His response made me feel like I was inconveniencing him simply by adding something to my order. The most uncomfortable part was when I went to pay. The payment screen was asking about a tip, and I was trying to navigate the options and cancel out of the screen so I could complete my payment. I wasn't sure what I was supposed to press, and instead of helping me, he continued doing something else and didn't offer any assistance. After I tried again and the payment didn't work, he huffed and said, "You keep canceling it," in a very rude and irritated tone. I even apologized and told him that I didn't know what I was doing, but there was still no attempt to help or show me what to press, and no apology for the way he spoke to me. I ultimately walked out feeling really uncomfortable and honestly baffled by the interaction. I paid over $20 for my meal, and while the food was good, I expected a much more welcoming and respectful customer service experience. Everyone can have a bad day, but customers shouldn't feel like they're a bother for needing a little assistance with the payment system.
