RoCoCo has a diverse menu with coffee and espresso drinks, smoothies, and more. They also have delicious cronuts and other pastries! I've buoyed everything I've tried here and the staff is always very friendly. This is a great little spot within the Mercantile on Main to grab a cup and relax. read more

Mmmmmmm my coffee from RoCoCo (side bar: the name IS a bit funny for me since it takes me back to Music History 201 class at Nazareth, where I lovingly learned about baroque rococo styling in music.....) was SO GOOD! The staff here is so kind, though I think still getting used to expected volume/and spacing. The baristas had a tough collision with each other and with the coffee pot and ended up getting burned while I was there, and the barista was totally fine, but still. Ya hate to see it! The space itself is absolutely stunning though with gorgeous seating to enjoy your coffee, if you're into that thing during the COVID times. Anyways - my favorite thing to order at any coffee shop anywhere is a black drip coffee, just to see how they are brewin' and what they are working with at the most basic level. Rococo has got it going on! I don't know whose beans they are using but they are brewing them up to perfection - my coffee was jam packed with flavor and perfectly balanced. The BEST car ride drink where each sip is a delight. Grab a coffee here while you're bopping around downtown. I am looking forward to making this a very regular spot. Don't skip the cronut! I split one with my mom back at home and we both agreed it was a fried dough DELIGHT. Cheers! read more

Always love the look of the state street cafe area and this time I had a chance to tryout Rococo. Very cool place and the ladies are very nice and approachable. I ordered an small decaf iced latte with caramel and cinnamon shots. Received an hot latte which was very pretty but I was to hot for a hot beverage, after I told them they made the wrong drink they apologized and made me a beautiful iced latte. Was looking for local coffee while out of town. Good coffee, but inconvenient location. Plan to pay for parking, and it's difficult to find inside an industrial business-looking building. Upon walking in, I almost didn't walk all the way in because there was signage about being for kids not adults, or vice versa. I then noticed it was for another business and we walked in. It's in the middle of a nice, yet generic business lobby/food court. Would be more befitting a more local space. (This is added because previous reviews I saw did not define the location well enough for travelers to find it.) Coffee was very good. I got red eye with two espresso shots, and the flavor was incredibly rich. I appreciated that! Daughter got a chocolate milk that she enjoyed but complained it was in a tiny cup - was appx 6-8oz, so I get it. Taste was very good, but it could have been... bigger? I saw in the previous reviewers that someone said they had great and varied pastries, so I have to say that their pastry display case was... underwhelming. We got square donuts, which I guess are made elsewhere, and those were amazing! Just ignore the paper bag that becomes overwhelmingly grease-stained right after you get the bag. Next time I am in town, I would go back if they had a different location. If still just downtown, I would find a local place that is more conveniently located with, oh I don't know, a parking lot. read more

This place makes delicious coffee. I came here with three coworkers and we all got the Barista's choice. He made each one of us a different drink and we all wanted more. So good and such a cool concept. They also make all of their own syrups for their drinks. This is right near my office so I would be here all the time, but it is a bit pricey. Definitely my go to for a coffee treat once in awhile! read more

Cute little spot! It is inside an industrial park, with seating all around for various restaurants not limited to the coffee shop. We ordered a Cronut, one of the pastries, an espresso over ice, and an iced mocha. I thought that the drinks were a little expensive for how good the drink was. I live in Seattle where most coffee shops serve delicious drip and espresso. I was so pleasantly surprised by the oatmilk latte from RoCoCo. The espresso was smooth and delicious, the latte was the perfect temperature, and the latte art was skillfully done. I got a 12oz drink, but I could have had 3 of them, they were so delicious. While I didn't try anything, the pastries looked delicious--they have cronuts and cruffins. The Merc on Main is a really amazing space, and it makes me so happy that they've repurposed an old building. read more

While visiting from California, my friend and I stopped by for an iced coffee on a very warm Sunday morning. I drink coffee shop coffee regularly and I was pretty impressed by this spot! Lots of seating available, and the coffee was really tasty. I ordered an iced vanilla coffee and a funfetti cronut. Both hit the spot. I would love to try some of their more unique drinks next time, everyone working here seemed knowledgeable about their craft. read more

Great coffee, amazing space. If you're from Roc, you've been in the sibley building before, it's gorgeous inside. Hope this new merc on main things lasts, because it's a good use of the building. We got a latte and a cappuccino, both delicious. Like a lot of folks, I go to starbucks often because it's convenient and better than DD. However, when I go to a really good place like Rococo, I'm reminded of what I'm missing at the chain places: flavor. I mean, my cappuccino actually tasted like COFFEE. Same for my beautiful wife's latte. It doesn't taste like the cat's saucer of warm milk that a coffee bean maybe farted on, it tastes like rich, delicious, full-flavor coffee. The milk plays just a supporting role here. We split a cronut, day old because it was sunday, and it was amazing. This coffee, that donut, I could die happy, especially sitting with my favorite person in a beautiful building. Service is great, you can order online or from any one of the kiosks that are scattered throughout the room and just pick it up. Can't wait to try all the other things at merc! read more

Inside of the recently renovated Mercantile on Main, Rococo is a great place to get your caffeine and/or sweet tooth fix. I went around 10am on a Saturday and was able to find some free street parking right out front. Rococo was decently busy (about 10 people in line), however with the open concept they do a great job spacing people out and adhering to any covid guidelines. I ordered a capaccino and the famous cronut! The capaccino was delightful and had the perfect ratio of espresso, milk, and foam. The cronut lived up to the hype. It was sweet, buttery, and big enough for 2 people (or in my case, 1). For $3 a piece, I couldn't be happier with my first experience. Will definitely be back and looking forward to trying the other restaurants located in this trendy food hall! read more

Not many places were open in the Sibley building on a Tuesday morning at 9:30 but this place made an awesome iced mocha for me. I also had a day-old (discounted) zucchini walnut scone (still perfectly fresh) and I also bought a Swiss roll, which turned out to be like a HoHo on steroids.
