Very clean establishment but the food came cold and the wait for food was too much. Seating is a little crowded.

They always make a big breakfast ever Sunday! I don't know what they put in those eggs. Great food and would highly recommend.

I'll give a review based on my last experience there- it seems not to be consistent- unfortunately, This past visit I ordered the corn-beef cabbage soup- delicious!! Light broth, soft potatoes and carrots. I only wish I had gotten a cup of it to take home with me For my main dish I had the Greek grilled chicken sandwich....while I always tend to get this and LOVE IT! It's one of those hit or miss situations, this I guess was a "missed the mark" day. Wondering if maybe there's a different chef during these occasions that's not their regular. Just didn't taste overall that great. My co-worker got her tried and true egg salad sandwich with a basket of fries. She said the egg salad was delicious and the basket of fries were not only hot but huge! Would I recommend this restaurant for a visit, probably. Friendly staff, lots of parking, convenient location and friendly staff.

The other 2 are leaving on a cruise and taking off on a plane for a cruise! Back to the amazing food. Coffee was fresh and flavorful(Jamaican me crazy flavor) and promptly filled for seconds. With the vast menu it was a tough decision but I chose Lemon Ricotta Blueberry Lovecakes. New word for pancakes and it lives up to the new hype! Lemon zest gives you a stronger Lemon flavor to counteract the ricotta filling. The blueberries were big and plump! Every bite made me smile and do a little happy food dance. There is no way to top this restaurant! There is said it!

The older woman who took care of us gave us the service you would expect from going to grandmas house. It was wonderful, I miss it! The food was what you would expect. Typical diner food, but with a home cooked feel. I remember getting pancakes and bacon. It taste like home.

Pulling up to this diner, was like wow, really, I picked this place. But what a unique find…read more The inside has typical Diner flaire with booth seating and table as well as counter. The place was busy and when a table is available, you seat yourself. Service was very friendly and attentive. Reason for 4th star. Worth stopping when in the area and will return, next trip to the outlets. Just no lemonade or turkey dinner! Private parking, large lot. Milk shakes oh my. Unique menu, with interesting toppings. Vanilla milk shake was excellent. Stay away from their lemonade. Very disappointed. Pepsi machine and tasted poorly. TURKEY DINNER WAS JUST OK. SIDE Salad came with the dinner. Very fresh. Next trip getting their Julienne Salad. Looked amazing. Roast Turkey Dinner - Just like Thanksgiving, Not! Oven roasted turkey breast with our homemade stuffing (don't think it was) & gravy (so, so) over it all. Served with cranberry sauce 15.99. French Fries were very good. Fried Clams - Deep fried to perfection, on a bed of lettuce served with our cocktail or tartar sauce 16.9 Was large and very good. Chicken Caesar Salad - Chilled romaine tossed with caesar dressing, parmesan cheese, croutons and topped with grilled chicken 13.99 Was extra yummy.

Once inside, the restaurant has a nice little cozy feel. The place was PACKED, but we must have just walked in at the right time, being seated instantly. Our waitress was over within a minute or two, and took our drink orders. And a couple minutes after that, we were able to put in our food orders. I ordered a hot delight omelette, with their homemade white toast, and a side of corned beef hash. The omelette was good not great, with a nice hint of spice from the jalapeños. The homemade toast was the star of the show with a nice crisp to it, and a nice buttery flavor. The corned beef hash was not my cup of tea. I am a corned beef hash lover, but I was not a fan of the taste and texture of it here at Patty's. The flavor was really potato forward with not much of a meat flavor to it. My wife ordered the sausage gravy and biscuits, which was the start of the show! The gravy had a nice blend of sausage and pepper flavor, while not being too forward with a cream tasting. The biscuits were so warm and fluffy. Overall we had a good time and the staff were very friendly. With my wife and I being local we definitely will be back, probably to try some different foods.
