In the springtime, the chocolate macadamia is off the hook. Getting a drink there is worth it. Chetan and crew consistently make stellar hot drinks. Make sure you pick up a frequent sippers card or have them start a card when you buy a pound of coffee for discounts. Best chocolate covered espresso beans ANYWHERE (Andy's chocolate covered cappuccino beans are nasty in comparison). I even buy coffee beans to give to my employees, who get psyched when they smell their favorite beans. I don't particularly like shopping in malls.
