This may be the worst Hardee's I've seen. Dirty bathrooms, dirty tables and floors. The young lady at the register didn't greet me or ask what I wanted she just stared at me. Cold fries, burger was slightly warmer than room temperature and the patty was in three pieces. This tells me they don't know how to cook a burger, pretty bad since it's a burger place. The Hardee's in Orange and the one on Rte 17 in Fredericksburg are far superior. I should've checked the reviews before I stopped. This will be my last visit. Avoid this location!!! read more

I went through the drivethrough, and got a 5-piece chicken strip combo. When they gave me the food, there was a ham sandwich combo in the bag. I went back, and told them they gave me the wrong meal. They didn't give me a receipt, so they were hesitant about correcting the error. After a few minutes, they finally decided to give me the correct food, and I left. As I was eating the chicken strips, I nearly bit a fly that was cooked into the chicken strip. This place is disgusting, and I will never go back. read more

This place is awfully slow but I think the food is pretty good. LoL. Total guilty pleasure. Fried Chicken. Great! Better than KFC. Chicken biscuit in the morning? Great! Fluffy biscuit. Slightly sweaty with grease. Huge bacon cheeseburger. Almost covers my face. So good. Probably good that I don't come down here too often. We don't have a Hardee's where I am. read more

I left the Hardees in Louisa , Virginia because the Lady was so rude and went to the Hardees in Gordonsville because I really wanted one of their croissants and she was even ruder than lady in Louisa. Hardees needs to step it up come down here to Virginia and find some nice people to work at the cash register who treat their customers with respect and a smile! read more

I mean, it's a Hardee's, so I'm not expecting a Michelin star meal, but this was seriously the worst experience I've had in a while and I wish I'd just gone to the gas station. We waited half an hour for "fast food." We were trying to save time on our long drive home, but any other restaurant would have been faster. By the time our food did arrive most of it was cold and the fries tasted like they'd been sitting in the fryer all day. The only woman working at the filthy counter acted like we were personally attacking her when we asked for napkins since the self-serve was empty. She also tried as hard as she could to not give us the milk that the kid's meals came with, which was weird. The whole place felt dirty, and not-surprisingly, there was only one other group there. I will say they got a whole stack of napkins, and we almost asked them for some because the employee would only give us three at a time. We left hungry and had to eat granola bars and cheese sticks in the car to get home. This experience reminded me why I don't go to fast food restaurants anymore. It costs the same as a fast casual place for cold, stale food-like products (not a vegetable in sight) and doesn't even fill you up. read more

This is quite possibly the worst Hardee's in the country. Continually slow service with terrible order accuracy and inferior food. There is no excuse for this level of mediocrity even in COVID times (this restaurant has been terrible for years). Absolutely the most disgusting Hardees I've ever seen. This is my third visit, one was drive thru, two times I went in, including today... and it's only getting worse. If you go through drive thru, don't expect it to be any faster than from inside, if anything is slower. Staff prefer gossiping to one another than dealing with customers. Chicken strips were crispy but meat was undercooked and definitely not hot enough, like they'd been cooked then set on the counter for a while. Fries tasted strongly of fish; obviously cooked in same oil as fish, also not served hot. Barely warm. This isn't a fast food restaurant, despite what the sign says. Staff super chatty to one another but disdainful to the customers, treating most like they're an inconvenience. The big black girl that waited on me slammed the sauce cups into my hand so hard it left red marks. She was incredibly rude. Poorly managed, is an understatement. Rude employees who obviously don't care about customers, unless the customer is a personal friend... As I observed them also giving free food to their friends. Manager picked up food service items dropped on floor and put back into serving area instead of disposing. Reusing old dirty rag without sanitizing after picking it up from floor too. I always come here and this is a great hardee's! They are always understaffed but they seem to handle it well. They deal with down right rude customers all the time but remain professional . although it may not be the cleanest always they try their best and thats what matters . The short white lady is very sweet and goes out of her way to make sure the customers are well taken care of . The manager in the blue shirt is very quiet but she runs a shift well . The black manager with the big hips is a very nice lady and makes sure my food is always fresh when we she cooks . Overall i applaud this restaurant because they handle things well through everything . read more

If I could give no stars I would this place is dirty. Service here is slow and you have to repeat it several times before they get it right. The staff wants to socialize more than they want to work. Avoid unless it is the only place open. read more

The service was very slow, and even then our food tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. They got our order wrong and by the time we opened the bag and noticed, we were already 20 minutes away. Depends on who you get working the window. The ladies are super nice, but there is one person that you don't want working the drive through window. You can't hear him and he is not as customer service friendly as the ladies are. If you hear his voice, go inside to order or you will be sitting in the drive through line for a long time. read more

Unless your bloodsugar has bottomed keep going. Wow dirty for one. but the food is what matters. drive thru please waited till I had to go inside and the two cashiers where bickering about bringing it to me. ff cold and hard well. my fault. Had a coupon for the amereican burger. yeah I love my country to much to ever insult it like that dump or petite burger a tomatoes about 1/2 thick lettuce way to much my ddaughter made her a small salad. the burger the side bhad been tore off or bitten off. you could see through it. the employees have attitude "came here looking'' seem to not care.
