This place has been on our list to try out forever and I am so glad we finally came. We got quesabirria tacos and an Al pastor torta. The tacos were some of the best we've had, the tortilla is chewy but also has a bit of a crunch on the outside too. Comes with yummy salsa and is just so addictive with the fresh onions and cilantro inside. The torta was also delicious but honestly the tacos stole the show. Service was also very friendly, gave us all the salsa we wanted, and extra consommé for the tacos. Everything was very reasonably priced too, which is rare for food trucks. They accept Apple Pay as well, and honestly I can see this being our go-to taco spot, there's even seating in front of the truck.
Deliciousness served here, as Santa Clara don't have much to offer in Mexican food, this place definitely deserves to be put on the map. Friendly service and quick. Even as you wait they have delicious cucumber water to refresh before you eat. Beautiful art work and gotta say Birria is such a hit, both the plate an the tacos !!! Recommend to you by someone who can be pretty picky!!
Had some taco cravings and decided to try Tacos El Noa Noa as a new to me taco stop. They were quiet on a Sunday afternoon and I was able to easily place my order with a 5 minute wait. My quesabirria tacos came out piping hot and came with some cucumbers and onion on the side along with the consomme broth. The tacos were perfectly crispy, the cheese complimenting the carne asade. The consomme was salty but paired well with the tacos. I appreciate the onions on the side and in the future will order extra raw onions and cilantro inside the tacos. Really happy I was able try out a new place and will be frequenting whenever I'm in the mood for quesabirria tacos!

I'm not an avid food truck-er, but Tacos El Noa Noa is the exception! They have a couple of chairs and tables outside, and the workers are honestly so friendly and fun. I didn't wait too long (10 mins max) for my quesadilla, birria plate, and 5 birria tacos, and all the food was inhaled in about that same amount of time! The prices for entrees were actually decent, on the lower end of what I'm used to ($13.99 for the birria plate, $13.99 for the quesadilla if I remember correctly). They take Apple Pay and card, which is always a plus!
If you're in the mood for some bomb consommé and birria tacos, this place is for you! Crispy, cheesy, meaty, and flavorful! Tacos and burritos are also decent here, but I'd opt for the quesabirria for this truck!

All good comfort food. I wish they had an option for grilled Serrano peppers. The service was quick. The food was delivered in a plastic bag with napkins.

Do not skip it! They are pretty good on portion sizes too. We were stuffed ordering like they were street tacos. The horchata was just ok though, but who cares when the tacos were that good!
The review is only for their Chicken Tacos - which I've tried a couple of times here. Their location is pretty convenient, but parking isn't usually easy as it's outside a bar where people usually come to watch the NFL on weekends. I found their chicken to be on the drier side, and not very juicy/tender both times I tried it. Maybe not as fresh as I'd like. I think their other meats are usually better. They also do chicken tacos birria style btw, that's not typical/usual, I've tried that once as well. Extra sauce is charged for is what I was told which is fair.
I got tacos (asada, tripas, and a quesabirria) and my boyfriend got a carnitas quesadilla. All the food was so delicious! I was craving some tacos on the way home from the airport and so glad we tried this spot not too far from home. It's a food truck outside of a bar, since it was a Saturday night, we parked across the street and walked over. Quick service from ordering to receiving our food! We waited outside the truck decorated with plenty of seats and cute little plants!

This is my friend's favorite quesabirria spot so I had to give it a try. It's a truck parked outside a bar. The tacos were crispy and not greasy which i liked. It was on the smaller side. It comes with consome, red and green salsa, grilled onions and cucumbers. For some reason it didn't come with cilantro and onions. Flavor was good. read more

Tacos El Noa Noa really hit the spot! I had two quesabirrias and a chorizo con papas, and both were amazing. The quesabirrias were perfectly crispy, with the meat incredibly tender and full of flavor. It's the kind of taco that's hearty and filling, without feeling greasy. The chorizo con papas was just as satisfying--flavorful and well-seasoned, with a good balance of spice and savory goodness. Highly recommend trying multiple tacos if you have the chance The food came out quickly, and while the setup is basic (just a food truck in a parking lot), it's a chill spot. There are parks nearby if you want to sit and enjoy your meal. Prices were very reasonable for the quality of food, and the service was fine. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area and craving some really tasty tacos! read more

My partner was craving some birria tacos and did a little searching. Found this place and wanted to give it a try. Of couuurse I was down to try a new place, and i'm glad I did. The workers were very nice and shared with what they would recommend (I was on the fence between carne asada (steak) or al pastor (pork) on my fries) and i'm glad i went with their recommendation! It was super loaded and definitely worth for the price. I do plan to come back here again to try other food options. This place is well lit (I came around night time) and they had plenty of chairs to sit around and wait. I definitely recommend you try this place! Oh yeah, you can't eat at the location or in your car in the area, so be prepared for that! read more

Amazing value. I ordered 9 tacos, 2 quesobirria, and 1 super nachos with asada. Totaled to $50 and we had a lot of food leftover because of how packed the food was (loaded with meat). I called ahead and the order was ready in about 15 minutes. The food was great but some of the meat was dry (mostly the carne asada). Highly recommend nonetheless because the pastor and lengua were delicious!! And definitely worth your buck. + The orange sauce is veryyy spicy. read more
Would return for the birria! Tried the quesabirria tacos and while the meat wasn't as moist as it could be, drinking it with the broth made it so delectable. Ambience: they are parked outside a bar and it looks like you can bring the food into the bar. We came across this hidden gem after one of our favorite food trucks left the area. We pass by Tacos El Noa Noa daily. Glad we finally tried it out! Their nachos are definitely a must! They pack in so much meat and sides. You literally goin to need more chips. The al pastor is flavorful and not fatty at all. Just the right amount of savory & sweet. Their quesabirria tacos are good, too. Again, they don't skimp on the meat. Although they forgot to give us the consame once, it just wasn't the same. They have a pretty sweet lunch plate deal. $12 for 3 tacos, rice, and beans. What a steal! read more
Very authentic, cheap tacos, right out of a food truck. But this place is especially known for their birria tacos. We got the quesabirria tacos and they were unbeatable. If that isn't your thing, the normal tacos are great too. I thought that the chorizo and al pastor were my two favorites. It's a taco truck near a restaurant. You cannot sit or park and eat in their area. You must order and then leave. Once we ordered, we just parked across the street and ate at that parking lot. I ordered their Quesabirria and Horchata. The Quesabirria was so good but definitely really filling and heavy. They provide a lot of meat and cheese. They also provide 3 sauces. The Horchata didn't taste good, it didn't taste like it was home-made, it didn't have that natural rice or cinnamon taste. Overall, the food was delicious! The quesabirria tacos were crispy and tasty. They had so much flavor to them, this is definitely one of the best quesabirria tacos that I've had. The tacos were filled to the brim with fillings as well. We also tried the pastor burrito which was very flavorful, although I do wish they used less beans. There is limited parking but there is some street parking available as well. There are a few chairs but no tables to eat at. The staff dis friendly and area to pick up your food is very clean as well. I can't wait to come back and try more from their menu. Come try this place if you are craving quesabirria tacos! read more
