Southwest chili lime salad with chicken. Ate half before I remembered the picture
    Linda M.

This review is based on a take out order picked up by someone else. We placed the order using their online app. My friend orders from there often and recommended their salads. I ordered the Southwest Chile Lime Ranch Salad with Chicken. My friends both ordered the Fuji Apple Salad with Chicken. They both kidded about possibly ordering extra chicken since their salads are sometimes short on the ingredients. My salad came with fresh romaine, arugula, and cilantro. It was topped with a black bean and corn salsa, crispy masa chips, feta, large chunks of avocado, and plenty of tender chicken. The chile rojo ranch dressing had a nice kick and was certainly not your normal ranch. I almost had to laugh when I saw the salad one of my friends had. Very little chicken! They then told me that this is common that an ingredient is often missing or shorted. My salad was actually very good but thought that was a bit strange. The salads also came with a large slice of a nice French baguette. Overall decent lunch. 2021-64

Stopped in to pick up some soup. While inside near the pickup window you can look into the back area. It looked pretty dirty to me. Trash overflowing onto floor. This was at 5:00 pm on a Sunday night.

I ordered the broccoli Mac and cheese and I got a little something extra. Got a refund and will not be eating here again!

People need to look at what they're giving to customers. I doubt anyone would have eaten that or even scooped it into a bowl to attempt to eat. It's disgusting and I won't be eating Panera anymore! That damn broccoli Mac and cheese was my favorite.

I seldom go into this Panera since I'm a drive thru kind of person. When I have been inside it is clean and bright. A small group could come here easily. I love most of their soups but thick ones are my faves! Broccoli Cheese is my favorite with big pieces of broccoli and shredded carrots and maybe onion in delicious cheese base. Their tomato soup is also thick with pieces of tomato in it. I enjoy their tuna sandwich. I often get their "pick two" where you get a small soup and half a sandwich. There are other options but I'm not sure of all of them. With each item you also get your choice of their chips, sprouted roll, chunk of bread or an apple. They are a little pricey but so worth the money because the quality has always been good for me. They have breakfast items also but I've never been there for that other than their cinnamon which my grandson loves

Brandon was great! We got lots of free samples and the food was delicious and affordable. (2 ppl, 1 soup, 2 sandwiches = $22)

Great food. No drink ready-had to ask at desk and where food dropped off to get milk.

One of my coworkers who frequently goes asked if I would like to tag along and I am so happy that I did. Upon walking in, I was immediately impressed by the well appointed space. The building is having some updates done and the main entryways are not complete yet but it is shaping up to be very nice. It wasn't too busy (I think many people are working from home on Fridays these days) so we were greeted almost immediately and our orders taken and prepared fresh. Very friendly service with personality too! I got a #24 sandwich (turkey, bacon, Swiss, lettuce, tomato, Russian dressing) on rye. It was a fantastic sandwich and piled high for a fair price. I will be back!

My friend brought me here because we weren't very hungry but we wanted to go out for lunch. There were two self-serve bars, but I skipped the savory items and went for the salad bar. That was our purpose so I didn't get a chance to look around at other options. I filled a small plastic to go container with basic salad items and grabbed a drink for just under $5. It's priced by the size of the container, not by weight. We walked through the adjacent seating area and out the door to sit at one of the three outdoor picnic tables. When we were done, the door we came out of was locked so we had to go through the front entrance back into Lorraine's to toss our garbage out. No trash cans outside. Overall, I probably wouldn't come here again just because it seems like a place for employees to conveniently grab lunch downstairs, not necessarily outsiders looking for a place to dine.

I tried both chicken and pulled pork this visit. The chicken is served chunked, not on the bone. The flavor and texture were good but a recognizable and specific piece like a breast or a thigh feels more traditional for a bbq joint. There is a dining room with about 5 tables. No matter where you eat your food it is served in bulky plastic clamshells and all the utensils are plastic. The dining area is beyond casual with thick paper probably from a roll used as a table covering that doesn't get changed after each use. Overall, despite a barebones dining area, I prefer the actual food here to Route 96 BBQ in Farmington/Victor but neither is in the same league for food OR experience as Dinosaur let alone a good Tennessee BBQ place like Jacks in Nashville. The person on the phone advices me that the cornbread would be extra, I advised that was fine. Husband ordered a Brisket on Weck with Mac Salad and Baked Beans. We were informed it would be 30 minutes. We picked up and left, as it was raining. They didn't include silverware, which was a bummer because we were taking the food to Victor High for a sporting event. Unfortunately, the Mac and cheese was the best part of my order. It had good flavor, was cheesy. The bun on the sandwich was good, but very dry. Not enough bbq, the pork was too dry to enjoy. And they forgot the cornbread. :/ Husband said his brisket was a 3/5, mac salad was too dry, and the baked beans were okay. Probably won't be returning, we drove from Greece to try this after seeing it on TikTok. Also weird that the website says "order online" but when you click on it, it makes you call. Guy on the phone was nice, but obviously my order was missing an item. Got charged extra for cornbread I didn't get.

The staff here was also nice and very helpful with the menu. I ordered the three tacos for $15. I got the carne asada, which is steak, avocado salsa, pico, and cotija cheese. Then I got two of the $1 upgrade tacos, which were the citrus shrimp taco, which is citrus shrimp, cabbage, pico, crema, and then the flyin' Hawaiian, which is huli chicken, pineapple salsa, scallion, and soy glaze. These tacos were spectacular! I loved every single one of them, and they are some of the best tacos I've had in Rochester. The chips and salsa that came with the tacos were also pretty good. For my drink, I ordered some pretty good horchata. My mom got the chimi carnitas burrito, and it was massive! It is a fried burrito, choice of carne asada, chili beef or carnitas, filled w/ pinto beans, Mexican cheese served w/ lettuce, avocado salsa, pico, crema I do have to say the entrance to the restaurant is extremely inaccessible on top of a hill with stairs, so I had to take off a star for that.

The ambiance of the restaurant was nice, with some soft music playing, and sports on the TV. Our server was over within minutes to take our drink orders. We ordered the mozzarella half moons and an order of chicken wings as appetizers. The mozzarella half moons were not too great. They did not have much flavor and they tasted kind of old. But, the chicken wings were the star of the show. We got the Cajun gold sauce and wow... it was so good. There wasn't much of a Cajun flavor to it, but it had this tangy sweet flavor to it that made your mouth salivate. And the chicken wings themselves were fried to the perfect crisp. I ordered the turtle plate with cheeseburgers, french fries, and mac salad. The cheeseburgers and French fries were cooked well. The mac salad was lacking flavor and was just kind of watery. The meat hot sauce atop the plate had too much of a cinnamon flavor for me, that kind of ruined the whole plate for me. My dad order their special fried oyster po boy, which he said wasn't too great. He said the fried oyster were kind of cold, and they were put on a plain roll. My mom got a burger, which she said was a fine burger. I definitely will be back in the future at least for those wings, and to probably try some of their other food.
