They had charged $4 extra for 2 coffees that I did not order. 2) The cashier did NOT give me back my credit card and had no intention of doing so. She had placed my credit card in an envelope under the register. She did it very smoothly while I was being distracted by my son and a rude customer behind us in line. I had to ask her twice for it back and even the manager came up and asked why she had not given it back. I think she was trying to steal my credit card. #2 above is why I am reviewing a fast food joint. Be careful of this place, they might be working together to steal your card info. read more
