It's all standard affair for a Chick-fil-A. There's a small little playground here. The service is actually worse though than a normal Chick-fil-A. No one was at the mobile pickup area, and when they were, it seemed like they were talking to their friends first even with me waiting in line. Nothing too tragic for most fast food joints, just so for Chick-fil-A. The tables are clean and they have fresh carnations set up on all of the tables.

Best chicken nuggets ive ever tasted. Im a relatively decent eater but those nugs are so good i order the 30 count. Service is amazing. The restaurant is usually busy but you feel good being in there. 10/10.

Service was pretty good per usual. I always try to avoid drive through bc the lines would get too long. I'd recommend to go in to order. I got the deluxe chicken sandwich meal. Huge fan of their waffle fries (but it's only good fresh, so eat them while it's still hot!) the sandwhich is pretty straightforward and had some lettuce and tomato. I feel like this location is particular needs an expansion or bigger parking lot to accommodate the incoming and outgoing traffic and it not affecting the drive through line with all of the cars. I've also tried their b fast items but the drawback is that it closes early @10:30. Wish it stayed open longer or had the option for al all day breakfast.

Waffle fries fail.... All little bits and pieces.

I live in Santa Clara and I drive to Sunnyvale Chick fil A as this restaurant has been consistently clean, friendly and tasty. However this time, the waffle fries were a huge disappointment as they were collection of little bits and pieces...

Looks like someone ate some... what say you??

I do love the food at this location, customer service is good. In the past I've given the location 5* but I can't today which makes me sad. I'd LOVE it if you're reading this review, give me some feedback. How would you handle same situation in my place... See pictures. I understand prices increase as the whole nation feels and hit hard... But serving this, I don't know... Let's see if I get a call back.

Chick-fil-a never fails to satisfy my chicken sandwich cravings. The sauce goes so well with the fries and sandwich. I love to get the spicy chicken sandwich with extra pickles and a side of waffle fries. My favorite thing to do with my sandwich is to add Buffalo sauce on the chicken for added heat, fries on next, and chick-fil-sauce. After eating the sandwich this way, I have not gone back to a plain old spicy chicken sandwich. A lot of the workers are fairly young (probably high schoolers) but with good manners. They treat their customers really well. The lines can be pretty long when coming during busy hours but it goes by quick. Ordering inside is usually quicker for me. The window art are all so amazing! The artist did well on enhancing spring art on the windows and makes the drive through more enjoyable.

We love chick fil a! My parents got the Cobb salad and enjoyed it a lot. We usually stick with the nuggets and spicy chicken deluxe sandwich.

Kale crunch salad my butt. The kale was soggy. Everyone raves about this salad and adding grilled chicken. Yeah I could make the same thing at home and it would taste ten times better . Disappointed

I tried ordering 1 piece of dark meat just to try it, I end up buying the 4 pcs, because they charge $10 only for one pcs. Yup you heard that right. I asked the cashier if I was hearing that right and he verified. Maybe he was new and did not know what he was doing but I end up spending about $31.00 for 4 pieces with drinks and fry's and also sauces. Definitely a disappointment! The chicken is heavily battered, crispy but bland, chicken has a flavor but it just doesn't taste like a fried chicken should be. I think I should have just had the chicken sandwich which would have been better, if you're coming to this place don't order any bone in chicken, complete waste of money. Just order the tenders and chicken sandwich

