The best Taco Bell I have ever been to in my entire life. First off: the service. As soon as I pulled up to pay at the drive thru window, my food was quickly delivered into my hands--warm and aromatic. I pulled into the parking lot to scarf down my midnight snack with expectations of an average Taco Bell experience. But this was no average experience. I pulled out the most hot, juicy chicken quesadilla loaded up with creamy jalapeño. The outer tortilla hugging the chicken and cheese was a perfect balance of soft and crispy. I sunk my teeth into the glorious quesadilla, and its flavor was equally if not more beautiful than its appearance. The quesadilla made its way to my digestive tract in a record time of 2 minutes and 37 seconds flat. However, I sat in awe and reflected on this experience for twice as long after finishing my meal--sipping on my free ice water. There's plenty of seating, and I've enjoyed dining in a few times. Mostly, people are focused on their food. However, you may encounter unpredictable people sometimes. I ordered the new limited nachos with extra cheese and two Chili Cheese Burritos with onion and extra cheese from the kiosk, thinking that ordering inside would ensure my order was done correctly. Instead, my order was filled with regular Nachos BellGrande (a cheaper item with different ingredients and no extra cheese). The burritos also came without the extra cheese or onions I requested. In total, I was overcharged by about $5 for items I didn't receive as ordered. I'd avoid this location. I've been to this Taco Bell several times since moving to Sunnyvale. This location has always met my expectations where taste and quality are concerned, and the parking lot is usually fairly empty when I visit. With that said, I've had some issues with my orders. One time I was missing more than half of my items. Another time the employees prepared my food over 2 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. The first mistake taught me that I should always check my food before leaving the store. The second error was, thankfully, addressed by the employees as soon as I arrived without me even mentioning it. These incidents made me question whether there the system glitches from time to time since I've always ordered via app. Overall, this Taco Bell location is good, but I recommend ordering via their in-store kiosk or ordering via app shortly before you drive over to avoid technical glitches. This is one of the most busy Taco Bells that I ever been in. Reason is because a lot of people including me work nearby and that alters the service a little bit. There is no shortage of people taking their lunch break here. I am a huge Taco Bell addict and only ate here twice. The second time I had no issues with the place rather than the distance from my workplace. The staff here didn't mess up my order and they did a good job of making it warm and delicious as required. They sort of stepped up to their game. I even got the proper hot sauces needed to go with my food. Prices here are a little better than the Taco Bell near my house as well. Drawback: This location is rather in a strange area. If you work nearby, there still might need to be a chance where you need to drive for over 5 minutes just to get here. read more

I call this Taco Bell "the monkey's paw" location. Any normal request, "a taco" and they do it normally, no issue. Any special order, like "add onions" and they'll conveniently "forget" to add the default cheese and red sauce, like EVERY time, to the point where it's comical. Add sour cream? Yeah, they'll do it, one tiny tiny drop in the corner of your burrito. I've had this happen 3 times in a row, to where it's pretty obvious it's purposeful. So management, have a talk with the grumpy cook, that thinks it's funny to punish the custom orders. The moral of the story, there are some weird cooks there, that don't like doing anything custom, and they'll go one further by punishing the orderer. They forgot to give me hot sauces. Make sure they give it to you! Double-check because taco bell without the sauces is not the best. Not horrible. Quality of food is great, service is pretty friendly. They don't mess up that often EXCEPT THE HOT SAUCE. And they do mess up the ingredients a few times so if you have allergies, i recommend you also double check before leaving. The husband who finally got fed up with all my pregnancy craving talk decided to take action and tricked me to go for a middle of the night fast food drive-thru adventure in an attempt to shut me up (if but for a few minutes while I'm stuffing my face). Ended up at the drive through at 11pm on a Monday night. The attendant over the speaker was very polite and patient as they waited for me to make up my mind (so many things I want to eat, so few I should be eating). The pricing at this location seems to be on average $1 more per item than what is listed on the website, so be prepared to spend a bit more than you're accustomed to at other locations. As we drove up, since we're in the middle of COVID still, the window has a sign requiring you to be wearing a face mask. The staff member was wearing one as well. They held out a credit card reader for us to be able to insert our card into the chip reader, so there was essentially a contactless payment. After payment, he handed us our food immediately at the same window. All in all we were at the drive-thru for less than two minutes total. Upon driving away, unfortunately one of our items wasn't very well packaged so a bunch of Supremeness (lettuce, tomato, cheese) spilled out into the bag. Otherwise, the food was delicious, piping hot, and totally hit the spot so my husband's ears finally will get some peace, at least for a few days anyway until the next craving hits. This Taco Bell has the worst attention to detail of any Taco Bell I go to. I am embarrassed to admit, but I am a Taco Bell fanatic and come to this location once a week. They forget to put something in my bag almost weekly. The quality of their food is always good and I've never had an issue with what I am given. The staff is quite friendly and consistent with their attention to service. But the staff does not do a great job at checking it all your items in the bag. They also rarely provide receipts so it makes it challenging to go in and prove you were missing something. I have submitted feedback regarding my visits here and have never gotten follow up from management or corporate. If you are willing to triple check your order then you won't have an issue visiting this location. read more

