Amazing food, beautiful painted mural of Santa Clara Great personality amazing service very comfortable cozy place to come and eat and enjoy some good Mexican food. Ordered the super nachos I think the only thing missing would be nice fresh pico de gallo an avocado to make it feel super. Also the carne asada supper burrito delicious a little less beans an Avocado as mentioned with the nacho to make it feel super. Queso birria delicious out of this world. I Recommend this if your in Santa Clara since their is no good Mexican food in SC.

Fair decent tacos spot, nothing crazy, super accessible, we found this a few years ago while in the area and decided to stop by the gem and try it out. It's delicious and decent. Their customer service was good too. plenty of parking

Had some taco cravings and decided to try Tacos El Noa Noa as a new to me taco stop. They were quiet on a Sunday afternoon and I was able to easily place my order with a 5 minute wait. My quesabirria tacos came out piping hot and came with some cucumbers and onion on the side along with the consomme broth. The tacos were perfectly crispy, the cheese complimenting the carne asade. The consomme was salty but paired well with the tacos. I appreciate the onions on the side and in the future will order extra raw onions and cilantro inside the tacos. Really happy I was able try out a new place and will be frequenting whenever I'm in the mood for quesabirria tacos!

As of February 2026 this is tacos el noa noa menu. This is my go to quesabirria spot! The birria is just super juicy! The consommé is very hearty and overall it together is mouthwatering! Definitely recommend this spot to anyone who has never been'

I'm not an avid food truck-er, but Tacos El Noa Noa is the exception! They have a couple of chairs and tables outside, and the workers are honestly so friendly and fun. I didn't wait too long (10 mins max) for my quesadilla, birria plate, and 5 birria tacos, and all the food was inhaled in about that same amount of time! The prices for entrees were actually decent, on the lower end of what I'm used to ($13.99 for the birria plate, $13.99 for the quesadilla if I remember correctly). They take Apple Pay and card, which is always a plus!

If you're in the mood for some bomb consommé and birria tacos, this place is for you! Crispy, cheesy, meaty, and flavorful! Tacos and burritos are also decent here, but I'd opt for the quesabirria for this truck!

Good birria tacos and carne asada tacos. They added consume for the birria tacos, salsa, limes and sliced cucumbers with grilled onions to the plate. I also ordered a side of beans and rice. All good comfort food. I wish they had an option for grilled Serrano peppers. The service was quick. The food was delivered in a plastic bag with napkins.

My favorite spot for quesabirria tacos. That's all I've tried from here actually lol but they always hit the spot. The parking lot is super small, maybe like 10 spots. There's no tables to eat there, it's only take-out, but there's a few seats for when you're waiting for your order. I've never gone during a busy time but the orders usually come out decently fast. I like that the tacos come with radish and grilled onions. The sauces are decent. Tacos are also decently-priced.

Extremely juicy quesabirria at $4.50 each. No notes otherwise. They don't have seating onsite so you can only take it to go.

This place has been on my list since we moved up here! The regret it's taken this long to finally try it bc this place is sooooo freaking good. Quesabirrias are def what they excel at here. Do not skip it! They are pretty good on portion sizes too. We were stuffed ordering like they were street tacos. The horchata was just ok though, but who cares when the tacos were that good!

The review is only for their Chicken Tacos - which I've tried a couple of times here. Their location is pretty convenient, but parking isn't usually easy as it's outside a bar where people usually come to watch the NFL on weekends. I found their chicken to be on the drier side, and not very juicy/tender both times I tried it. Maybe not as fresh as I'd like. I think their other meats are usually better. They also do chicken tacos birria style btw, that's not typical/usual, I've tried that once as well. Extra sauce is charged for is what I was told which is fair.

I got tacos (asada, tripas, and a quesabirria) and my boyfriend got a carnitas quesadilla. All the food was so delicious! I was craving some tacos on the way home from the airport and so glad we tried this spot not too far from home. It's a food truck outside of a bar, since it was a Saturday night, we parked across the street and walked over. Quick service from ordering to receiving our food! We waited outside the truck decorated with plenty of seats and cute little plants!

2 quesabirrias and 1 chorizo con papas taco
    Kyle S.