It was now Winter in the Bay Area, and this particular late afternoon (05JAN2026) it was ¡WET!…read more I had stowed our HPVs (her upright and my "FrankenBike") under a stout tarp and we were motoring from our most favorite #1 grandchildren in the pouring rain (I even put the wipers on low) when I felt the hankering for chicken. A week before, I had cycled to this eatery and found it full of customers enjoying, to my surprise, cooked chicken. I didn't have time to queue up for a meal, but resolved to return in the future. It was in this downpour that seemed a good thing to do--the torrential weather would reduce the wait time. Parking in the small lot was good--plenty of open spaces. I (gimp)walked up the ramp and entered the nearly vacant super clean space, pleased to not be in a queue. Sure enough, I was the only person inside other than the cashier & chef. Now my concern was deciding upon the specific dish; finally choosing the Starbird 2.0 sandwich only--not the meal that included fries and a drink. The pleasant cashier quickly had my selection bagged and ready to go, and my credit card completed the transaction. After collecting numerous napkins, I returned to our (motor)vehicle and my much better half, who had patiently waited for me. Once back at our apartment, I finally got a look at my purchase. It was exactly as promised, crispy chicken slices between two buns, along with a small pile of veggies & sauce. I devoured it rather quickly, washing it all down with iced 0% milk. ¿Maybe I should have gotten the meal; I could've eaten more of the delicious food! Anyway, I was glad to have had my first ever experience with this lovely chicken eatery on this drizzling late afternoon, and look forward to returning in the future. It has my coveted "iWheel of Approval!"

They put a massive tender into the sandwich with fresh tomatoes and a slaw with a really good dressing. To be honest, the dressing was the best part of the slaw, and it carried a lot of the flavor in the sandwich. The chicken was juicy, tender, and crispy!! I really enjoyed it! You can order on their mobile kiosks to the side, and they will ask you for your phone number to let you know when the order is ready. The seating area was both indoors and outdoors. I would imagine it would be nice in the summer when it is much warmer to sit outside!

I had their Chicken sandwich. It was one which did not have a "spice" warning logo... but underneath the deliciously crispy batter, there was a very noticeable spice (my tolerable spice level is hot Cheetos, and this was slightly spicier than that). Beyond the spice, the chicken itself was spectacularly cooked. The interior was quaint. They had two large posters with a few tv's one playing Ted Talks without sound. They also had a prayer area which i thought was nice and well maintained. The bathroom: A single person restroom tucked in the back of the storage hallway. (The same hallway the staff uses to go to the back of the kitchen). It is decently clean with a larger sink and a toilet that even has a bidet. Above the door, there is a sprayer nozzle that is a bit worrisome since anyone who enters the restroom walks directly underneath this. The kitchen had an obnoxiously loud mechanical squeaking noise... not sure what it was but we just tried to ignore it (which was very difficult to do). The order: The Big G (Chicken Sandwich) -Had a large, thick, and very juicy fried chicken. The batter is knurled with a great crunch! Even though it had some heat, it was delicious!!! If you want more heat, there are options on the menu. This could easily be the best chicken sandwiches I have had in the area... if it weren't spicy. Comes with a side, and I chose seasoned fries (the seasoning turns out to be very spicy). Combo 1 -This combo comes with 2pc bone in chicken and a side. This chicken comes with the same deliciously crunchy batter as the Big G, and it too has a spice level I was not expecting. As for the side, this time I went with regular fries, and it helped tremendously to cool down my mouth from all the hot spices/seasonings going on. Definitely worth a try if you can handle and enjoy hot Cheetos. But if you can't, then I recommend skipping this one. But the delicious chicken batter might be worth the spice pain.

Sheesh, scary stuff and that was it for da ohana. My work team, on the other hand, still likes to go. Love the fries, that spice they use is kickin' and the sando is mouth watering. My big complaint is consistency. Order the medium every time and getting the right heat experience is almost like going fishing. Sometimes it's mild and chill, other times it's a scorcher, and once in a while, you smile and feel they got it right. For me that is key, I need to know what I am getting and they get it right maybe 30 percent of the time. For baseball, that is a decent ERA, but for food, nah that's not right. And then, every now and then, someone else gets there first and picks up our order. Not real big on the apologies or making sure peeps picking up the right bags. I especially like how they added on the cheese after the patty was marinated on the grill for quite a while, but not too long to the point all of the juice was sucked up. The only down side to the food: the prices. Be prepared to spend quite a bit on lunch if you decide to go to this place, because they do end up charging quite a bit more than what the regular places around Downtown would.
