I have no idea why Panera bothered to extend their hours when by 5:00 PM they're out of everything. I stopped there tonight for a Caesar salad with chicken & a strawberry Chicken poppy seed salad. Normally I love both of these salads, but they were out of dinner rolls, baguets, croissants & almost every bread they offer. I wound up ordering the pick 2 with the strawberry poppyseed salad & a tuna on extremely stale rye bread. My husband ordered the Caesar chicken salad. When we got them home neither looked like a normal salad. They used very odd looking lettuce that neither one of us has ever seen in their salads before. Not to mention, my husband's salad had very little chicken & mine had 2 pieces. Unless I'm going for lunch, I'll never go to the Victor Panera again. Very disappointed. read more

I would rate this as 0 stars. We went right around dinner time so I understand that it was busy, but the customer service was slow and the food was not what we expected from panera. For starters they were out of all soups and could not make any frozen drinks. Along with that the serving of mac and cheese was much smaller than what I have received at other locations. Also we ordered a whole grilled cheese that was served as halves in two separate containers. Finally the chips and bread was stale, along with the bread being thrown in at the bottom of the bag. I would give zero stars if I could. We waited 30 minutes in the drive thru just to order. We couldn't leave because we were stuck with cars in front and behind and when we finally ordered they told us it would be ANOTHER 20-30 minutes before our food would be ready. We only ordered one flat bread and two green teas. Close down your drive thru if you can't handle the volume of people coming in. read more

If i could give this place a 0 i would. We ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 soups. One soup was completely wrong and the one sandwich had all this stuff on it that we didn't order. Waste of time and money. This place always disappoints me. After having a bad experience a few years ago I didn't return. my mother was raving about the strawberry chicken salad and she was willing to front the bill so I thought I'd try again. my daughter was happy enough with the macaroni and cheese and she thought it was too creamy but I know that's matter of personal preference. My mom salad looked great, but my Caesar salad was way too salty and overdressed and not very fresh at all and I have eight hundreds of them at all kinds of restaurants from cheap to expensive and I know what a good Caesar salad should be. I have also made them at home with great success for much less money. The man at the register was a little bit snarky and when he didn't understand my mother he gave me a look and that made my mother uncomfortable. He was just totally flat and unfriendly. I also really not care for the layout of the place and there were weeds all over the landscaping looks like the place is going kind of downhill as our table is sticky and disgusting. the sticky I'm talking about is not the sticky that can be wiped off its from either neglecting to clean off lots of dirt or just maintaining the surface the table. read more

First of, if I could give them 0 stars I would. Second, totally fuck** my order up. I ordered for a pickup, customized all the ingredients because I have god damn allergies to certain ingredients! I went to pick it up, parked next to another customer who was waiting, and guess what? When he got his order it was messed up too, so I wasn't the only one there with the order problem. I got the order, half of what I ordered and customized was wrong! How do you put onions in a salad if I took the ingredient off of the order, specifically because i have allergies to it. So i called again and told Chris that I got onions in my salad again... Long story short, Chris ThE mAnAgER told me he's "sorry" and he's got allergies too, and said "HaVe A GooD DAy" to me. Wow. What a great fucking customer service. Didn't bother about the food allergies at all. You literally could've gave me serious health problems if I didn't notice and just ate it like that. Oh yeah, Chris asked the girl who made the salad if she put onions in there and she said "Yeah" she thought it said on the paper/receipt "Lite on onions". Yeee (no onions lite on onions.) Panera Bread always seems to be a good and healthy alternative to the regular fast food/fast casual choices out there. I ordered online for a pickup order. I got what I always get - a You Pick 2 of soup and sandwich. The French onion soup didn't have either of the cheese or croutons in it as advertised. It's just not French onion soup without those. The bacon turkey bravo sandwich looked like it was hurriedly thrown together with complete disregard. The sauce was only on half of the bread as if they ran out mid-sandwich. I went back online to leave a comment or see if I could send a message to the manager but it kept bringing me in circles with no real option to share feedback. With their prices, the food should be much better. read more

