I was disappointed, the sandwich looked good tho. My usual togos closed down so I thought id try this one since I had a bday reward to use. I was pretty pumped but when I got here they wouldn't take it. They had some system issues at this location. I didn't come here on this certain day to pay full price since I have a bday reward so i just felt kinda dumb and went away since I was informed I wouldn't be able to use it time. Growing up in the Bay Area, Togo's would be a go-to spot for sandwiches and wraps. When my coworker mentioned she was craving a chicken caesar wrap, Togo's instantly came to mind. We decided to go to this location for lunch one day, and we both ordered the chicken caesar wrap from the kiosk. There were a couple of other people eating here, but there were many open seats. Our wraps were made very quickly. I have always been a huge fan of this wrap, notorious for its green tortilla and large size, and to my joy, my coworker enjoyed it as well. Specifically, she liked the ratio of caesar sauce to other ingredients. She also liked how crunchy the croutons were. She mentioned she's on a diet, and found the 500-calorie wrap to be very satiating and delightful. She's eager to try again! Like many wraps, eating this one can be a bit messy due to the amount of ingredients inside and an unraveling tortilla. But that's no dealbreaker at all, I would eat this again in a heartbeat -- just maybe not on a first date ;). 5 stars for the chicken caesar wrap!!! read more

The sandwich is huge and I should have read the menu closer to figure out which bread comes with what sandwich. I saw my coworkers and the bread on the sandwich they ordered looked a lot tastier than the one I got. I ordered the roast beef and it was an okay sandwich. This was definitely not a sandwich to save for the next day. My sandwich became soggy the next day so try your best to eat it in one day. I did like the box the sandwich came in. This is probably the nicest location in the chain. Growing up in the 408, Campbell & SJSU location were always favorites My go to is the Pastrami other locations microwaved it right in front of me. This was warm in the bin. The sandwich could have used more meat but it tasted the way I remember. The location itself is very clean and shiny. Remodeled under a year ago. Service was attentive & friendly. A small bag of chips over $2. Just no. It's lacking value, but I will take the pastrami to my grave. Will be back anytime I'm in the mood read more

The particular one by my apartment (94040) has always been great! They've also had the same employees (who smile and say Hello when you walk in the door!) for quite some time, which is rare for most places! I just went to order a regular size turkey sandwich, Togo's has raised their prices again and now it costs 20 bucks. At least this is the price at this store, this is not due to inflation it's all inflated by the store owner and/or Togo's to maximize their profits and rip people off in the name of inflation. I can buy my own turkey and bread and make sandwiches for 4 days for 20 bucks. The store has been pretty much empty every time I drive by it for the past several weeks, for this reason I suspect. I haven't been to a Togo's restaurant in literally - years!!!! I stopped in today and it was well worth the wait. I'm sorry I didn't get the employee's name that helped me - but he was very welcoming and friendly from the minute i walked in. He noticed I was hanging back a bit, cuz I was trying to decide what to order. He told me - take your time, let me know when you're ready. That was refreshing - vs being rushed!!! I watched as he made my sandwich - and he did it to perfection. Just the right amount of mayo and mustard - and made sure it got on both slices of bread. I don't know the name of the woman who seemed to be the superior here, but I ordered around 30 sandwiches for a team event, and the team was able to finish it in about 80 minutes. Been to this location a couple times over the year...sometimes it's more of a breadwich (too much bread and not enough meat) which seems to be more common with Togo's nowadays. However yesterday I had the pretzelrami and it the bread was perfectly soft and not too bready and tons of yummy pastrami. The pastrami was not too salty at all. I came into the remodeled Togo establishment it was very beautiful done for the customers. However for it's employees it must be so had on them to work behind counters because its set up does not flow like it should. Warming up the pastrami in the microwave was so sad to see and it took for ever it get up to temp. My sandwich would have been pro if the cheese was heated up with meat. My wallet was in for a big shock of $18.50 for my sandwich and I got to give the woman props for being so enthusiastic as she made my sandwich. However when I got home my sandwich the was wrapped in paper had come completely unwrapped and one side of my sandwich spilled all inside the bag and my front seat what a bummer. I don't think I will be back because I miss the old Togo lay out for their staff members it just flows better behind the line and they should tape all sandwiches close before they give it to deli. read more

