If they used a really good bread, it could be excellent. One of us got the "giving thanks", turkey, cream cheese, cranberry sauce, mayo, Dijon mustard, romaine lettuce, tomatoes, and red onions. They love the "holiday turkey" at Earl of sandwich which has stuffing and gravy. This one is more similar to Togo's turkey cranberry and they feel they are about the same. We ordered fries and onion rings too. It took awhile because they had to heat up the oil in the fryer. There were more than 3 employees. It looks like the previous taqueria with a new menu board. I'm not a sandwich person but if I had to eat a sandwich, "the melt" here was good and I would try some of the others.

However being able to use card and tap payment is a plus these days. Overall, the prices on the menu were not bad to begin with. They do have a small parking lot in front. There should be plenty of parking on weekends as those other stores are closed.

I'm not sure what happened to this place but it has been getting worse since its opening. When first opened, the staff was so friendly, service wasn't great but thats to be expected when at opening....but the pleasantness of the staff made up for it. Many of those people are now gone and replaced with people who simply need a paycheck and do the bare minimum. The Cafe Manager Adriana always has a scowl on her face....I don't think I've ever seen her smile except when she got my order wrong. I have waited over 15 minutes for a toasted bagel, given meat when I asked no meat on my pasta (and I was given an attitude when I asked for a freshly made pasta), many times coffee area is not stocked well, and many other issues. I love Panera, and was so excited when this location opened close to my home, but I may just go back to the other one on El Camino. read more

The payment screen was asking about a tip, and I was trying to navigate the options and cancel out of the screen so I could complete my payment. I wasn't sure what I was supposed to press, and instead of helping me, he continued doing something else and didn't offer any assistance. After I tried again and the payment didn't work, he huffed and said, "You keep canceling it," in a very rude and irritated tone. I even apologized and told him that I didn't know what I was doing, but there was still no attempt to help or show me what to press, and no apology for the way he spoke to me. I ultimately walked out feeling really uncomfortable and honestly baffled by the interaction. I paid over $20 for my meal, and while the food was good, I expected a much more welcoming and respectful customer service experience. Everyone can have a bad day, but customers shouldn't feel like they're a bother for needing a little assistance with the payment system.

Of course, the chicken burger and chicken biscuit were so delicious, and the sauce combinations he recommended were perfect too. It was more than just a meal -- it became a really special memory for us. Because of him, we now have such a beautiful memory of this Chick-fil-A location, and it made us want to visit again someday.
