Sold out of Baker's Dozen Bagels

Panera, sold out of bagels again... smh. This is the last workday for schools and a lot of businesses before the holidays. Would have been nice to reward the team but alas, Panera lets me down again

I ordered online and received a notification 15 minutes later indicating my meal was ready. I went there; however, the meal was not ready, I waited another 10-12 minutes for the meal and was on my way. I arrived home, opened the sandwich and was disappointed on how it was just thrown together. I had the Greek salad which was pretty good, the Chicken noodle soup was way too salty. I took a photo of the soup but it didn't look like much, so I didn't upload it. The Chocolate chip cookie was alright. All-in-all this Panera is not the one. I have visited this Panera twice and they haven't hit the mark. I will continue to visit Panera, but not this particular one; even if I have to drive further out, this one is off the list.

I appreciate the fresh, fast options Panera offers. I've always enjoyed their chai tea lattes but it seems to only come in one size. I tried a lentil and quinoa bowl today with no added protein. I was a little baffled that the cashier had to "see if one was available." So does this mean that food isn't freshly made? Service was quick and we were out the door. Got in the truck to eat a few bites before driving only to find I had chicken in my bowl. Luckily I'm not vegan so I ate it.

Terrible. Started with asking cashier if has any sugar free lattes. She proceeds to look that up. Said never-ending will get plain coffee as she said you make it (sugar free) yourself. She missed my spouses request for coffee, so he just got water, his choice. Some workers children were playing around in the seating area, laughing, being kids. I asked where my order is to cashier, she says I don't know, check in the back. Went to window to find barely warm egg sandwich, and a cold toasted, nearly burnt bagel. Panera on Godwin, seeing this we will not return. Very disappointed.

Downtown Suffolk area is hopping these days with new additions. I was excited to have another dining option in town. This location has very good service--friendly and the line is rarely very long. But I am becoming a bit disheartened with Panera, their okay food, and high prices. Recently I had the butternut squash ravioli. While tasty, there were about a total of 5 ravioli in the bowl--I kid you not. And it came with a roll. This cost about $8. I do enjoy the mediterranean veggie sandwich when I'm looking for a lighter meal. And we recently stopped in for some cupcakes. Again--very expensive but they were quite yummy.

It's like your not even open ?

Hello. Are you there ? No thank you. No eye contact. No one on registers. No butter out. No utensils Ghost town. Except for customer. It would be faster for us to fix our own food. Dirty. Mats on floor in isle Nothing on order was correct. Nothing Bearded guy up front is clueless He doesn't care about anything

This is Panera's standers for food quality. You be the judge if you want to eat there.

It took about 2 hours to get our order and it was cold and the grill cheese was burnt and rubbery

Summer corn chowder and chicken panini with chipotle mayo on the side. Next time I may double the chicken it was a little skimpy.

This is my regular spot for lunch when I'm working in Suffolk. Sometimes I'll even bring my laptop and stay a while. There is a small town vibe in this location. There are some older folks who are regulars and get to know the employees. It's sweet to hear them chat and exchange pleasantries. That's something that's been dying off in our culture. My absolute favorite thing PB offers now is their "order from your table" feature in the PB app. I go in, grab a seat, take my time looking over the menu, easily customize it, and submit. I go grab a cup and fill up my drink and within 8 minutes my meal is delivered to me. Customer service is always on point. They offer to bring you anything you need at the moment they deliver your food but they don't keep coming back to check to see if you still don't need anything. I like that. I love Chick-fil-a but I've been to a few locations where I'm constantly being asked if I'm still alright and to make sure I still don't need anything. It's not a full service dining place so I don't expect anyone to run me napkins or sugar. There is plenty of room inside the restaurant. It's usually pretty clean and well stocked. The bathroom is small but always tidy. There is a drive thru at this location also. If you sign up for rewards they do pay off. I've had a free You Pick 2 reward as well as smaller $1 off drink rewards.

The previous two times were perfect with apps and meals we've ordered. Even a co-worker of mine has been here and became a fan. Would the third time be icing on the cake for us? For this visit, we actually saw more people dining in with some ordering takeout. Not a bad deal on a nice Saturday afternoon. Staff was pretty busy around the restaurant keeping everyone happy. We were seated very quickly and ordered after a few minutes. For my meal, I ordered Cơm Thịt Gà Nướng (grilled lemongrass chicken) and a beverage of fresh squeezed sugar cane. The drink itself was really good. It wasn't too sweet and is actually good for you. Sophia drunk some and said the next time we come by, she'll order it. Great stuff indeed. The meal was very good as well. The chicken was cooked to perfection and there was plenty of veggies to go around. We got full halfway that we took it home where both still tasted great. Thanks again to Souper Pho and Banh Mi for this joyous occasion. We'll continue to be patrons the next time we're in the area :)