I am a long time Togo's customer. I grew up on Togo's, so I know a good Togo's. This is the only Togo's I will go to in the Mountain View /Sunnyvale area. The bread is always fresh, the people are always friendly and the sandwiches always taste like a Togo's Sandwich should. As a general comment I wish Togo's corporate would go back to their original recipe zesty meatball sandwich, but that isn't this location's fault. THAT was my favorite sandwich. I have never had an issue with Togo's until today. I hesitated writing a review but I think their customer service needs some work. Placed a group order today and added Avocado and Bacon to a sandwich. The extra fee was paid to have these add ons. Picked up the sandwiches and realized that 2 of the sandwiches were not toasted as requested and the one with the add ons did not have the add ons. I called to ask if I could get a refund for the portion that was missing and was told they don't do that. They offered a free sandwich which I told them would not be possible as I was already back at work and would not be able to leave. I checked the receipt and it did show the add ons were charged to my card. I understand that things can happen or be forgotten but the least you can do is refund for something you did not deliver. Due to a group order I wasn't able to open the sandwiches at the restaurant and verify each one was made as asked. Even a gift card with the amount charged would have sufficed as I could have picked that up on my way home. read more

Though they have been through their share of trails and tribulations, they have consistently provided tasty sandwiches for the masses. And for this family, that sandwich has usually been the #9! Pastrami! Shaved pastrami to be exact! While I lean more towards NY style pastrami (from Refuge, Langer's, etc.), you will not ever see me turning down a pastrami and provolone sandwich from here! They have definitely changed through the years, and there seems to be less and less of these sandwich shops around. I finally decided to give Togo's another chance, and came to this location for the first time. I was very pleasantly surprised, as this one seems to be a good one. My work orders from here and has it delivered to our office. Twice now I've ordered a sandwich from them and they delivered a completely sandwich. Not even remotely close to what I ordered. Now... there are sandwiches missing since they discontinued the ones that didn't sell well. We found this location on Yelp and wandered over. Head's up! The hours aren't correct. They close at 9, not 10! On our first visit, the ladies here were super nice and the sandwiches were generously piled with goodies. There's also a free drink with Yelp check in. a new go-to sandwich place for me since it's walking distance from my home. they offer the standard "togo's" sandwiches likes chicken salad, tuna salad, turkey, ham, and vegetarian. i usually get the 6-inch chicken salad sandwich since i like the mix of veggies with chunks of chicken. the sandwich is $5.25, which is a fair price for what you get. taste-wise, i'd say it's average, nothing that blows me out of the water. staff is a hit or miss, sometimes they take a while before they're ready to take your order, sometimes they're ready as soon as you are. it's usually not crowded here, since every time i've been here, i've waited at most 5 minutes to place my order. there is seating on the premises, but it's usually pretty empty. guessing most people come and buy a sandwich to go, like me. note that they do catering! you can order party platters consisting of sandwiches, chips, cookies and/or fruit. check with a sales associate for details. read more

Their tuna salad is not bad! And not too high in calorie either-- 550 calories for a 6-inch sub. But the service is pretty rough-- I only asked for three things on my sandwich and they left off one. And they asked my fiance like six times if he wanted onions, as if this was the biggest and most potentially disastrous life decision he could make. Plus, the quality of the food otherwise is middling. The bread especially is noticeably not fresh, it definitely has that chewy, thawed texture to it. The parmesan one doesn't taste like parmesan-- save yourself the disappointment. Came here for lunch the other day and decided to have something that I havent had in a while. BBQ Beef sandwich. Id forgotten how good they are. This is the only togos that I know that has a backyard seating area, which is awesome. Ive been here twice, and thats always my favorite part. The food was filling and tasty as I have come to expect from Togos, and EVERYONE SPOKE ENGLISH! YAY! Thats always a positive. They also got bonus points for having KFOX on the speakers. It was all clean. From the bathrooms to the tables. Even the outdoor patio had almost no remnant that it was actually outside under a few needle dropping trees. I had a cheesesteak and it was soggy and tough both the bread and the beef. Microwave Cheesesteak sandwiches would make anyone from Philadelphia cringe! Besides Togo's regular is only 6 inches! I'm going back to Jersey Mike's where their "Big Kahuna" cheesesteak is an inch longer and they actually cook ALL the ingredients on a grill with a real chef mixing the components. I've come here over 20 times in the last few months and every time I'm greeted pleasantly by Amador and Justina. They are friendly and make excellent sandwiches. I've been to other Togo's locations, and this one is by far my favorite, mostly because of these two employees. They ask me how my day is, remember my order and always do a good job. They are friendly and professional. My favorite things to order are the turkey roast beef sandwich with an added scoop of avocado, and the Santa Fe salad. The vegetables look and taste fresh. No browning or discoloration. The store looks clean and well kept. The only complaint I have is sometimes they run out of iced tea in the evening. It's a minor inconvenience. Overall, I'm happy to recommend this spot for a good sandwich or salad. Much better than the local subway sandwich shops which are not friendly at all, and the food is better too. Togo's is now my go to sandwich shop in Mountain View when I want a fast sandwich. read more
