Came on a Friday afternoon for lunch. The drive thru line entrance is confusing bc there is a do not enter side however people still enter from there anyways. The parking lot here is atrociously small and makes it worse that it's jumbled with the long drive thru lines. Despite this there was no line inside and plenty of tables to eat at. The bathroom was clean, the food came with plenty of fries and overall it was a super pleasant dining experience eating with less people around! Would come again! read more

Love in and out but NOT THIS ONE! The drive-through is really deceiving. It's hidden behind the building so you can't tell how long the line is. I ordered two hamburgers with onion, one cheeseburger, and my daughter even heard the woman repeat back my order and yet she took it wrong. We went through the entire drive-through line and I had to come back and re-order one of the hamburgers inside. I may as well just have gone inside to begin with. The people here are super rude. I get a lot of weird stairs from customers and I'm just never coming to this one again. Came by for a light dinner the other day and it was a quick and easy experience. Parking is available in the private lot or on neaby residential streets. Ordering is available at the counter or via the drive-through. Staff were all wearing the In-N-Out uniform with their name tag. Some even opted to wear disposable gloves. The Gen Z cashier was talented. Started off with the cheeseburger with onions protein style and it was quite tasty. The burger was flavorful and the raw onions provided a nice crisp to the burger. The french fries were tasty and best eaten while hot. The napkin covering the fries did help keep them warm. Seating is first come, first served. The dining room was clean enough. I find different In N Out locations cook slightly different but overall have the same flavors. Some cook fries longer than others and whatnot. I'm born and raised here and LOOOVE In N Out. What I didn't love was that we had went to order 2 Flying Dutchman minus one cheese wrapped with a whole grilled onion. Tell me why when we opened the box there was one properly made, and then just a grilled onion next to it. I definitely think the worker gave me the order too early and it wasn't prepared yet, because one of the workers who we talked to at the drive thru went to grab some spread and she took over. My annoyance with most locations is the way the drive thru and parking lot is arranged. It definitely is a super popular food spot but the chaos of the lot makes me caution going here. The lines are long but it moves fast, but there's cars trying to park and cars trying to enter the drive-thru and cars trying to leave in one spot. It would be better if they designated it similar to the Sunnyvale location that you can only enter the drive-thru using one of the lot entrances. If they already have this sign, I def have not seen it. read more

Always a go to when craving a burger. It was my second time at this location and have no complaints. It wasn't too busy when we arrived so we were able to order immediately. It took about 10 minutes for our food to be ready. My only complaint is that they did not add onions to my burger. Besides that, place and bathrooms seemed clean. This is one of the two Mountain View locations of this burger chain. The menu is fairly simple. You can choose the number of patties you want, from 1 up to 4. They have a limited number of veggie toppings and cheese. The ingredients were fresh. They don't use frozen beef here, and they make your food hot to order. There's a bit of a wait, but it's worth it! I got what you call a double double, which is two patties and two slices of cheese. Another customization is called protein style. Basically, they substitute the bun with hand leafed lettuce, which comes out fresh, cold, and a little damp. There trick is to eat it right away, while the hot part is hot and the cool stays cool. The drinks here are self serve. They have coke products and you can fill the cups yourself. When you order, they give you the paper cups. It seems you can refill your cups as much as you want. I'm writing this in December, and the cups have a palm tree and holly motif, I suppose for the holidays. On the bottom it said Isaiah 9:6. I looked it up, and it's a Christmas verse. For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. 12/26 lunch In n out is always my go to place for a quick burger. It's almost always busy during lunch and dinner rush. The price did increase but it's not too bad and I personally think the price is still worth it. Staffs are all friendly. The inside is family friendly vibe. Lots of high schoolers often come around during games day as well I got a double double w onion. You can get it in protein style if you like ( lettuce wrapped). I got a fries and vanilla shake. Double double patty was juicy and the sauce was delicious. Fries were crisp only for a while, so it eat fast when it's warm. Not too salty either. The shake was airier compared to the other shake I had before. Location is right on the corner and like that there's multiple access of entry and exit. When you do the drive through they ask you if you want it to go in a bag or eating in the car which they give you a box. If u want a quick and cheap meal this is the place. The fries are alittle inconsistent depending on the location, but not much to complain about because of the affordability. Workers are all pretty friendly, patient, and quick with what they do. Don't be deceived by the long lines at times.. it moves quick! read more