Wow- just stopped at the drive-thru window - ordered one lousy item - a bowl of French Onion Soup with the side being chips - couldn't even get that right! Instead they gave me a baguette as my side! Plus, the receipt said the soup should have a "peppered crouton", which I assume would be in the soup with the cheese on it. There was no "crouton" anywhere. Didn't check until I was home! Visited this location on January 2, 2017. Observations were as follows: Bathrooms were dirty, soda station was a mess (was also making an annoying knocking sound), tables were dirty (cleaned my own table before sitting down), and management had boxes stacked with signs saying "don't touch" that was visible from restaurant. Just poor attention to detail and cleanliness. They can do much better in my opinion. Food was on par with other locations. Good soup, mac and cheese, etc. read more

When this was built I was so excited, finally a Panera close to work! They haven't been open that long and I've visited a handful of times. Nearly every time I've been more and more disappointed. They are ALWAYS out of something - coffee, soup, bread, eggs no matter what the time of day. Sandwiches always come out super sloppy and custom order requests are often overlooked or maybe even ignored which is dangerous for someone like me with a nut allergy. Food was fine (except they forgot my side). But how am I the only person sitting in the booth waiting for 15 minutes, staring at the one bag on the counter... I'm thinking, that can't be mine, right? Someone would have said something by now? My name was never called. That bag sat and sat... finally the girl behind the counter said "oh are you Laura? I noticed you sitting here for awhile. This is yours." I said "No one ever called my name. I've been sitting here." She apologized by explaining she just puts the food there but someone else is supposed to call it. This is my least favorite Panera they only Panera I have ever been to that refuses to put butter or cream cheese on your bagel when you go through the drive through so I guess they expect you to do it while driving. When I have asked they told me it's a state law that's doesn't allow them to put anything on the bagels so how do they serve food and why are the other Panera's able to. Called for a delivery to my location at work just right across the street and she said that it was out of their jurisdiction??? Really!!!! Across the street what a crock of crap that is they need to hire more people that have a brain on directions they have to go to the light to get out if the parking lot and we are just straight ahead. I used to LOVE this place, and ordered delivery almost every day during this shutdown. I never had any issues. Then suddenly they switched to using a third party delivery company such as Doordash. Every single order I've gotten delivered these past few days has had half of the order missing. When I called to ask if they could redeliver it, Panera told me I had to come to the store and get it myself because since it was through a third party they couldn't redeliver it or refund me. This is impossible as I'm a first responder and have been EXTREMELY busy and the only times I'm not working are when Panera is closed. I've lost around 40$ this week with missing items in my orders that is crucial during this tough economic time and that I will never get back. If they're going to use a third party deliverer they NEED to ensure all the items are in the bag, or at least have a way to refund members who pay through the app. I can't in good conscience order here ever again. read more

Went through the drive through this morning to get some steel cut oats after working out. I could barely make out what the drive thru attendant was saying as the speaker volume was a whisper. I assumed she asked me what type of oats I wanted, so I proceeded to tell her. I got a snotty response from her telling me that I needed to be patient and hold on. Had she been pleasant in saying this to me, I would of had no issue, but this was straight up attitude. I honestly thought about leaving at this point, but felt bad for the other people who had to prepare the oats. I paid for them and then threw them directly in the garbage. Who knows what a snotty, negative attitude induced individual is capable of. Get some new employees that have some decent customer service skills. read more