Tacos El Noa Noa really hit the spot! I had two quesabirrias and a chorizo con papas, and both were amazing. The quesabirrias were perfectly crispy, with the meat incredibly tender and full of flavor. It's the kind of taco that's hearty and filling, without feeling greasy. The chorizo con papas was just as satisfying--flavorful and well-seasoned, with a good balance of spice and savory goodness. Highly recommend trying multiple tacos if you have the chance The food came out quickly, and while the setup is basic (just a food truck in a parking lot), it's a chill spot. There are parks nearby if you want to sit and enjoy your meal. Prices were very reasonable for the quality of food, and the service was fine. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area and craving some really tasty tacos!

Even with a baby in tow, the staff was super friendly and accommodating, bringing hot water super quickly for warming a bottle and carefully selecting seating that accommodated our stroller. The menu is relatively small, but also very diverse with a variety of protein options and some vegetarian selections. Since it's served tapas/family style, you get to try a ton of the menu. Everything we had was delicious and very balanced. Even with a super low spice tolerance, the heat in all the dishes was not just tolerable, but even delicious. I think the dish I'd most recommend is the pork shank. Everything about it was super surprising and incredibly delicious. It literally fell off the bone and had a ton of texture with a melty, tender inside and a sticky, crunchy exterior. I would eat just this for a whole meal! Despite my own dislike for goat, even the goat empanadas were good and managed to convince me I don't actually hate all goat meat! Much like the menu, the ambiance is perfectly balanced, perfect for a romantic date night, a business meeting and even for a friend/family dinner. I'd highly recommend Valley Goat for anyone, for any occasion.

His group absolutely loved the goat empanadas, the disco fries, and the pork shank. My sister and BIL were in town again in mid-July so I made a reservation on OpenTable (easy with one week in advance). We were seated at one of the booths and service was... a little odd. We never got a "Welcome to Valley Goat, have you been here before?" or any explanation about the menu. We sort of knew what to order because of my BIL but it was notably weird. Service that day was impersonal and the main reason why I've downgraded one star. BIL said that he had better service with the bachelor party in March - the server back then had thoroughly explained the menu and was great about everything until things got a bit busier later and they had to wait a long time for the check. However, despite the weird service, the food was so good that I brought some of my local friends the following weekend - and this time, we did not make a reservation and decided to walk in and sit at the bar. Big shout out to Jonathan, Roy, Erica and Nick who took good care of us at the bar! At one point in our meal, they noticed we were waiting for our last two dishes for a while and I overheard them talking about going to check on those plates, and sure enough they appeared shortly after. We never waited long after drinks were finished before they checked in if we wanted anything else. Food: Disco fries ($25) were fire - loved the combination of savory / creamy / pickled items. Would definitely order again. Sticky pork shank ($59) - the number one reason I wanted to bring my friends here because I knew they would be as impressed as I was. With the $59 price tag, it's a little hefty but absolutely worth it. Meat slides right off the bones, sauces are fantastic, pickled cucumber salad and pluot salad add a nice counterbalance to the meat... the only thing I would like more of is the lettuce pieces so I can make my own lettuce wraps! Chickpea fritters ($21) - one of my faves other than the pork shank. Loved the crisp textures and flavors. Goat empanadas ($20) - delicious and one of my BIL's favorite dishes. That limey huacatay sauce appears on several menu items and stands out each time - can't go wrong with it! Less impressive: sautéed green beans ($20) were not worth the money and were too salty, and the kalbi ($45) was fine and didn't stand out like the other dishes. Sort of a run-of-the-mill kalbi. Drinks: drinks were definitely on the pricier side but all very tasty! I was actually most impressed by one of their mocktails - the Temple Fizz ($16). Mocktails are weird in that some bars will increase the price to an unreasonable amount, but I think it's genuinely deserved here. The Temple Fizz had complex notes that had me sipping like I would any other cocktail, rather than guzzling it down like a soda. Jonathan mentioned that their mocktails are super popular as well, and I think that speaks strongly to their mocktail selection. Overall, I would keep coming back and sitting at the bar. Food and drinks are fantastic!