It arrived fresh and piping hot, with a beautifully crisp exterior that immediately told me it was made to order. The batter had that classic bánh xèo texture - thin but sturdy, with just the right amount of crunch without being greasy. Each bite had a satisfying contrast between the crisp shell and the warm filling inside. The plate came with a generous assortment of fresh greens, which added a nice brightness and balance to the dish. Everything tasted clean and well-prepared, and the greens paired especially well with the nước mắm dipping sauce, which was flavorful without being overly salty or overpowering. It had that familiar savory-sweet-tangy balance that really ties the whole dish together and makes you keep going back for another bite. What really elevated the experience, though, was the customer service. The owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and it genuinely felt like he was happy to have customers there enjoying the food. He even took the time to show off some of the restaurant's awards, which honestly just reinforced the feeling that this place knows exactly what it's doing! You can tell there's a lot of pride behind both the food and the space. The atmosphere itself was relaxed and comfortable, making it an easy spot to enjoy a meal without feeling rushed. Overall, this was a really solid experience from start to finish - good food, thoughtfully prepared, and paired with warm, genuine hospitality. Would absolutely recommend stopping by if you're in the area, and I'd definitely come back again to try more items on the menu!

Also, I have to shout out their potato salad is one of the best around. Creamy, just the right amount of seasoning, and always hits the spot. Based on visits over the past 5 years, which have been spaced further and further apart, I was hesitant. And my hesitancy proved to have been warranted. Husband's Northender on Multi grain My Princess Anne also on multi grain. Bread was so dry and stale that I simply struggled to eat the filling. The tomatoes were that hard, white inner core that most people would not feature on a sandwich. Finally in frustration I walked up and asked for a slice of baguette, which was the main meal's only redemption. Let's not even talk about what has become barely a step up from snack pack desserts. Both my (Bakehouse--oh my gosh, are they kidding?) gold brownie and my husband's blueberry mishmash had one bite from them before they too went straight into the trash. (Both tasted more of chemical, than of food) Sadly, what used to be one of our favorite weekly visits pre-Covid, has become less than lackluster, and far from its name. Rather it should be renamed yet again, from the original, Taste Unlimited, to Taste and now should be called, Tasteless. For the price of $50, one would think the meal would at least be edible. Hopefully this review will help me remember why we stopped going. Definitely do not recommend.

Coffees, teas seasonal drinks, sandwiches and pastries. My husband and I were taking a quick break from. Hopping and decided on drinks and a pastry. We ordered the grinch matcha latte, a gingerbread latte and a spinach feta pastry. Omg both of us loved the grinch. I've been searching for a matcha I could enjoy and this is it! All the right notes: not too sweet, creamy and the matcha well blended in the milk-think no grainy residue at the end. If I'm in the matcha mood I'm coming to get this. The grinch was so good I think it made the gingerbread latte less exciting but it was still delicious! The expresso was strong so for a non Coffee drinker like me it wasn't my favorite but my husband thought it was great. The pastry came out hot and was delicious. Everything came out fairly fast so even with the crowd we were there less than 30 minutes. I want to come back and try more drinks and a salad that seems up my alley. I was taken care of by the chef and she was very helpful with the menu. They have so many appetizing options on their mostly healthy, all fresh menu. I love soup, so I love that they offer several each day, with some standards, plus a soup of the day, which on the day I visited was cream of potato. Where I sat at the counter, I could watch them making all the food and I was impressed to see that they don't just ladle soup into a bowl to serve it, they actually cook and prepare, then dress it to plate it perfectly. Their cream of potato was really good and not the traditionally made where the potato is pureed into the soup - rather they make a creamy soup base and then add potatoes to it. The combo of the soup, a small piece of potato, scallion, and a small piece of bacon really made for a great spoonful in each spoonful I enjoyed!! My coworker got their Asian Chicken Noodle and that looked amazing! He said it was incredible. Next up was the entrée and we both got their lamb gyro.... It's not the traditional gyro, it's an openfaced style, just like their chicken salad toast. It was really good! The tzatziki was great on it! And we also got a side of their cucumber feta salad... this tasted fresh and the feta was vibrant, with the combo of the cucumber and feta together being incredibly tasty. Overall, another very nice visit to a Stockpot restaurant... Looks like I need to try their Chesapeake location to get the trifecta of Stockpot! Highly recommend stopping in!

The staff were genuinely friendly--not in a scripted way, but the kind that makes you feel welcome right away.