Went this morning for breakfast at 10:00 am. They were out of egg whites, spinach, both regular and plain sausage. I was told egg soufflés wouldn't be ready for 1/2 hour. Tried to order a bagel with honey walnut cream cheese, and they said they couldn't give it to me because the cream cheese expired on June 30th! I ordered a breakfast sandwich with bacon, and it was delivered with ham. Had to wait while they made me a new one. While I was waiting an elderly gentleman approached and asked if they could please heat the oatmeal as it had been delivered stone cold. Just as I got my sandwich another person approached because their Rapid order was over 20 minutes late. One of my friends asked to speak with the manager, and whoever it was refused to come out. This panera has terrible internet. There is a panera not even 3 miles from here in Fairport with much better internet connections. I'm not even here at a busy time (9am to 11am on a Monday morning and it is taking me 30 minutes to send a single email with starts and stops.) If you want to be a in a coffee shop doing work, skip this location and utilize many of the other coffee shops which have much better internet connections. read more

I can't begin to express my disappointment with the service I have received through the drive thru at the Victor location. There have been three occasions where what I ordered and what I received was incorrect. It is beyond frustrating to either have to return to the location or go back through the drive thru to have it corrected. The drive thru staff NEVER apologizes or acknowledges the inconvenience they have put you through due to their ineptitude. While the managers have bent over backwards to right their staff's wrong, what I would like to see is a trained, considerate, and competent staff. I don't want free stuff, I want my time to not be wasted and to receive exactly what I ordered and paid for. I've paid for bowls of soup only to receive cups... big difference in size and price. They have no problem charging for the larger item but end up giving you the smaller item. I've ordered chips not baguettes. Last time I checked those words don't even sound similar. I've ordered chicken and wild rice soup and received what appeared to be a staff member starting to put broccoli in the bowl and realized it was supposed to be chicken so they top it off with chicken soup! On numerous occasions I've gone through drive thru to order something only to be told they were out of it. How on a weekend afternoon do you "run" out of soup? Either you have a staff who isn't monitoring your product or you aren't carrying the proper inventory for the market you serve. How does this location stay in business? It's not the product you offer that is the issue, it's who you have representing this location. If you don't go to work each day liking what you do then do the customers of this location a favor and find another job. Your lack of commitment to providing customers with a good experience is not acceptable! Not only have I expressed my displeasure here, I've contacted the night manger if this location and the corporate office. After reading all the negative comments on Yelp about this location I felt it was necessary to do something hoping the "C" level management will take some sort of action. I ordered a Mediterranean sandwich, salad and an apple. The sandwich was good but the salad was not. It had brown and wilted lettuce, it was very unappetizing. The apple was old, brownish with leathery skin, plus it had fingernail marks broken in the skin. I definitely won't be eating here again. read more

I go to this location very often considering that i work at chipotle across the road. This morning I worked at 8:30 and made it to the drive thru at about 8:27 expecting to be a couple minutes late to work based upon the ONE CAR in front of me. However, this was not the case whatsoever. The car in front of me must have waited at least 6 minutes for her coffee and when i finally got up to the window at 8:35, the worker proceeded to inform me that they were out of blueberry bagels... at 8:30am on a thursday.... and looked blankly at me so i asked her what other bagels they had and she listed off about 8. I chose an everything bagel to which i DID NOT WANT but did not want to have wasted 10 minutes in line for a god damn bagel. The girl handed me the bag with the untoasted plain everything bagel and CHARGED ME for the bagel and the iced tea i got. I have never been more baffled and horrified at an experience at Panera Bread. Considering your food is already EXTREMELY overpriced and WAY UNDER PORTIONED, You think that customer service would be a top priority. Let's be honest, all Panera food tastes the same. However the service at this Panera was horrendous. I understand working in customer service is not easy, but when you're dealing with easy going customers there is no need for attitude. This brunette cashier took our order and when I asked if we could get a brownie with my daughters meal, I asked a question and she projected 'Do you want me to make it cheaper? Do you want two brownies?' Very passive aggressive. As we went along she asked me to slide my card, and while I waited patiently for the blue go lights, she yelled three times 'don't slide your card yet.' I wasn't even trying to slide my card. Lastly my daughter went to get her brownie because she forgot it. Another cashier told her where to get the brownies and this same cashier who cashed us out projected in and said 'I told you where to get them you just ignored me' like na.