Taco Bell is always a fan favorite of mine. Being Indian and vegetarian, I basically grew up with this place. Any Indian household has numerous mild & hot sauce packets laying around at home, and our home is no different. Since COVID hit though, it's been tough and I have resorted to buying Taco Bell mild sauce bottles from the grocery store. Something in that is super addictive. The crunchy tacos and tostadas are my go-tos here... usually ordering 2-3 for one meal. I used to do burritos, but find them too carb-heavy. The lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream does wonders. I went to this place after a movie around 10pm. The door just closed and I went to the drive-in. The person who took the order didn't take the order correct and on hearing the price I knew the order was not correct. At the delivery window, the order was completely messed up. The person who took the order Axel, was in a hurry and repeatedly got the order wrong Repeating the order multiple times, I missed telling him it is a veggie order and I told him it was a veggie Gordita. And he was getting restless and he accused me of not ordering correctly and started to argue with me. Finally he took the order and asked me to wait at the main door. I waited for 15 minutes and I could see the order was ready and no car in the driveway but he was not bringing the order. I knocked on the window and he came over. The order did not have the drink, no sauce, no tissues. I went to the driveway and asked for the drink. He asked me to say please so that he could give the drink. He wouldn't give me the drink and closed the window because I wouldn't say "please". I stayed near the delivery window and someone else eventually came and resolved the situation. I never leave a feedback good or bad. This experience was so bad I had to leave a feedback. I wish the manager teach Axel how to take an order and deal with a customer. read more

Very disappointed at this particular location. We went here for a late night snack as we were really hungry. When we got home, we saw that they put meat on on our food. We specifically asked them not to. When we ordered the 3 layer nachos, we got a confirmation from the person at the drive thru that these specific nachos only come with cheese, beans and sauce on them. Idk why but they decided to add beef on top of the nachos even though these nachos don't come with beef. It was really annoying to get home and see that we couldn't really eat the food. This place always forget something. This is like the 5th time they forget a taco or another burritos in my meals. Today I order a #6 which is a 2 chicken chalupa and crunchy taco with drinks with couple others meals. The #6 is not cheap either and I got short a chalupa. Which is the one I wanted, I don't mind if they short me the taco but my chalupa, come on every dang time it is something. Someone need to know how to count or serve. When you call them to report it, they don't answer or pick up and hang up on you. I wasn't given a receipt either. Time of service was 11/12/22 @ 2:15 to 2:25 pm. But when there's no one behind me in the drive thru line please let me just wait there for my food so I don't have to deal with parking in your parking lot and waiting for you to bring it to me. I feel like A LOT of people who work in food customer service in the Bay Area are all kinds of jaded; it's like you're almost inconveniencing them for stepping foot inside the establishment. So it's a nice change and super refreshing to visit this Taco Bell location where the staff is just plain nice and down to earth. No one has an ego and no one is rude.