I'm not from here and at first I was not about In-N-Out but I've come to really appreciate the burger quality. There are SO many cars here for lunch and dinner but the wait is never too bad. Service is always friendly and accurate - never received my food wrong. I have never been to this Mountain View in an out before and the driveway was a bit confusing for me so I parked in some private business parking lot trying to go into the drive-through line but we were able to walk across the parking lot and order inside. I'm sure ordering inside is always faster, and the food was fresh and hot! I also found it, highly hilarious and interesting that the gentleman calling out the orders had an amazing Barry white style voice that sounded perfect for an auction or anything without a megaphone! He was incredibly friendly sounding, but a very deep, booming voice, and perfect for calling out the food as well as numbers without a microphone! Everyone was friendly and polite while my son and I ordered lunch during this weekday with a bunch of construction workers behind us, as well as in front of us! Lol will be back! Near the Google complex - your probably here before a concert. Great place as to be expected. My order was perfect as expected. The beef is so small I would suggest anybody at least get a double meat. Thats what I suggest to all people new to the chain from the east coast. An incredible value. If the drive thru line is any indication of supply and demand I think they should increase their prices. Some Google bikes from some smart concert goers nearby. Nothing wrong with being resourceful. I'm sure Google has tracking devices and people hired to collect them at the end of the day. If memory is right the only thing I saw that could use improvement was the faucet in the mens bathroom. Sprays out instead of down and the water shoots out with a bit too much vigor to be trusted with the general public. I like to sit next to the soda fountain machine - at least until I get my order. Sit close so you can hear your number easily. I've said it before - avoid this place during rush hours and weekends. Go during less popular times if you have a choice. My husband and I were in California for the weekend and were told we needed to go to In-N-Out burger. We found the closest location to our hotel. The drive through line was 20 cars deep at least so we parked and went inside. We each ordered a cheeseburger and fries. Despite the long drive thru line there were only a few people ahead of us inside. I found a booth to sit in and my husband ordered. The restaurant was a typical fast food atmosphere. It was clean and busy. Our number was called in a short time which was a nice surprise. The burgers were large, delicious, juicy, flavorful.... The fries were hot and crispy with just the right amount of salt for me. I thought the prices were fantastic for being in California and for the amount of food. Made sense why it was so busy. With our stomachs full and extremely happy we left to leave and now the line was at least 30 cars long. In-N-Out burger, you did not dissappoint!! read more

Probably the smallest in n out burger lol. They're extremely efficient and unlike any other locations. The lines are not packed and their customer service is on par or even better than the rest. It's one of the smallest in n outs. So the parking is exactly the same. Not very many places to park. But it's all good! I can't say anything better for this location. Not too far off el Camino. My main reasoning for not giving this In n Out 5 stars is because it was rather dirty inside and the staff did not go above and beyond. On Monday March 10, 2025 @1430 hours, i was dining at this location, I decided to use my ((RELOADABLE)) gift card, and the clerk wanted to throw it away until I mentioned that it was a ((RELOADABLE)) gift card, you need to properly train the order takers on the gift cards. Then while dining, I could hear all the workers making smart remarks while I'm in the dining area, and on a observation it takes 2 employees to wash/dry a floor in 5 minutes while elderly people are walking around, could that have waited till it is dead slow - my eyes and ears have seen and heard enough and I left, it wasn't a enjoyable relaxing time. DO NOT bring your dog to this location. We visited on 4/27/24, and discovered that they add salt to their dog patties! We realized this only after feeding one to our dog and then tasting the excessively salty burgers ourselves. Shockingly, the leftover dog patty--supposed to be unsalted--was as salty as our burgers, which were saltier than any we've ever had. Such excessive salt can cause numerous health issues in dogs, which is why it's critical they contain no salt. Typically, the staff at In-N-Out are extremely friendly, and we've never had problems at other locations across California. However, we suspected something was amiss when the cashier seemed completely disengaged during the ordering process, but we didn't think much of it. After we brought up the salt issue with the manager, his response was complete and utter indifference. This explains everything we've experienced at this location. In summary, it's worth driving a bit farther to avoid this particular location. The standards here do not reflect the In-N-Out brand and this location deserved to be sued for negligence. read more

This is a great In n out , okay I know they all have great staff , that seem they are having fun not working , but this one is that plus. The staff is always great , quick to keep the drive thru line moving in a friendly way. The food is always served quickly , little quicker than others I've been to. Now as for the food , it is the same all locations so if you like this type of place you know always consistent. One down side is traffic , yes all have the issue , but this one is a little more awkward as you can only enter drive through by one entrance. But all and all solid 5 star read more

I was given my food and was on my way home- without checking the contents. When I finally opened the bag, I noticed that the packaging was a bit different than what I was used to. It dawned on me that I was given the wrong order. Instead of a cheeseburger, I had gotten a triple meat burger without the buns. It was a pretty decent burger, just not what I had ordered.
