This is for 9.18.2026 (burger day). It's nice the franchise was doing a bogo deal but this site did a terrible job of prepping for it. An online pick up order was placed at 6:30 and we gave up on waiting for it by 7:45. They should have made this deal a counter only situation if they can't keep up with demand. In the restaurant, it was apparent there was no rhyme or reason to when food was ready. No communication from staff what food order was queued up. We've been fans of five guys for years, and we probably come to this location at least 3x per month, often as a late dinner after soccer practice. It's easy to order ahead on the app, although you can't order off the app 30-minutes before closing. No worries, the team at this location always picks up the phone and they are happy to accommodate an order before closing time. We do wish we could get some points or similar to earn some rewards (free fries or an entree ). The burgers always hit the spot. For those reviewers who complain that the bun gets moist and the burger is messy when you add various toppings.... No duh! A good burger should be messy and if I'm putting grilled onions and any dressing on my to-go bun it's going to get moist by the time I make it home. How can one not like this place? I mean the food quality is nice and it's all fresh. Double cheeseburger with: bacon, raw and grilled of each - jalapeños, peppers, onion with mustard is bussin!!! I picked the little cheeseburger, which was the perfect size for me. I also ordered fries, which were a highlight of the meal! They were seasoned just right, and I was pleasantly surprised by how many fries they gave us. Aside from filling the cup, there were tons more in the bag. I love being able to customize my burgers down to the toppings and this place delivers just that. Over the past several weeks I have had this delivered to my home at least once a week and every single time the food is hot and delicious. I order and reorder the bacon cheeseburger that comes with two patties and the toppings of my choice. Usually that includes grilled onions and grilled jalapenos on my burger. I always add an order of Little Cajun fries which make it to my home crispy and hot. I like that they offer a size "little" if you want a one patty burger or order of fries. The milkshakes are good, but they aren't very creamy. I like that they offer a peanut butter milkshake but I have yet to try it. I have tried the Oreo cookie pieces shake and it's good. My preference is for creamy milkshakes so I tend to skip on these and go for an ice cold coke. They offer sandwiches and hot dogs as well but I'm a burger person so that is what I stick with. This location has remained consistent with my delivered orders. I look forward to ordering my lunch or dinner from here. My burger is a cheesy melted perfection customized to my liking. We have always loved coming to Five Guys. It is our staple go-to when we want to have a lazy weekend brunch without spending an arm and a leg for a decent burger ! It gets more interesting to me while I get immersed in shelling the peanuts while the better half goes about gathering all the sauces and drinks. Then we catch up on the stuff we missed out during the week, while munching the peanuts and we wait for our order# to be called. Once our order is served, we almost immediately go into silent mode enjoying the crispy fries and the most amazing burger that one can get at such a low price. And 5guy has a decent menu to pick from compared to S&S. Had cheese burger and bacon burger, large order of fries and a Oreo cookie milkshake. Took to go, drove 10 min to home to eat. My cheese burger survived pretty well. Buns still a little hard,crispy, fairly intact. Bacon burger was, well, a bit of a soppy mess, but... tasted awesome. So in the future I'd either eat inside or in the car and not wait to eat the burgers and what h what sides I added, maybe asking for them to be packed separate from the burger and add them on right before eating. Fries: pretty solid, very natural flavor, not greasy nor salty. Got regular, not Cajun. Little soft to my liking so I airfried for a few min when we got home. With more crispness, was right up there with Hik-pil-a's waffle fries (you know who I mean, the restaurant who likes birds). My opinion is still the Hik-pil-a's waffle fries are the best fries in the U.S. when "well-done" (twice fried). Milkshake: again very nice natural flavor, good thickness, maybe a little too thick to drink with a straw. Would definitely order again. Peanuts: Very decent for a freebie! Also, their large fries can feed a whole family. They always add an extra scoop of fries into your bag which I love. They also have free peanuts available which is great to munch on when you're waiting for your food or want an extra snack while eating your meal. The workers are always very friendly and the food comes out in a timely manner. Parking is easy to find and the store is in a nice plaza with other foods and dessert options. So before I ramble on whats the deal with the peanuts? Not that I mind. Burgers. They sound simple in concept but execution is often hard to carry off. Five Guys did a decent job but in such a crowded field they are at best middle of the pack. The experience is very similar to say In and Out Burger (they do have more items). The menu is simple and easy to understand. The "small" burgers are single patty, the bigger have two. They have a large variety of toppings as well. You can custom order yours as desired. The burger was cooked in a manner similar to any of the other chain burger spots that is well done. The bun was okay, and the toppings generally fresh. The forgot to hold the mushrooms but that was an easy scrape off. The bacon was crispy and decently thick (not the weird super thin bacon you find at other places). The fries were a disappointment. Super greasy, super soft, and the centers had sort of a translucent quality to them. No Bueno. The portion size is pretty big and if you go large it might literally be a bag full of them however. The drink machine. This location had the super fancy drink machine and to be honest it can be a problem for some. There are too many choices so many people lock up and flip through all the menus while a line forms. That being said if you want to try different things its the machine for you.
